The service is super. You cannot beat them. We have the best looking lawn in the neighborhood.

Sent Mark and email and he responded quickly. He came out a couple of days later and provided me with an estimate after suggesting a couple of options to repair our grass. The next week, he came out to split seed our lawn. He was very professional and took the time to explain what had caused the issue and what to do and what not to do to help get the best possible results. After a few weeks, I asked him to come back out and walk the yard with me to see if things were progressing as they should be - we are starting to see new grass in most areas and look forward to next spring when we should see the best results. I would highle recommend Mark and we are probably going to switch from our current lawn care provider to Mark for next year.

They were very responsive and their work was professional.

They do a great job overall but keep missing one small area of our back yard. It is along a fence....It gets done if we point it out in person (we have also called and left note) but it tends to get missed. We cut back bushes in the yard and I think it is getting confused as a flower bed.....We have been trying to grow grass there but weeds have taken over and I think that is the reason they are leaving it.....

Associates were professional and on time and did a good job at a competitive price.

Easy company to work with from start to finish. They were very responsive with phone calls and the estimate. We have a smaller lot and their estimate was reasonable given the size of our yard. I gave them a "B" for punctuality because I was told the work would occur during the first part of the week (Monday/Tuesday), but they didn't do it until Saturday. That was the only hiccup in the whole process. Overall, I will be using this company in the future.

Called Southeast and left a message that I wanted a quote. Received a call back the following day.. With the warmer than normal spring they were already pretty busy but promised to be out within the next couple days. Mark (owner) showed up as promised, did a walk around asking what all we wanted done and what we didn't. Gave me a quote that day. Pricing was very competitive so de3cided to give them a try based on others ratings. Work has been excellent. Mark even called on the day they were working on cleaning up flower beds and mulching to ask about certain beds. He said he wanted to make sure they did what we wanted. Very pleased

I started using them regularly in 2010. I have them out five times a year. They provide excellent service. Everything is outstanding about them. I have only had to call them back once and that was in the year everybody was having some problems with their lawns. So, they came out and took care of it. I think I spend between $40 and $50 on them. Soon after I contacted them, they found bugs in my yard. The previous company had never mentioned the bugs to me. The grass had turned brown. There was some problem with it. I tried to treat it myself, but it was not working. However, this company was able to tell me the problem just by looking at the grass. I was very impressed with their services. They told me that they could treat it immediately for me, which they did. I have not had any problem ever since. The lawn looks great. They are very knowledgeable; they are just wonderful. They have been in business for a while; they are recognized. I have met the owner and he is absolutely wonderful. I would use them again in the service. I have recommended to several other people.

Mark and his crew did a great job. There was extensive weeding, trimming and edging that needed to be done and it looked great when it was done. The clean-up was good too. We would definitely use the company again and plan to call them in the spring to do some more work.

Their service is very timely. The quality of the products that they use is excellent and we have had fabulous results with our grass. The really deal specifically with your lawn situation. We are more than satisfied with their work. I would tell people to use their services.

I placed a request via email, they called back a day or two later, indicating that he'd be out to do an evaluation. He seemed nice, asked all the normal questions, but he never showed or followed up :-( As a basis of comparision, I contacted three other the was the only one that even called back at all--must just be a really bad time of year to get new lawn service?? But alas, my poor yard is still a patchy mess! LOL.

They are very conscientious and they come back without having to be called. We had been unhappy with the treatments from another company but I went and talked to him while he was working on a neighbor?s yard. I highly recommend them.

No matter what happens, if I find any kind of weed after we've had the treatment, they're right back out here and they take care of it. The receptionist is absolutely wonderful. She called me telling me we paid twice for a service and asked me what I wanted them to do with the check. I told them to credit it to the following year. They are just wonderful. We were ready to tear out our lawn and put in new sod, but he said we could take care of it in a reasonable time. Even in the initial quote, he offered to treat something that he found that no one else had.

They do what they say that they are going to do and they do good quality work. Their pricing is very reasonable as well and I have been satisfied with their service.

Mark, the owner, came out to meet with us after we first called to see what our problem areas where and to let us know what they could for us. Immediatly he discovered grubs, which another company had never discovered. He put a treatment on the yard that day and told us that he would get rid of the weeds as quickly as possible. Now all we have to do is pick up the phone and tell him that we have weeds, and he'll come right out.
