Description of Work: sliding glass doors were installed and adjustments were made to open the door wider-the doors are energy efficient and they block outside noise which is a delight as they replaced much older sliding glass doors

Description of Work: They put 3 large slider windows & 1 smaller side picture window on the front porch, they look great & will afford so much fresh air in the summer. These windows are thermal insulated & reflect the sun to keep the area cooler. It also keeps cold air out & has lengthened the time we can use the porch area. One window arrived with a crack in the corner casing, they ordered a new one immediately which was install with the additional kitchen windows we decided to order. We replaced the 3 double hung windows in our kitchen which are also insulated and will keep this area comfortable all year. |We used Window Universe last year which is why we had them back this year. This company is extremely professional & goes the extra mile in all catagories. They keep in contact with you throughout the whole process and update you by email every Friday on the progress of your project. They are polite and friendly, return calls punctually and their paperwork allows you know every item you are paying for and exactly how & when payments are due. Our salesman Chad & Seth the installer were exceptional. We would highly recommend them & Window Universe for all your window projects. Description of Work: they sent the same lead installer, Will, as i used previously just a about a year and a half prior; i thought that that was a nice touch since we worked well previously and when needed he and Sam, the sales rep, responded to my needs quickly. |1) this time he replaced the rear and side windows with sliders |2) his helper got sick and had to leave, so he and i cleaned up the worksite | when done, which he seemed to appreciate and i appreciated his willingness | to go it alone and finish the job instead of postponing the install

Description of Work: They replaced several windows. Adjustments were needed afterwards but they were handled very efficiently and professionally. I would use them again and recommend them.

Description of Work: Installed a small window in my bathroom (where there wasn't one). They did a good job and provided a lifetime warranty for that window ( told that if I broke it intentionally it would be replaced free of charge). I wouldn't use them again because the cost was very high.

Description of Work: Our experience with Window Universe was very good and we would (and have!) recommend them to others looking for replacement windows. The salesman explained things well and did not put pressure on us to purchase. Once we made the decision to purchase the windows, the company kept us well informed as to the schedule. There were two slight concerns with the windows once they were installed, and the salesman made arrangements to get both issues addressed immediately and to our complete satisfaction. We are very pleased with our six new windows and will use the company again when we are ready to replace the others!

Description of Work: All new windows in our early '80's ranch. Big improvement for noise, insulation and appearance of our home. They were fast and professional.

He positioned his product and services using a very fundamental (value returned) and low pressure approach. Was the only provider bidding that had a detailed itemized quote for the product and services provided. | |The company provided weekly updates on our window order up to and including scheduling the install. | |The installer was seasoned (20 years) and very professional. He had the inside work (window install and inside trim) completed in one day and returned for another half-day to complete the outside vinyl trim. He was also very considerate of our family coming and going while the work was underway. We are completely satisfied with the outcome.
