GREAT PRODUCT GREAT INSTALL. LOOKS AWESOME

I loved working with Windows Universe. I had contacted a few other companies and their sales pitches were ridiculous. Windows Universe broke down price for each window and gave us their price up front and didn't pressure us to buy from them. They were very professional and their work turned out amazing. I was referred to by two coworkers and was not disappointed with the quality work and their price was by far the cheapest! My favorite part was turning our original 1970s bow window into a brand new beautiful bay window. The whole window was beautiful and they worked with us to create an amazing 70 inch picture window in center. Overall amazing work and I continue to refer them to anyone I talk to!

I am a little delayed in this review but there is a reason why we have used Window Universe twice already and why we plan on using them at least 2 more times. All around it was a great experience. From the first second we spoke to them at the Cleveland Home and Garden Show they were very polite and professional. Other companies we spoke to that day were either very pushy or talking bad about other companies, and that same approach happened when we called those other companies to give us estimates. Window Universe was the EXACT opposite. When I say zero pressure I mean exactly that. When you add the quality of the product as well as the install, it makes for a great experience. We have already referred them to our neighbors and again we have at least 2 more projects coming down the pipeline in the near future. I would highly recommend Window Universe.

I thought their prices were excellent and I am happy with the windows.

My initial inquiry call was scheduled within 24 hrs. After I chose Windows Universe I received weekly updates to let me know the progress and then a call to schedule. All the people I dealt with from the salesman to the woman who answers the phone to the installers were professional and cordial. Job was finished in two days.

Excellent, everything was done according to plan. Windows made a big difference in room temperature. Two installers were in and out in one day including great cleanup. This company is a breath of fresh air in the window replacement business. Would highly recommend and use again when needed.

Everything went very good as planned. I had a Provia Entry and Storm door installed without any problems. The order went smoothly, the installer called before he came and showed up on time for the measurement. The day of installation went without any problems. Cleanup was excellent. Overall I was very pleased and will use this company again.

The reason we went with Window Universe was primarily because of their clear and open way of pricing their windows. Prices were very opaque - no gimmicks like other bigger name companies. They came out, measured, and the windows were basically ready when they said they would be. They kept us updated via email week-to-week on the progress of the order. They responded quickly and clearly to emails and phone calls. They came when they said they would, were careful not to disrupt the home more than necessary, and did not leave a lot of debris outside or inside the home. They cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with the windows, but especially the service that was provided.

The company kept in touch prior to the installation and the work was done in one day.

From the sales man to the final installation everything went extremely well ! The doors look great and we were always kept advised by email or a phone call as to when the doors would be finished and ready to install. My husband and I are extremely pleased with the work.

Everything went well from estimate to installation. We were given two estimates, pricing different window options. By using sliders instead of casements on most of the windows, we saved $5000! The rep worked with us to bet the best value for our needs.

Very impressed with Lance Whitmer and Window Universe. Lance came out on time, was very professional - not pushy. He brought in a sample window to observe. You instantly like and trust this fellow! He was the first window salesperson to come to my home and give me a price. Unfortunately, I made a bad decision and went with another firm. Big mistake! I'll always be sorry I didn't go with Window Universe. The price was right. I just got involved with a high-pressure, "sign right here NOW" salesperson from another firm. It ends up he was dishonest, but I had already signed a contract and was held to it. Just read the reviews for Window Universe! Fantastic! I made a huge mistake.

We’ve done a lot of home improvement projects to our houses over the years and I’d have to rank this recent Window Universe experience at the top for exceeding our expectations. The entire process was professional and skillfully completed. From the discussions with Dan online, to the staff at the Lakewood, OH store who took the time to answer all my questions even though they would not be involved since I live in Pittsburgh, to the awesome measure/install crew led by Blake, everyone treated me like a person and not one of a hundred prospects on a list. The end result is that we now have a house full of 23 new windows that look great from the inside and out. I was worried that they would not fit the age of the home (1960) and look like we just installed cheap vinyl replacement windows. On the contrary, the Berkshire Elite windows are sleek and the exterior trim makes them look awesome! Forget about the guys that spend a ton of money advertising their vinyl windows on TV and call Window Universe. You’ll save money and get a professionally installed superior window.

Lance and the crew were fantastic. Came out as promised, gave me a quote on the spot, with no frills or hassle. Best part is the whole appointment took 15 minutes or less. The window was installed about two weeks after the appointment. I love the fact these guys are flexible enough to do just one window. If I ever need a whole house replacement, Window Universe will be the company I call for an estimate.

It went perfect. Chad is a nice sales rep. He did not waste several hours like the typical sales rep. He spent 15-20 minutes showing how the windows have the same high quality features as most higher priced companies. He did not go through the painful measurement of each window. He said our house is newer therefore the windows are standard and simply counted how many and only needed to review trim options. We had an estimate within an hour. There were no pressure tactics. I told him I needed a few months to finish paying off another house project and he said no worries, call me when you are ready. I did not need to call another company. Chad is knowledgeable, honest and straightforward. The window job itself went great. The installer noticed one window had a minor imperfection that probably would not have noticed and would not install it. He was back within a few days with a new one. The windows are great. Our home was so much warmer this past winter and so much cooler this summer (it's been a hot one!) and the only change in our home is the windows. The cost was half that of some other highly advertised companies!

Everything was perfect. I had researched Revere windows and found them to be a good product. Set up an appointment with Chad. No high pressure nonsense. Their pricing is very straight forward. Signed the contract with them and they indicated it would be 4-6 weeks. Each week they sent me an email letting me know the status. Windows came in and were installed in 4 weeks. Installer Kevin was very efficient and cleaned up as he went. Installation looks great. Window Universe followed up with a package that included all of their guarantees. Extremely happy with their whole process. Highly recommend them

Window Universe was terrific! I made the appointment for Lance to come out for an estimate. He was prompt, courteous, and professional and in less than an hour, took initial measurements. and gave me a very reasonable quote for double hung, energy efficient windows and a quote for the glass block windows. Kevin, their installer, followed up with measurement verification, and the windows were ordered. The office staff kept me informed each week as to the status of the order and the anticipated arrival date. They contacted me by phone within a couple of weeks to set up the installation date which was done proficiently and professionally by Kevin. For each appointment I had with them, they arrived early or right on time and I also received a reminder phone call and email on my appointment date and time. The office staff was totally responsive if I called with any questions and got back to me promptly. I would highly recommend them if you need new windows, glass block, doors! ! Kudos to Dustin, Lily, Shelly, Lance and Kevin for their consistently fine service.

Great experience with window universe. Sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. Weekly updates via email informed me the status of my window order. Easy company to work with, no pressure, and extremely professional. I will use them again in the future. Very happy!

The entire process was great - Dan helps guide you by supplying useful information of the types of windows and being available to answer your questions. I was quite impressed with the quality of the window and even more impressed with how Rory showed up with his crew of 6 and did a spectacular job of installing them. The windows fit tight against the existing window jambs and are nicely caulked inside and out. I would most definitely recommend Windows Universe to anyone looking to replace their windows.

Everything went great - the salesperson who came out to quote the work was great and walked us through our options, educating us on the differences, promptly sent us a detailed quote afterwards, and promptly scheduled the follow up for measurements once we approved the quote provided. The team who did the installation did a great job - were prompt, professional, kept the work area clean, detail oriented, and very professional. We absolutely love how great everything looked afterwards, we would absolutely recommend them to anyone else looking for similar work to be done on their home.
