Description of Work: So far they have applied two treatments to our lawn and it looks better already. They were very nice about answering our questions and their price was quite reasonable.

Description of Work: I contacted Mark Thieret of Southeast Lawn and Landscape located in Lancaster, Ohio, who advertises on Angie's List and his website that his service area includes Lancaster. My property is located approx. 6 miles SE of the city proper and has a Lancaster address. Mr Thieret advised me that his service area did not extend outside of the city itself and expressed doubts that he would be willing to travel the extra few miles or so but volunteered to look at my property. I don't know if he did so however I received an email from him today advising that I was "sadly, outside of our service area..." and that he ..."would not be able to do a good job with you being "that far" out of the city of Lancaster" (6 miles). I suggest to Mr. Thieret that he clarify his advertising to inform prospective consumers that his service area does not extend beyond the city limits of Lancaster. This was a disappointment to me as well as a waste of my time.
