Description of Work: They were very prompt and professional with all aspects associated with installing a new furnace and air conditioning units. Their warranty coverage appears to be better and for a longer time frame compared to the other three quotes. However, I believe the extra $700 we paid compared to all other quotes compensates for the life time heat exchange and the 5 year labor warranties received from Lakewood Furnace. We appreciate the improved warranty service. All other sources quoted labor warranty between 90 days up to 1 year.

Description of Work: Scheduled routine HVAC check-up, and also was worried about possible replacement of thermostat. Frank performed the service he was great. Did entire check-up. In the end, he saved me $150 by not replacing thermostat; he simply cleaned battery connections. Definitely will use again.

Description of Work: I NEEDED A QUICK APPOINTMENT TO INSPECT MY FURNACE. A SQUIRREL HAD BEEN IN THE FURNACE AND I WAS AFRAID TO USE IT UNTIL SOMEONE CONFIRMED THAT THERE WAS NO DAMAGE. THEY CAME OUT IMMEDIATELY. THE REPAIRMAN EVEN REMOVED THE VENT TO CONFIRM THAT IT WAS COMPLETELY CLEAR.
