Window installation went well. The prices were fair and to the point. No add-ons or negotiations needed. It took a few weeks for the windows to be installed, but I felt that reflected that the company had a lot of business because they were good. Sales representative was easy to get ahold of and always answered questions. I plan to use this company in the future.

A GREAT company! No-pressure salesman explained options. Very nice. NOT pushy at all!!! Installers were AMAZING! Great clean-up afterwards, too! Six months after installation, I called to ask for help with an exterior door that was stuck (this was not a door that they had replaced). Told them I was having furniture delivered that day and needed to have front door open. Spoke with friendly lady at the office, who told me she would be happy to send someone out to see if they could help. Their friendly young man showed up and pushed the door open using a painter's putty tool. Refused to accept any payment. WOW, that NEVER happens!!!! Will be contacting them soon to replace that sticking front door. Will NOT go anywhere else! Thanks for a job well-done and for courteous services, and going out of your way to help.

The original sales person was very helpful and followed up the original visit with a quote very quickly. He returned to do the initial measurement when we said we would place the order. Email communications confirmed each step of the process. They sent a field person to evaluate the job/confirm the details after we signed the contract. They told us they would contact us to schedule the installation within 6-8 weeks. They called us well within the 6-8 week timeframe to confirm a date for installation. The installer arrived on time for the installation, but we ran into a small problem, as the installer (also the field rep that had confirmed the details) had not really looked at the conditions at the back of our house. When he arrived with the window, he realized that due to the steep hill below the window, he would need another crew member to do the installation. After a a brief conference with his home office, we agreed to reschedule the installation for another day. One week later they arrived on time with a two man crew and the installation was completed without any delay. The window installation looks great and we are happy with the result.

Came out for an estimate. My budget is a little tight right now, but I plan on using these guys once I have the money. The salesman, Lance, was very professional and was out the door in 45 minutes. Their quote was thousands less than the other bigger companies. Lance showed me an itemized bill, and answered every question I had. Very knowledgable.

All involved were very professional throughout the entire process and everything was clean as they left. Their price was also much cheaper (by almost 1,000) than several other well known companies. I would definitely do business with them again in the future!

The job went excellent. We received approximately 3 estimates for replacement windows, including Window Universe. We were impressed with the many great write ups on Angie's list for this Company. They are reliable, customer focused and do excellent work. The price was in line with other estimates but by far stand out as a provider, as well as the guarantee on the windows were also key to our selection. They keep you informed every step of the way from the moment you sign the contract to the installation. There was never a question to be asked because they are always in contact with you. The windows look wonderful and the quality of the install stand out! Not to mention the immediate difference of comfort inside of our home. I would not hesitate to recommend Window Universe to my friends and family. And definitely will use them again, if the need arise.

They sent a email every 2 weeks letting me know that the window was ordered, was fabricated, and when to expect installation. Very professional. Love my new Windows !

We had 1 window in the attic that needed to be replaced, it was the only remaining original window in a 100 year old house, I requested that the window be removed carefully and in one piece so I could clean it, repair it and do something decorative with it at a later date, they removed the old window, installed the new window in less than 45 minutes (I was told it would take approx. 2 hours), the installer was very friendly and professional, cleaned up what little mess he made, asked where I would like the old window...a very pleasant experience.

The were very nice to work with. My son made a suggestion to make the third section of the door look more finished. They were happy to comply, and liked it so much they decided to do it for all 3 panel patio door sets. During installation they inadvertently made a ding in my furniture. They were very quick and thorough about finding the right person to fix it, and came out to make sure that I was satisfied with the results.

First off, don't confuse these guys with Universal Windows (the company that advertises heavily and uses gimmicks like buy-one-get-one free and other high pressure sales tactics)! We had three companies quote on our window needs and Window Universe was head and shoulders above the other two companies. Window Universe doesn't advertise so they are able to keep their prices competitive. Chad Wilson (sales rep) was very professional, knowledgeable and trustworthy. Window Universe doesn't use any gimmicks or high pressure sales tactics, they simply out-serviced any other contractor we've hired. As soon as we signed the contract, we started receiving weekly, personal emails from Lily Richards (Customer Service). She told us exactly when they would receive our windows from the factory (Revere Building Products in Akron, OH) and then promptly contacted us to set up an installation date. Kevin (installer) and his team did tremendous work, were friendly and professional and then did a stellar job in cleaning up. We couldn't be happier with the product (Revere Berkshire Elite windows) and services provided by Window Universe. Don't waste your time with other window companies - call the gang at Window Universe today!
