Description of Work: They did an inspection on the furnace, water heater a 20 |Point inspection on the air conditioner. They replaced 2 parts in the furnace. Service was good. Second appointment to install parts to furnace was scheduled from 2-4 and at 430, I called the office to find out where the tech was. He was stuck on a job and there was miscommunication as to who was supposed to inform me. The owner ended up coming out to complete the job later in the evening.

Description of Work: Fixed a leaky faucet (had to get a replacement) and a running toilet in my upstairs bathroom. They were prompt, quick, and professional. I didnt have to wait long for an appointment. I had some concerns after they initially came out but they resolved these concerns right away and without hesitation. I cant recall the exact date they came out so its a guesstimate but it was within the last 3-4 months or so.

Description of Work: Angie's List Deal of the Day was for $69 dryer vent cleanout. Scheduled it for between 12 and 2 on 3/14. Corey arrived just after 12. Very nice and very professional. Had trouble at first. The dryer vent cleaner is a vacuum hose with a rotating brush. My dryer is first floor laundry room. Dryer vent is a funny elbow that goes into the wall then down to the crawl space and out the back of the house. The tool knocked apart the elbow and the vacuum went into the crawl space. Previous owners had the elbow connected with duct tape! I went into crawl space and guided the vacuum. When he was done cleaning out the vent, Corey went to his truck, got some screws, and repaired the elbow joint! He even taped it back with metallic vent tape! Then he cleaned up the mess! Couldn't have asked for better!!
