Description of Work: A replacement outdoor faucet. I had initially requested a certain faucet which they said they would put on. They arrived and did not have it. They were willing to go get the one I had requested. I felt bad making them do that so just told them to replace with the one they had on the truck. Other than that they were great to deal with. They were very willing to fix the matter, but it wasn't worth the hassle.

Description of Work: Disassembled old furnace, installed new furnace and disposed of all old pieces. This portion was the Big Deal for $1,499. Then worker had to build new metal connections to attach between the new furnace and the existing circulation for another $850 and installed a new thermostat for an additional $100.

Thanks for the feedback, it prompted me to review the invoice. The 1/2 hour of labor you were charged was for the install of the hot surface ignitor and flame sensor. This is actually very low compared to industry standard and our competitors pricing. You were not charged for the time the tech left to obtain your part.

Description of Work: Replaced hose spigot at front of house. Quick, courteous and pointed out an issue with how the spigot was originally installed. He corrected it when installing the new part as part of the service call. Would gladly call them again if I needed service.
