Master Craft gave me a written estimate and began the work the following day. My house is very old and the roof has a very high pitch. I also needed five layer of shingles removed. Not a lot of companies wanted to tackle the job. The Master Craft crew worked quickly and completed the job in three days. The Project Manager kept me updated throughout the work. The job was expensive, but worth it. I would recommend them to anyone thinking of investing in a new roof.

The work was overpriced and the job was left with other repairs to make as a result. If I had it to do over, I would look for someone else.

Tom came out the next day after I called and arrived exactly on time. He diagnosed the leak was coming into our house because our sky lights were not properly sealed. He completely resealed around both sky lights and installed new screws where needed. I was very happy he was able to complete the work while he was there.

I was contacted by 3 companies to repair our roof and ceiling due to leakage. Appointments were made by all 3. Mastercraft Restorations LLC were the only ones to actually SHOW UP. Tom was great in how he explained what would be done and the expenses even when we went over cost due to problems not seen until shingles and boarding were removed. Expensive but worth the cost. We plan on contacting Mastercraft Restorations LLC again with more work we would like to have done when we decide to proceed. Reliable, conscientious, good work and very professional. A little pricey but that is only my opinion since I have no other reference to compare their price with since the other two companies couldn't be bothered to show up for their appointments!

Tom was quick to come out and give an estimate (same day). He knew how old roof was within 2 minutes of our conversation. he took time to have me follow him and explain certain things and point out things I needed to know. He stated the cost of just a repair along with the cost of a total tear-off. I called him back at 7:30 that evening to hire him. Three days later, we have a new roof with a 35 yr. warranty. All the work was done in a day with his crew being hard workers and efficient. My husband was impressed,so he treated the crew to lunch! For anyone looking for reliable roofing experts, I highly recommend MASTERCRAFT Restorations.

I am selling my house and called several companies to get some repairs done on my roof after an inspection. No one would do repairs.
