Description of Work: Hubbs Heating & Air came out and checked my plumbing. We have three toilets and they checked all three. The one in the downstairs bathroom, he replaced them.

Description of Work: Basement was flooded, we did not know at the time sump pump was not working. Was after all the rain and apparently lots of other customers were having problems that day, so when i called she said all techs were out on emergencies but she would check and call me back, which she did and fit us in the gentlemen were efficient and found and fixed the problem within the hour and were very informative.

Description of Work: They replaced a water heater that was covered by my home warranty. The warranty company referred me to a plumber that never called back. I complained, was referred to Hubbs, who called me immediately and showed up in less than 2 hours. The new water heater had to be shipped from the warranty company, as soon as it was received, Hubbs let me know (on a Sunday even) and had it installed the next morning. The whole thing took less than two hours and the job was done right. Would definitely recommend and will call Hubbs for any future plumbing issues.

Description of Work: The gentleman that came to my house was really a nice guy. My groupon was for two toilet tune-ups with free flapper replacement. I have two full baths. In the first one, my toilet was working just fine, but my handle kept getting stuck, only because I needed to replace the handle. Other than that it worked great. I watched him replace the flapper inside the tank and make an adjustment on the float above the flapper on the chain. I readjusted it so my toilet would flush better after he had left. I went to lowes and bought a handle which he also had none of when he came and installed it so everything is fine now. However, he did just fine adjusting the second toilet in the second bathroom, although I didn't get a new flapper with that. I also had him look at a free standing bathtub in the second bathroom because it had only been used twice since my house was built in 2006. The handle that turns on the water to this bathtub would only turn on the cold water, although everything still looks new. He tried to loosen the setscrew on the handle to take it off and after trying for about 5 to 10 minutes could only loosen it and said he couldn't get it off. Again, not his fault because the groupon I had only covered the two toilets. Again, he was a really a nice guy, I just wish it turned out better for the both of us.
