Excellent. Ron is very professional, punctual and does high quality work. Working with Ron & his crew was a pleasure and I would highly recommend him to family & friends.

I received a call back from Ron the same day I left him a message. He showed up the next evening to give me an estimate. Since my job was an interior job he was able to fit me into his busy schedule during a rainy day, it even being on a Saturday. He removed both I-Beam pockets in the basement and rebuilt/replaced them with brand new brick and mortar, all cut and fit to size. He was quick, clean, professional and was not a penny higher than his quote. No sales pitch, only fixed what was necessary.

Came out in a timely manner to provide an estimate to do 2 chimneys, side stairs and full exterior of a large brick home. We decided we couldn't do the work right now, but was knowledgeable and respectful.

He helped pick out a brick and now that the porch is finished it could not look better. He was prompt, did what he said he would do and kept me informed every step of the way. He went over and above replacing brackets and painting existing brackets that are not made any more. The job was held up slightly because of my city and the required inspections and permits. I am more than happy with the porch and the whole process!

Great service from start to finish. Ron called and came out the same day contacted. Completed work in 2 days. Repaired bricks under stone step and porch. Also provided insight into the source of the issue which will help me prevent it from reoccurring.

Of the three masons I called, he was the only one to respond. He came out and gave an estimate for repairing the above grade foundation and facing bricks on my concrete slab front porch. My husband wanted a footer dug beneath the foundation and only discussed this after Ron was here. Ron was kind enough to call me back after I told him this, and explained that what my husband wants done isn't necessary and would cost us thousands more. We are senior citizens and this type of project would mean rebuilding my whole front. I was impressed with Ron's professionalism.

I can't recommend Ron George and his assistant highly enough. He returned my initial call very promptly and, when he came to give me a quote, was very thorough in assessing the needs of the job. He realized the importance of matching the rest of the house and chimney, so was able to use as many of the existing bricks as possible and brought additional matching brick. They even matched the existing 80-year-old mortar perfectly! His work is truly impressive. The project turned out to be considerably more extensive than we originally thought, but the additional cost was surprisingly modest. Both Ron and his assistant were a pleasure to work with.

Ron and his helper were very efficient and careful with the work. They made the walkway very decorative (without direction from us) and matched the existing brick very well. Ron was honest when he told us how we could work with existing brickwork instead of replacing it. I appreciated his honesty. He is a local contractor who loves the neighborhood (Lakewood) and understands the value of maintaining the style of the houses. He was one of the best contractors I have ever worked with. The price of the job was high but you get what you pay for... the quality of his work was worth the money. I suspect that other contractors would have charged a similar amount.

It went very well. He did a great job. He came out and gave us an estimate. Because of our schedules, what he did is he dropped some bricks for us to pick. He picked out bricks actually that he thought would match the house. We saw the bricks and we called him and said it was okay. He came while we were at work. He fixed the walls. We thought he was very professional and very knowledgeable. He was very honest too. Originally, we had talked about jetting up the outside wall or either knocking it down and rebuilding it or doing something to it like major construction. He told us that we probably should not do that because it'll just pick up the ground move. It's just going to happen again. The patch work needed to be re-patched. I would use him again in the future. We're actually thinking about calling him again.

Ron George was very professional. He reviewed everything in detail with me when he quoted the job in less than a week after my call for the quote. He completed the job yesterday, about 2 weeks after the quote. He takes pride in his work. In April of 2005, Ron replaced the bricks and metal angle over our front 9 foot living room windows with a keyed sandstone support on the top. He did an excellent job that added to our home's street appeal.

It went very well. Ron was quick to respond to my phone call He came out within two days, gave me an estimate and informed me of possible problem areas coming up within the next five years or so. He looked at some areas that I thought may need some attention and he said they were OK. He also informed me that he had about a 3 month waiting list. This was in mid June, so there was plenty of time before fall/winter, So I said put me on the list and call me when when his schedule had an opening. Ron called me after about 2 months when he had a break in the schedule and came out the next day in the morning, ten minutes early. Ron was finished with the job in about 2 1/2 hours and was very professional, personable and easy to work with. He again walked me through some possible problem areas that may come up in the future ...5 years down the road or so, in order that I could begin planning for them. I would use RG Masonry for any future masonry work I may need.

Provider was prompt in returning my original call and giving me an estimate. I was added to his schedule and called prior to the appointment to make sure I was available. He was on time and worked through the 2 1/2 days it took to complete the project. I didn't see them even take a break. It did rain during the process and he was very careful to cover the steps to maintain the integrity of the work that had been completed. He also did some tuck pointing for me.

We did not go with this estimate although we were pleased with his professionalism and responsiveness.

I like everything. They were on time and cleaned up the job. They did a fine, good work.

From our first contact with him, Ron was very responsive. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job in the time he had estimated. He was very professional, polite, and personable at all times, and conferred with us whenever he had questions about what we wanted or to indicate issues to us that needed addressed. Overall, this was one of our best home repair experiences.

I have bricks supporting my front porch slab. In any brick work, there is mortar. Overtime that will crack. Tuck pointing is repairing that. It is simple, but not simple to do right and he did it right. The cost was what he said it would be, it was done timely and the work was just what I expected. His customer service was good. He did what he said he was going to do, he came when he said he was going to come, he gave me and estimate and he held to the estimate and when he told me would come to do the work, he came and it was done. Highly unusual. I don't like dealing with contractors.

I spoke to Ron over the phone and explained the work. He came over a couple of days later to look at the house. I did not meet him as I worked late that day so Ron met with my wife. He returned several days later with the bricks to make sure they matched the exisiting bricks. No body was home so he left the samples on the front porch. He called back to explain what he found and why the bricks were cracking. He quoted a price over the phone and mailed an estimate. After receiving the quote, I realized that my wife, not knowing all the work that needed to be done, had missed several areas on the house that needed repair. I called Ron to explain that his quote would not be correct for that reason. He then gave me an estimate based on the measured area to give me an idea of the addeed cost. I did not shop around, I found RG Masonry on Angie's List so he was the first contractor I had called. He impressed me right away with his honesty and knowledge. My wife and I were impressed with Ron and felt confident he was the right choice to perform the work. I cannot say if his prices any better than anyone else but his work was fantastc. He matched the brick and the mortar color perfectly.

Since the job was larger than I anticipated, I decided not to get the job done at this time. I think it was a fair estimate. He seems to know what he is doing.
