Plumber was professional, courteous, and informative. I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal and they called to schedule an appt. within 24 hours. Plumber arrived on time and completed work as anticipated. No leaks found during inspection, but he took the time to address all of my concerns without making me feel rushed, and explained what he was doing as he went. Service provided on that day led me to call them back out the following week for additional HVAC service, which included Furnace Cleaning and Tune Up. Great job provided by technician on that service as well. Again no issues identified as my furnace is fairly new, but a thorough report was given upon completion for services tested and performed. Great experience with both!

This is just one of the things they have done for us. We've had a lot of work to be done on our 5 HVAC units that had been deferred in the past. Hubbs has give us very good service at good prices. I thought it was time to let others know how we have appreciated their work.

Our furnace was repaired in a timely fashion by a very honest and trust worthy person. I would highly recommend this business for any heating and cooling issues you might run into.

They were prompt with scheduling and came out the same week. Dave was the technician who came out. They seemed to be very good. I had a problem with the toilet after they left and they came back to repair it that same day. I have been in touch with them about another issue and they have been prompt to respond to that as well. They seem to be on top of things and I have been pleased with them.

The experience was good. Dave explained things to me in a way I understood. He was professional, courteous and efficient. I did not tell him what my needs were prior to visit but Dave patiently followed me to each area until I was done. I did not feel rushed. I was surprised at how young he looked. I am used to older service providers OR I am getting older OR the next generation are not all going to college and avoiding the trades. I would definitely refer someone to Hubbs and I plan to use them in the future. (I know I will need again as I live in old house). I was concerned they did not do plumbing that I needed given their name and specialty but the company does it all.

I would use this company again in the future. In fact, I have another appointment for work on my heat pump.

Excellent experience. Purchased AL Deal $59.00 months ago for another project. But on what was to be a new, simple DYI project of replacing washer in an older bath leaking faucet (10 yrs old), shutoff started to leak as well as one of the braided supply hoses. Had to remove the old faucet but found one supply valve to be severely corroded. Ultimately, I needed to cut off faucet. Since everything that could go wrong, went wrong, I called in the plumber to finish the job, and inspect my work. ( Before plumber arrived, I purchased 2 types of new shut off valves, new supply hoses and had a new tail piece that came with the new faucet I was going to install Call plumbing company, they got me on the schedule 2 days later which was fine. Tech shows up on time, was very polite. He removed/replaced leaky shutoff valve with Sharkbite connectors.. (plumber felt they were better product than threaded valves I also bought), plus he replaced the other valve at my request. Remove old tail piece, and re-plumbed. The only issue is he needed a run to local home center to purchase a reducing washer connector (1 1/2 to 1 1/4 ) to properly connect new tail piece (this would be my only criticism as I would have thought he would have such an inexpensive part on the truck.) But the store was close and he had to leave for about 25 mins for that part. He finished up and (about 1.7 hrs of labor in total) but I only had to pay the additional $4 for the minor washer part. But the savings over a standard plumber's visit was well worth the slight time delay for the new part. There is no way that for the work performed that the total would have been the $63 total I paid with the AL Deal. Great Experience. would use the plumber again and probably will for a new project on the horizon.

The guys did a great job. They looked at all of the issues I was having. One of them was just tightening some bolts which they did and just told me about. Have had no issues after the fact and everything is working great.

The technician came out at 6:00 p.m. to replace the heating coils. It took a while but he was very friendly, professional and knowledgable. When he left, the furnace was working and heat was coming out of the vents. That was around 10 p.m. The problem was that the fan wouldn't shut off and the heat kept rising. I called back at 10:30 p.m. to explain the problem and the owner came out to check it out. He arrived at 11 p.m. and discoved that we had the wrong thermostat previously installed by ADT, which most likely caused the heating coils to burn out in the first place. He adjusted the the thermostat and did a temporary fix so we would at least have heat until we got the thermostat replaced. We are now working with ADT to get that fixed. I would highly recommend Hubb's Heating and Air. They were friendly, professional and responded quickly to our heating problems. They stuck to their original estimate and offered to install the correct thermostat if ADT provides it.

It was fine, there were no problems and I am well satisfied.

I finally got my husband to recognize that our whole house humidifier was not working and went on to Angie's List to see what I could find. I saw the special deal for $34,99 for a check of the heating and AC system in the house. I called Hubbs prior to purchasing the deal to make sure that the check of our system would include the broken whole house humidifier that I needed to have repaired. Supposedly, the woman I spoke with put a note on my account that we definitely had a broken humidifier that we desperately needed to have repaired. I thought that would take care of things when I set up the appointment during the same phone call. She assured me that the person they were sending out would have plenty of experience and would (hopefully) be able to repair the humidifier. The tech arrived on a Monday afternoon (I am so very glad my husband was off work or this would have been a complete disaster rather than the minor disaster it was) and my husband and he went down to the basement where the furnace is. He did a thorough check on the furnace and after several phone calls to the employee who specializes in "plumbing issues" found a clog in the water line going into the humidifier. He repaired it and said "as long as that is dripping everything is fine". Everything wasn't fine, as a matter of fact nothing was fine. The humidifier still was not functioning because the "drip" of water didn't offer enough moisture for the air coming through the system to be humidified. I was very angry that we purchased the "deal" and I specifically called before purchasing and asked about the whole house humidifier. As a matter of fact, I was on the phone with the person from Hubbs when I bought the deal. It showed up in her system immediately and I scheduled the appointment right there. So there should have been no confusion about our needs. WE HAD A BROKEN HUMIDIFIER AND THAT IS WHAT I NEED SOMEONE TO FIX. When I called back the next morning, very irritated, I started the conversation with the woman on the phone. I was really irate so I handed the phone to my husband to get this problem dealt with. I wanted to know where the other $55 went and why my husband would now have to either go to Home Depot to try find the parts needed, take more time off work (and his full time school schedule) and repair it himself- or we would have to pay for a service call and parts to get it repaired. I also wanted to know why they would send someone with absolutely no plumbing experience or skills to fix a humidifier. It was best that I hand the call off or I would have verbally abused someone. In fairness, I am in very poor health, I am on oxygen and the dry air bothers my lungs, sinuses, skin and several other things; not to mention that the house being drier than the Sahara Desert is really bad for the house as a whole. So I have less patience than I used to especially since I worked so hard to clarify everything in advance. However, between my husband's careful explanation of what happened and my obvious frustration and anger, we had another appointment for later that day. My husband stayed home, taking another day off work but it was well worth it. The owner arrived and replaced several parts on the humidifier and my house is no longer drier than the Sahara Desert. We tried to pay him for the parts but he insisted due to the confusion the day before that he would cover the costs. It restored my belief in this company and I was very impressed when the owner immediately stepped in, discussed the problems with my husband while he repaired everything and then wouldn't allow us to pay for the parts. I would have gladly paid for the parts as long as they covered the cost of the service call. The owner is really invested in keeping his customers happy, that was obvious. I will do business with Hubbs any time I need heating and cooling problems solved. They were wonderful and worked so hard to make us happy and we are very happy. Thank you Hubbs! You exceeded my expectations.

Paid $59 for one of Hobbs Heating & Air's PLUMBERS to come out and work on a couple of things for sixty minutes. Replaced the wax ring and flapper in one of our toilets and started work on our kitchen sink. Told me what part I needed to get (for free) from Delta and explained what I needed to do when it arrived. The $59 for an hour of labor is a great deal and I would definitely do it again. The parts they used were reasonably priced. Just call them and ask about it!

David was the master plumber who performed the installation. All work was done to code and in a timely manner. This can be a rather messy job, but David was impeccable in his clean-up of the area.

It went very well. They charged me extra for a half hour but this was due to my misunderstanding of the deal.

Scheduling was easy, They arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, and efficiently removed the "giant dust bunny" from my dryer vent pipe! It is a great peace of mind knowing that a fire hazard has been taken care of!! Thank you Dave & Chad!

Cold Monday morning and my furnace did not kick on!! I called Hubb's about 7:30; Keri said she had a crew in my area and would check with them and get back to me. She called within a few minutes and told me the crew would arrive between 9 and 10:00. Chad and Ernie arrived about 9:15, identified the problem, went for a replacement piece, and I was warm again by 1:00. They vacuumed the dust out of my OLD hot water heating system, left the area clean and were even patient with my 4 yr. grandson's inquiries and curiosity. I highly recommend them!!

The owner and another gentleman, Ernie, came to look at our furnace. He diagnosed the problem quickly and spoke to our home warranty company to figure out the best solution. He gave us a space heater to use and offered to drop off more if we needed them. You could tell that he really cared about taking care of his customers. We would have used their services for a replacement but they didn't have an opening when we were needing it.

It was wonderful! he cleaned and repaired our furnace! He came early and worked quickly!

Hubbs was very good and I would recommend them for someone else. They were very thorough and very quick. They were on time. They were not pressuring me to do additional work. As far as I know, their price was okay.

We had a blockage in our kitchen sink that was most likely past the trap in the wall (since we had already removed the pipes under the sink to try and clear the blockage ourselves). It was 2 guys the owner and a helper. It only took them maybe 30 minutes and our sink was completely clear. They ran water down both sides of our sink to make sure it was clear and all was well. They were very professional and quick, took time to answer our questions. They cleaned up their work area when done and we were very happy with the serves.
