I an not easily impressed.

He came to my house 3 times because he could not figure out what was wrong with my refrigerator. Poor communication, second visit he told me he was coming on a specific day and never come or called and when I called him he said he forgot to call me and my part was not in yet. Third visit he was more than an hour later than he was supposed to come. Oh yeah and the third visit he just walked in my back door without knocking. Told me he needed to come back a FOURTH time on the following Monday and here it is the Thursday after with no call or anything from him. Just a HUGE waste of my time!! Wish I would have called someone else. Ended up buying a new fridge because my refrigerator was down for three weeks waiting on him.

Would use them again. Very professional and excellent value for money. Thank you.

Easy to work with. When I call him l told himwhat was happening with my washer and he told me what exactly what the problem was. His knowledge was unsurpassable.

Doug and Doug were both here on time. They addressed the problems and provided recommendations to avoid these issues to arise again. I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again should the need arise.

Doug was great. He walked me through the process of how Home Advisor works. Was very informative during his service. Gave me good suggestions on what route to take, looking out for the customer not just trying to make a couple hundred dollars.
