Southeast Lawn & Landscape LLC

My experience with Southeast Lawn & Landscape LLC was fantastic. Mark, the owner, was very easy to work with and very communicative on the work we needed done. We just moved into a new build and had about an acre and a half of seeding that needed to be done. Mark came out and worked within our budget to ensure we had the best experience. He graded, tilled, planted seeded, and laid down hay for the whole yard. He also put down sulfur to improve our ground quality. The price you pay for the service you get is beyond reasonable. I would hire Mark and Southeast Lawn & Landscape LLC again and again!!

Very well. Southeast has been providing our lawn care for three seasons now, and our lawn looks great. We had some problems with weeds last fall that caused some serious bare spots. Mark reseeded and fertilized and the lawn bounced back this spring

We have really used Southeast Lawn for all of our lawn and tree things and they are great. A month ago, they did our normal Winter thing. A month and a half ago they did a kind of fill in and reseeding of part of our front lawn. The reseeding was important to me because we had a big dip in our front yard. ?A? all the time, they are very economical, it is so much better to use them than one of these other franchises. We are pretty loyal. It?s an old fashion relationship with customers, where we know Wendy and her husband who run the business by phone. They are always able to meet whatever need we have. For example: If I am away for a week or 2, they will mow the lawn, but they don?t require a contract to do that all the time, but they will get it in whenever you need it.

We are very pleased with their services.

They do a great job -- the lawn looks great and the pests and weeds are under control. Individual applications are generally economical. We ask Southeast to do our lawn occasionally when we're away or too hectic to get the lawn done. They not only mow carefully and promptly, they also trim and edge every time. There is always a friendly voice at the other end of the line when we call, and I feel like this family-owned business treats us like their very best customer, even though we require very little.

Mark was great at communicating and very patient. At the beginning of our process, I was not sure of what we could afford to do and he was very patient with all of my questions and "versions" of projects as he was preparing estimates. He was also great at communicating progress and any changes in schedule. He and his team were conscientious in their work and dedicated to meeting their commitment. When Mark injured himself (not on our project) and it was right before the 4th of July and his family's scheduled vacation, in order to meet the deadline (set by him), he brought in his family to complete the work and delayed their vacation by a day. I was very impressed by that. This work was completed a year ago from the time I am submitting this review, this delay is not a reflection of my level of satisfaction with their work. Until I looked at my list of past Angie's List reviews, I thought I had submitted a review of their services. Southeast Lawn & Landscape L.L.C. will be the first company I call for any future projects.

It was very good. Mark was awesome to work with. He was prompt and they did a great job. They are a small local company. They are personable, provide good service and are a good family owned company. Their pricing is fair. I don't have any concerns. They were there when they said they would be there and Mark and Tim did a great job.

This is the second year I've used this company. They do fertilizing treatments and weed control throughout the year. They've always been dependable and my yard shows great improvement. When a problem arose because of a large tree I have in the front yard they were very honest and upfront with me about what to expect and have been working with me to resolve the issue. Definitely not just a cookie cutter service. I like that. The price posted was for the year long weed control and the first fertilization application.

The services are great. They were very quick and efficient.

I have been using them since last summer. I would recommend them, they do a good job. They are very prompt.

Provider trimmed 20 medium to large shrubs, removed low branches from five trees, cleaned up and removed all debris, and managed to do the job in spite of intermittant showers. He checked to make certain we were satisfied, and it was obvious he wanted us to be.

They do a great job, very professional, and reasonably priced.

They did an excellent job. We were worried about several things - that they would not cover the entire property and that they would not aerate the mossy areas with little grass but they covered it all. We had to wait a couple weeks after we called because there wasn't enough rain for a moist lawn, which I appreciated because they wanted us to get the most out of the aeration. I would definitely recommend them to others!

This is the second year I've had Southeast come out to care for my lawn. It just needed some TLC after I bought the home last year. It's this second year that I've really noticed a difference in the health of my lawn. The grass is really lush. A neighbor walking his dog even stopped to comment on how good it was looking. I like that Southeast Lawn And Landscape comes out and does the job with no pressure to add services, etc. In fact, you have to call them each year if you want to be put on the schedule again.

Southeast Lawn and Landscape is an awesome family owned company. We used them last year for our lawn and it looked great. We are happy to have Mark back. They are very prompt with their service and very professional. Great service!

This was my first experience with a lawn care company. I am so glad I chose this company. He fertilizes, winterizes and does weed control. My lawn looked so much better after the first treatment! Even my friends noticed. I am very pleased! His price is better than most. He does 4 fertilizing treatments a year and spot controls weeds for a separate fee per year.

The affect was AMAZING...my lawn has never looked better..they take the care to alternate the lawn mowing pattern as well blow the clippings away from the landscaping...they are punctual and courteous..always asking how I like the lawn length as well as how they can improve the service!! I plan on having SE lawn and landscaping manage all my fall clean up as well...Punctual,careful and courteous.....

We built a home in Pickerington but have not completely moved to the area yet. Having new sod put in we needed someone who we could trust to take care of our yard like we would ourselves if we were there. Mark is great! He came to our home, looked the job over, and provided us with an estimate. We hired him immediately. He is awesome to work long distance ... mind you we didn't meet him in-person, but only through phone calls and emails. Mark has done an outstanding job keeping our lawn and yard area looking fresh, green, and (most importantly) healthy!! We were so afraid we would lose our new sod given we were not on-site, but Mark took that worry away and we are so happy!! So lucky to have found someone honest and reliable!! Thank you Mark!

We have seen quality work from this company in various yards of our friends and in the surrounding neighborhoods. We have always been impressed with the results from our friend yards but concerned we could not afford the service. But our yard had reached the point in stubborn weeds that we were out of ideas and options. The neighbors on both side of our home keep beautiful lawns that we were afraid on becoming the neighborhood eyesore. We are so happy that we called. It was a fraction of the cost of other companies that advertise in our area. Our yard now looks great and the weed problem is no longer out of control. One time, we had ask the owner if he could put us on the schedule the next time he comes out to trim our trees and he graciously completed our request on the same service call. We are so pleased with this company and the service.

They provided a detailed estimate and performed the services on date requested. They mowed and trimmed the yard, also edged all of the landscape beds. We were thrilled with the work and plan to use them again.

Mark is fantastic! I requested an estimate and advised Mark I would be home on a particular day (last Friday). He made it a point to come out on that day to give me the estimate. My husband and I discussed the estimate that evening and early the next morning, I texted Mark to let him know we wanted Southeast to treat our yard. We have approximately 1/3 acre and had (HAD - emphasis added) dandelions everywhere! Althought hey are very busy with prior jobs, Mark made time that day to come out and put down the weed killer, do a fertilization to our lawn and take soil samples to determine/ confirm the soil issues we are having. After just one treatment, our lawn looks much better. Mark is working on getting our lawn to "look like a golf course" for me (that's what I've asked for). He is also coming back to do other projects for me as well and I can not wait to see the results! This company is a keeper!!

They are outstanding! We had a huge company doing our lawn work and we kept on having more and more weeds, even thistles! I saw Southeast's truck in the neighborhood so I called him to come help. He immediately knew what was wrong. He took me over and showed me grubs in our yard. He told me he could take care of the grubs right away but it would take a year to completely remove the weeds. We even had our lawn mower break and he sent his son over to mow for us. They are absolutely wonderful and very caring. If we aren't at home they'll leave a note and ask us to call us. The weeds are completely gone now and everything looks great! They're always here when we anticipate them. They always do a good job and I'm not sure that I've ever had to call them to come back.
