Description of Work: Check furnace basically changed filter and recommend New furnace. Furnace is making a knocking sound when it comes on. No attempt to identify cause or repair if that would solve the knocking sound.

Sorry to hear that you feel that we didn't do that great of a job. We came out to complete a furnace tune up and our records show that we recommended that you replace the inducer motor, not the entire unit. Description of Work: The service provider fixed a leaky toilet, a loose sump pump connection, and an ice maker that was not producing ice. While the last task was outside of the usual service provided by the company, the repairman took the time to look for the problem and was able to fix it. Mike is a very professional yet personable service provider and an outstanding representative of the company. In addition, telephone personnel were professional, pleasant, and helpful. My interaction was positive to the extent that Hubbs will be the Company I call when in need of heating, air, or plumbing services.
