Doug is so friendly and personable and his costs are extremely reasonable. Job was well done and I couldn t be happier! Will definitely use him again! I was so happy he s not one of the fake local businesses that schedule you then cancel last minute from CA bc they have no tech or no one who works on LG, my brand. And LG was going to be quite costly and weren t nice. This happened to me a few times before I found Appliance Doctor! Save yourself a LOT of hassle and just call him.

Came out and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts. He returned later and fixed our refrigerator. Out fridge is working better than I can remember. We will definitely call the Appliance Doctor again. Came recommended from my neighbor.
