The tech was here 2 day and out time both days. Hard worker clean and very good at his job.

Andy spent time with us going over all options. He was not pushy with options. Kevin measured/installed windows, prompt, amazing work ethic.

The workers showed up on time and completed all work in a timely manner. Cleaned up everything. Workers were friendly and showed excellent professionalism.

Efficient group effort by three installers. Removed and replaced eight windows. Cleaned thoroughly inside and out.

I can't say enough good about this entire process. The quoting process was simple and straightforward, the pricing was great, communication was excellent through out the process. They even tried to do a custom match on the exterior capping in a non-standard color to satisfy the condo complex rules. When the installer arrived he determined the capping was not quite the correct color, and left the old capping in place, and the cost of material was deducted from the final price. I discovered after he left that the triple slider was missing stops (should have been installed at the factory), but one phone call took care of that, and a couple weeks later someone stopped out and installed those, working around my schedule. The difference between the new windows and the 40 year old single panes they replaced is noticeable, both from a temperature and noise standpoint. One of the ways I rate a company is by how well they support their work after the sale, and Window Universe has been spectacular. If you are looking for replacement windows, look no further.

Salesman was very helpful and responsive. Measurements were taken on schedule. Installer was on time, very friendly and very neat. Work quality was excellent. Office staff sent weekly emails advising of progress.

The sales process went great. I never felt pressured but our sale rep would check in with me every once and a while and this was one of the reasons I decided to go with them. The other companies I had quote provided me the quote and then never followed up. I liked that Window Universe were persistent (but not overbearing) and it keep my own project deadlines moving forward. Once we set a date to have the work done, things moved swiftly. There were a few appointments for measurements, the windows were ordered and after one day of installation, they were in. We love the new windows. Our old ones were form the 50's or 60's so these are a huge improvement. We went with the cheapest option, but again, I felt like we got a quality window and we weren't pushed into buying something more expensive. We will be using them when we replace the remaining 18 window on the bottom floor. Our sales guy was great, office staff was very nice to work with and our installer was professional and courteous.

From start to finish, the job was perfect. Dustin, the installer, was early and got right to work. We used Window Universe in 2012 to replace 20 + windows. We'd use no one else!

Everyone was very professional, and the service was superb. The Pella window rotted out, and they offered me a 30% discount to replace it, but the Pella price was still significantly higher than Window Universe. The Window Universe window comes with a lifetime guarantee. I could not be more pleased. Highly recommend.

They were great. The sales guy was quick with his presentation. I didn't feel pressure to sign on the dotted line. They sent weekly updates with my order before installation. On installation day they were nice, neat, on time, and did a good job. I found an issue with manufacturing, they quickly resolved my issue to my satisfaction.

I would HIGHLY recommend Window Universe to anyone looking for new windows -- we replaced a very large bow window and turned it into a bay window that can open on the sides, enclosed our previously screened in only porch with several large double hung windows, added a white steel door with a small window built into it, and replaced two older windows upstairs. The sales person, Chad Wilson, was a breath of fresh air to say the least. He was completely opposite of the long winded, used car salesman type guys who came from the other well known competitors - we could not get the other guys to leave our house after hours and some even had to "call their manager to tell them why we wouldn't sign on the spot" - ridiculous. Chad was no pressure, pleasant, and truly helpful. Very classy guy who clearly understands the customer and wants to help. The installation was done in the time frame stated up front (with weekly email updates) and Kevin did a fabulous job installing everything -- the final product looks FANTASTIC - and their prices were SO MUCH BETTER than the other places we had come meet with us. I actually found them from Angie's List and it was a great decision to use them - you are crazy to not get an estimate and meet with Chad if you are interested in windows/doors -- thank you Window Universe for making this a great experience!!

Chad was a great salesman, full of info but never pushy. Kevin, the installer, was quick, quiet, clean and very professional. He did all the windows and door by himself. He left my house cleaner than when he started.

Window Universe was awesome! They were efficient in their initial home visit and provided a very reasonable price to begin with. Having received an additional quote from a company with a slightly lesser quality of window, window universe lowered their price to beat this quote, despite the slightly better quality of the Window Universe product. The windows look great, and the installation was smooth. I would recommend Window Universe to all!

I had purchased windows several years ago and unfortunately the company & window manufacturer went out of business and 5 of the windows had bad seals which caused the inside of them to get all spotted. As I just needed the windows replaced and not the frame I was not sure who to call and especially leery after having such a bad, costly experience. I am so glad I found Sam at Window Universe. I called him after reading all the great reviews on Angie's List and he promptly came out. He was so nice, professional and his price was good. I know this as I had someone else out who was way overpriced. I knew Sam was honest. I placed the order with 1/2 down payment and within a few weeks I was notified the windows were in and would be installed within a week. Today it was raining early morning but Sam called me and said he was keeping track of the weather and we had a break in the rain for a couple of hours. Sam and one other worker came at the exact scheduled time and replaced the 5 windows within 2 hours! The new windows match the old perfectly and they did an excellent job. I have to say I was impressed with Sam's integrity and eagerness to do more than a good job. I highly recommend anyone researching window replacement or what I had done to call Window Universe. We had Window Universe come out to our house and give a detailed estimate of how much it would cost to replace all of our 1970s era casement windows (39 in total). They gave us great options for keeping casements and for changing to sliders or double hung windows. We ended up replacing 5 of our old windows - 2 were casement for casement and 3 were replaced with 1 large double light slider. As we live in a picturesque, wooded area, I was really impressed with the double light sliders. They open up the view more as there is more window and less framing with this design. I only worked with 3 people (2 in person, 1 over the phone) which was really nice in making me comfortable with the team and with the continuity of service. The gentlemen that came to give a quote spent time showing us all our options and giving multiple quotes for different scenarios. Then, the person that measured the windows and installed them was professional, friendly and fast. Lastly, there was an office associate who called and emailed me with the status of the project weekly. She was always helpful and courteous. They finished on time and always came in the window of time given or called with plenty of advance notice for changes. I would highly recommend this company and we will use them again for our future window replacement needs.

We got quotes from three top-rated window companies on Angie?s List. Two came to our home but one only sent a quote and a link to a youtube video of their product. Their prices were comparable but we liked the Window Universe window best. Chad did an excellent job of showing the window and explaining the replacement process in a straightforward manner. There was no pressure, and the price quoted was good for about four months. Later Chad sent us some information we had requested but otherwise did not bother us during the several months it took us to make our decision. He then came to our home again to sign the contract. Several weeks later, Will came to measure the windows. Installation went smoothly over about two and a half days. During this process the installers noticed a minor flaw in two windows and ordered replacements. Each part of this process went as well as we could have expected. Everyone was on time for appointments, we were kept informed weekly of the progress on the manufacture of our windows, installation was efficient, and the installers cleaned up such that you would not have known they had been there. We even got to meet the co-owner, Sam, when he came to install the re-ordered windows. He really cares about the quality of their product and customer service, so it was obvious why our whole experience was so positive.

First off the sales person (Sam) was in and out of here in 30 mins. Which is what I wanted.. He answered my questions, showed me the windows and gave me an estimate. Came back to sign papers when I made my final decisions. The man that came to measure was very professional - removed his shoes when he entered to do the measurements. I asked that when he installed to not smoke(not even outside) as I have allergies. Not a problem they didn't smoke. Windows were installed and they cleaned up after themselves. I had done my windows in stages. So I had other companies prior and wish I had used them in the beginning.

The windows are being made right now but we had them do all the other windows last year. Very professional, well priced and great windows. I will use them for all my window needs.

Outstanding service and professionalism. I selected Window Universe due to its high rating on Angies List and I couldn't have been happier. Honestly, I didn't do much price shopping since I was more concerned with reliability and integrity. This company will bend over backwards to make sure you are happy and satisfied. Installer, Kevin, was very nice and always cleaned up where needed and more. I believe anyone using them will not be disappointed.

The salesperson was very informative and low pressure. I chose this company because of the product, 2015 Energy Star rated, and the long time that the manufacturer was in business. The lifetime warranty on everything was also a factor, and this company has been in business for a long time. I was informed of the progress of the manufacture of the windows weekly. I had to have some marble sills replaced and they look great. From measuring to installation, the crew was very experienced, helpful and friendly. They covered everything where they worked and cleaned up everything. It was a good experience and the windows look great.
