Description of Work: Tear down and remove wood privacy fence, replace with vinyl privacy fence. Very good experience from start to finish. Vehicle trouble and weather delayed work for a couple of days, but they asked if they could work the weekend to finish the job. The job started 6-8 weeks after signing the contract as expected. The notice on the actual start date was only one day, but overall communication on and about the job was very good.

Description of Work: Ace built a cedar shadow box fence in the back of the yard. It is only one side of the backyard and the other two sides are chain link. They removed the chain link and replaced with wood fence. It looks great. They came a week early and completed the job in two days.

Description of Work: Tom came over for an estimate on a new fence in the backyard. He was very prompt and met us at exactly the time he had said over the phone. He seems like a really nice guy and was very knowledgeable. He gave us some good advice on the benefits of using cedar for a privacy fence. It seems like he is very professional and really places a value on the quality of his work.

Description of Work: APPOINTMENT WAS SET UP FOR 6:00PM ON 4/28/05 TO PROVIDE ESTIMATE FOR DECK AND FENCE BUT SALESPERSON DID NOT SHOW UP OR CALL. I CALLED THEIR OFFICE THE FOLLOWING MORNING AND CONFIRMED THAT SOMEONE WAS SCHEDULED TO COME OUT. THE PERSON AT THE OFFICE WAS SURPRISED AT THE ''NO SHOW'' AND OFFERED TO SET UP ANOTHER APPOINTMENT. I DECLINED.
