Description of Work: We had a storm door put in and a basement door replaced. The salesman made an error on the order form so the door came facing the wrong way and wouldn't work. Everyone was really apologetic and they expedited the re-order and came as soon as it arrived. I thought they were great and we are incredibly happy with the products. The house is so much warmer.

Description of Work: Window Nation installed 5 new windows for me. The previous owner of my house updated most of the windows but left the old windows alone in the dining room and living room to keep the old Lakewood "look" of the house. But I wanted warmth. The windows I got improved the "look" of the house and are EXCELLENT! The crew arrived right on time and were friendly, informative and professional. The installation went smoothly and I couldn't be happier. My furnace doesn't run as much and I don't have to wrap myself in the afghan when I'm sitting on my couch like I used to. Their salesman Doug did an outstanding job explaining the product and the process. I am completely satisfied with everything having to do with Window Nation and would recommend them to anybody needing replacement windows!

Description of Work: We ordered replacement windows for our entire house (except basement) The salesman listened to what we wanted to do and developed a competitive price. The installer came out and measured the windows and within a few |(maybe 4) weeks, the windows were delivered and installed. The installers were professional and did an outstanding job. It took 3 people 2 long days to install and then trim out the windows. We had 3 very large picture windows and 9 fairly large sliding windows installed, and I was impressed with the workers getting everything done in that time. The inside and outside trim look fantastic. We are very happy with the windows and would use them again, although since we already have replaced all of the windows, I doubt if we will need to.

The sales staff provided information and options for us to consider, but never used any pressure tactics to close the deal. I had obtained several quotes and the other sales people I met with almost wouldn't leave my home and tried several times to get me to shake or song to commit to buying from them. They were very conscientious about leaving a clean workspace inside our home and worked quickly and with professionalism. They welcomed questions from us and invited input on trim options. After all was completed, we reviewed a follow-up packet by mail with information a discount gift card should we refer a friend and a note from the Arbor Day foundation indicating that they had planted a tree in our name. They guys from Window Universe were very professional from the time of our first meeting and throughout the entire process. They are very clear about their pricing so there's no negotiating. We were emailed weekly to let us know the status of our window order (it took about 5 weeks for them to come in) and they actually arrived a little early on the day of installation, which was a pleasant surprise. I would definitely use them again.

Description of Work: Our windows are out dated, so I decided to get a few quotes on new ones. Out of the group of vendors I talked to, I was most pleased with Window Universe. There product was explained in an informative, professional manner by their friendly, knowledgable representative Sam Steinacker. There were no high pressure sales tactics used. Window Universe's quote came in the most favorable price wise, but the project still ended up being more than I expected so it's going to have to wait until next year.
