From start to finish, we dealt with one of the owners, Sam Steinacker, who acted in a professional, yet sincere manner. He, along with all of his employees who installed our windows did excellent work. Time will tell, but thus far, we are satisfied and happy with the new windows.

Windows Universe was extremely professional, friendly, prompt and courteous. There was no high pressure selling, just facts about their windows and services. They came when expected for explaining their windows, provide a quote (no hidden charges or selling of upcharges for options) and delivered on the date we were informed. Installation took one day and was done with minimal impact and they cleaned up what little mess they made. While we had one small mishap in ordering two windows wrong for the inclusion of internal cross-hatching, they promptly saw the issue, ordered the replacement sashes and installed them (only took 15 minutes). I would recommend anyone looking to buy quality replacement windows call Windows Universe for a quote. Their price and quality are excellent for replacement windows along with good service and communication. They provide emails frequently on the status of your order.

Sam is amazing, he helped us to figure out all the details about the projects. The work went seamlessly, Will and the crew did a very good job. They took a good care of keeping the house clean. The whole project took 4 days only (2 days the house, 2 days the sunroom). At the end we found some minor flaws, they came out quickly and fixed them, and they did not accept the last payment until everything was fixed to our satisfaction.

From the sales presentation through the install this company was excellent. "No pressure" visit to explain process and demo window quality was great. Frequent emails from their office updating on progress of our order was unexpected but very helpful. The windows were actually ready for install about 10 days before we were promised, so the install was completed early. In spite of their delivery truck breaking down on the start day of install their crew showed up and began install with a few of the smaller windows before their truck was repaired and finally arrived about mid-day. Their crew proceeded to complete the install of all windows and trim out the interiors on the first day. They returned on the second day and completed the trim work on the outside. This house has two enclosed porches - one up and one down. We decided to replace all the "storm windows" in those two rooms with upgraded windows as well. This was a challenge for the crew, but their skill and thoughtfulness has made a huge difference in those two rooms. They went above and beyond in a few "extras", which were very much appreciated. They cleaned up after they were done as well. The windows are all the newer Berkshire Elite line ...and they are very highly rated. We couldn't be happier. Extremely professional from the sales side all the way through the installation. Were able to match both the interior and exterior of our home with a high quality window. Arrived on time and completed most of the work in one day. Had to come back just for light finish work. I would highly recommend this company.

Installer arrived early and was professional from the very moment he arrived. He ran into problems with removal of the old window and found rotted wood which he replaced for me. The entire job was completed and I am entirely happy with the results and he cleaned up after himself! I highly recommend this company for your window needs.

They were great through the whole process, and we couldn't be happier! The salesperson showed up on time for an evening appointment, and was terrific. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions patiently and kindly, with good suggestions. There was no pressure at all, and he seemed genuinely interested in helping us to find the best choice of windows for us. Unlike some other companies, they did not require my wife and I both to be present, although we both were, having learned from a previous sales appointment that it was a good idea for us. In addition, and one of the best parts of the company's no-pressure sales approach in my opinion, was that all of the prices for all of the options were set in advance in writing. So we could pick and choose what we wanted from all of the choices and know what it would cause us, without any "buy today and get a discount" pressure or stressful negotiations. Shopping like that was kind of fun, actually. The installers were great, too. There were three men: one inside and two outside. They finished all 13 windows in one day, although they had told us in advance that the job might take two days, so it was nice that they finished it early. They were all friendly and professional, did a great job, and cleaned up everything thoroughly before they left. The only glitch for the whole process was a minor one. We had ordered identical grids (decorative inserts) for all 13 windows, and when they arrived from the manufacturer, one of the windows was missing its grid. But Window Universe handled it smoothly; they went ahead and installed the grid-less window with the others, ordered a replacement with the correct grid, and swapped out the grid-less window after the correct arrived a few weeks later. The windows are designed to come out of their frames for easy replacement, so the swap took literally about 30 seconds in the hands of the professional installer, so wasn't any kind of problem for us. We are THRILLED with the new windows, and with the job that Window Universe did for us, with sales, installation, and follow-up, and we definitely recommend them! By the way, don't confuse them with Universal Windows, just because the names are similar. We have no experience with that competitor, but it's WINDOW UNIVERSE that made us so happy with their work!

Overall great customer service from Window Universe. Always punctual for appointments. Weekly communication regarding status of window order. The installers were friendly, meticulous and cleaned up afterwards so well you couldn't tell they'd been there. Windows appear to be of good quality and color/specifications were exactly as ordered. So happy with them that I'm getting an estimate this week for several other windows.

They showed up on time. They were extremely personable. There was a team of three and the job was exceptional. They put down pads to cover the carpet and made sure to clean up after the job was completed. We plan on having them come back out for a few more windows.

It went well. The windows seems to keep the heat in & they look good.

We worked with Chad and were very satisfied with every aspect. Great product, great price, not pushy but good follow-up. Once we booked the sale, we really appreciated the updates on when the product was being made, was complete and when the install would occur. The guys who installed were professional and cleaned up very well afterwards. If we need any windows or anything else they can provide in the future we will definitely use then again and will refer to any of our friends or family!

we met with Chad very professional salesman. we did not want want a dog any pony show with the bright lights shining through the windows and a 3 hour long presentation. we told Chad that we knew we needed windows so tell us why yours are better than the other competitors. he told us how the windows meet the 2015 energy star rating, the life time warranty, other customers experience, and the price. I can't tell you how pleased I am with our windows. to share a bit of information our windows were bad we had to tape them up to stop the breeze from coming in. when it was 60 degrees outside it was freezing in our house. now it's comfortable and the perfect temperature and the windows are AMAZING! They are beautiful functional basically perfect. the installation 2 guys in two days. they were professional they laid down tarps and vacuumed!! when they left the first day you couldn't tell they were here other than the smell from the caulk and the new windows! if you are searching for Windows look no more than here! the price was cheaper than any other competitor the service is by far the best in the industry. Chad, adam, and Scott were amazing. look no more than window universe. I wish I took before and after but here is the after shot.

From the first visit by their representative to after the installation was done I was extremely impressed. This company is nothing but professionals. We weren't pressured by the sales rep to sign a contract however he was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I appreciated that my husband didn't have to be there as I am the one who made the decision on getting new windows. Our rep even braved a snow storm to come see me! I explained I needed to make sure our home equity line was approved before we could proceed and he never pressured me. The price didn't change either! There was another company I talked with and when I told them I wouldn't sign anything that day, their price kept dropping to try to get me to commit to them however they were still expensive. Window Universe is upfront and fair with their pricing. I feel I got the best quality windows I could get and the price was half of their competitors.Once we gave them the go ahead, we signed the contract and were kept informed weekly of the progress of our install!!! Everyone we came in contact with from the company was very pleasant and informative. The installers worked very quickly however the quality of the work surpassed my expectations. I even had a small issue of some foam spray or some residue that i couldnt get off the window from the install. Sam came out and cleaned the window and replaced the screen ( even though the spot on the screen was hardly noticeable). The installers cleaned up so well you didn't even know they were there. I am extremely happy with my new windows. The prices cant be beat! And the service they provide is the best out there. I will recommend them to everyone I know!!!

The whole experience was positive, from the first consultation to the follow up after installation. The installers were very easy to work with and did an efficient and professional job. The Window Universe folks did an amazing job working with us to make the window we put in our front gable be exactly the way we wanted it. The researched vendors to make the detail and the simulated divided light be both as accurate and as inexpensive as possible. When the window was installed the team was friendly, efficient, competent and speedy. The scheduling was done at our convenience.

Their sales pitch and demo were very clear and straightforward. The windows were ready ahead of schedule. The installers were efficient and put extra effort into dealing with some issues that arose due to the age and condition of the house - without charging me extra. They look so good that I'll have to have the house painted now to match!
