Rob provided a detailed and itemized quote providing everything I asked for, and was very helpful in answering questions and helping us choose options (part of the fence was more decorative; part was simple dog-eared fencing). His price was competitive and he also offered 2 years same as cash financing, which was very helpful and actually persuaded me to replace our old privacy fencing at the same time, which we weren't initially planning to do. The installation was quick and efficient and looks great. They called a day ahead of time to let us know they'd be there. Overall, I was impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness to my needs. Other fencing companies flat out told me that my job was too small to interest them; Ace never made me feel that way.

Rob, the owner, is fabulous. Without bashing another company I was considering, he educated me on the process which allowed me to make the best decision. His team was terific as well. They were prompt and very nice. This is a classy company.

Ace was professional from start to finish. The owner of the company came out to give an estimate which was a very fair price, I had other estimates and his price was comparable. He could not have been a nicer person, excellent customer service! The fence was put up in 2 days, the guys were very quick but the quality is outstanding! Their is a noticeable difference between how my fence looks and my neighbors, (they should have used Ace!!) I would absolutely use Ace again and would refer them to my friends/family, thanks guys for a great experience!

We chose to go with another company .

We had a small job and Ace was the only company that treated us like wanted customers. They came out and gave a fair estimate. Ace walked us through the entire process multiple times and called to check up with us once the job was finished. What really impressed us was how they listened to our needs. The previous owner put up cheap vinyl fencing and instead of trying to get us the more expensive vinyl, they went out of their way to purchase the same fencing and posts so it would match. I would highly recommend them and would not hesitate to use them again.

I placed a call into Ace for an estimate. Within a couple of days Rob (owner) was out to give me an estimate and show me the choices of product that they install. Rob was very friendly, courteous and professional. Was not at all pushy and allowed me the complete choice of what I wanted. I actually only received one other estimate from a company who also installed the same brand of product (Polyvinyl), which is a very sturdy line of fencing. Since I had decided that I wanted this brand installed, I didn?t go any further with estimates. The other company gave us a lower estimate than the Ace (though they had not been on site, they had only went by specs and I believe, satellite photos). Ace came down very close to that price and offered, in addition, a 24 month same as cash option. They started on our fence in about 2 weeks after we signed the contract (they told us it would be 2-3 weeks). Since we have a swimming pool, Rob did all the work with the city in securing the proper approvals according to city codes. He even negotiated with the city, in that they are in the process of changing the city code to bring it closer to the Ohio Revised Code. It was quite the relief that he did all that leg-work. After the tear down of the existing fence they installed a temporary fence around the pool, in doing so (though utilities had been marked) they severed an unmarked landscape lighting line. After contacting Rob, (there was concern that other pool lines were struck) he was out within hours in the down pouring rain to inspect ? all went well! All work was completed within a 4 day time period (dodging rain). Workers were all very friendly and easy to work with answering any questions that we had ? they did a very neat job leaving no messes for us to deal with ? Fence looks fantastic!

I am extremely pleased with this company. I have considered a fence for the past few years and had a few estimates from companies. I never felt the other companies cared if I bought anything from them or not. The other companies were very paternalistic in their sales approach to me. When I met with Ace Fence the salesman was wonderful. He took the time to listen to me and provided me with very useful information to help me decide on type and color of fence. The company did an outstanding job of keeping me updated regarding the start date. The installation crew was polite, hard working, and ultimately did a steller job. My fence is beautiful and it is an enhancement to my property. I have received tons of compliments from neighbors and friends. I highly recommend this company.

the job started on time but due to hte offive overbooking the insatllation guys there were some issues getting it completed in the 2 days they initially thought it would take. Because we have 3 dogs having the job take 4 day was a bit frustrating. The installers did actually came out on Saturday to get the job completed before a party that was already scheduled so the backyard could be used. The Fence is everything we had hoped and looks awesome. We are very glad it was done.They are costlier that other companies we looked into but the quality was much better.

The price was too high, but he was courteous and kind.

I liked them. They were real nice. They have been out a couple times. I have not had any problems with them. They did good work. I did have to wait awhile.

They were good. They did what they said and when they said they would do it. They worked well, finished quickly and didn?t leave a mess. The quality of work was very good and they were very professional. They gave me what I wanted for the price that we had agreed upon. The price wasn?t fantastic but they had to do a lot of work and it cost me what I had expected it to cost me. I was very happy with them. I would use them in the future, if necessary.

Great. Rob came to our house right on schedule. He had a laptop computer that showed us fences and arbors that his company had installed for other customers. He also had a number of catalogs with him to give us many more options for the arbor and fence. He answered many questions regarding material, style, etc. He offered to met us at his place of business on a Saturday to view fences and arbors that he were installed on his property. We signed a contract while there. Rob gave us an additonal discount for "coming all the way to Baltimore (Ohio)" The installation crew was very professional and did a great job. We are very happy with the completed work. We had shortened a portion of the fence from what we originally had drawn out on a sketch. Now that we see how nice the vinyl fence looks (doesn't look like plastic), we decided to add the additional fence per the original sketch. We have contracted Ace to do that as fits into their schedule (no hurry on our part). Bonus: Received their Angie's List discount.

They did a nice job. I am quite pleased. People stop by and comment on how nice it looks.

We recently moved from California to Ohio and wanted our back "acre" to be fenced before our arrival with our three dogs. I contacted three fence companies in Central Ohio. Ace Fence returned my call immediately, one company called back almost a week later, and I never heard back from the third company. I worked with Rob on the specifications of the fence and he assured me he would work with the township to secure any necessary permits. Unfortunately we were not made aware of deed restrictions when we purchased the property and our relatively simple field fence turned into a much larger job. Also all plans for the job had to be approved by the elderly gentleman who had apparently wrote up the deed restrictions when he divided his old family farm. Rob and our real estate agent worked tirelessly to get approval from the former landowner and the process was even more time consuming since the gentleman would only communicate through face to face meetings. Rob treated the gentleman with great respect but at the same time made sure he did what ever he could to represent us as his client. In the end we received approval to install the fence. The couple that installed the fence (John?) was also very polite and a pleasure to work with. The fence is beautiful -- we love it -- even though it cost significantly more than we anticipated due to adherence to the deed restrictions. The best news is that our beloved dogs have a beautiful safe area in which to play.

They used subcontractors who turned out to be really great...John and Paul. They were here in the worst weather and to complicate things tree trimmers were here at the same time.They worked right through the chaos. Explained about staining the fence when the weather would allow were very neat and friendly.

They completed the job in the time predicted, and cleaned the workspace after they were finished.

They were very organized, but he only wanted to put 2 fence rails across where other companies wanted to put up 3 which is standard. He also didn't want to dig the post holes. I thought the fence would have problems down the road. I had asked for some other info and he never responded, however I did leave this request with another employee.

It was important for me to have a safe place for my puppies in my new home prior to our move. Ace Fence & Deck coordinated with me and they actually began the project the day I closed on my new home. The entire project was completed in two days. We LOVE our new fence...it is beautiful! I greatly appreciate the help, professionalism and suggestions in design so that everything complimented our existing fencing and current deck work.

Good. They did have to delay installation due to a previous job that ran over and then a little later when they found a bad patch of boards in their supplies, but overall, they managed to put the fence up in good time. They were very professional, even when my new neighbor ran out to stop them as she thought they were on her land. They took the time to show her the property line drawings and markings in the yard, then explained everything to us on what happened. Each board was put on individually, so the fence looks very nice. I did ask them to return, as we wanted to make a switch on the gate lock, but they never returned and I am sure they have forgotten by now. Overall though, a great company to work with.

They were on time and professional. We had a couple of issues, but they were resolved right away. They made sure we were happy and we that we liked the fence. We felt the price was fair.

The experience went really well. They came out, did the estimate and within a couple of days they had a crew out putting it up. I would use them again in the future.

I called for an estimate on this job and got a quick return call to schedule the estimate. This was especially impressive since the call was made right after the Home and Garden Show, and I'm sure they were very busy. Travis came out and provided an estimate and some suggestions since my fence height was not going to be the same for the entire perimeter of the yard. The work was completed the very next week. The only slightly negative comment I would make is that they left the little mounds of dirt where the new post holes were dug. Overall, I was very pleased with the service and have gotten many compliments from the neighbors.

Sales rep showed up on time and was friendly. Price was just too high. ($800.00)

They were excellent. I have had the fence for two years. After a year noticed a few things that needed to be repaired and they came out quickly and didn't charge me a penny. I find Rob to be incredibly polite.
