Very well, good communication, they are punctual, the equipment and labor was done very well.

Not long after having Lakewood Furnace install a new furnace in our home, we then had them add/install a new AC unit. Once again, they were prompt, efficient, and addressed all of our questions and concerns. We place our trust In Lakewood Furnace and hope to be life long customers. Thanks again Joe....and please let the other guys know how much we appreciated their great work.

From the initial meeting with the owner/Joe, who had promptly responded to our home, he then provided us with our options/pricing/etc.. First thing the following morning, members of Lakewood Furnace arrived, & by the end of the day, had completed the removal & replacement of our old furnace. They were all very knowledgeable, professional, & thorough. The end result of their work, & even the clean-up, was exceptional. We were very satisfied & just wanted to say Thanks to all of you!

After 2 hours of failed attempts to run and replace a severed wire using the existing path, the solution was to run through the laundry chute. Though I was sympathetic and appreciated the attempts, the end result in hour 3 was an exposed wire that was then shut and frayed by chute door. After expressing my concerns as part of an uncomfortable conversation regarding what I saw, the wire was ultimately put though the wall and chute. An expensive fix.

Joe and his team went out of their way to complete the warranty work the same day. It was much appreciated on an 8 degree day.

Great! Frank came out and had the unit fixed (blown capacitor) within minutes. Frank says it’s drawing high amps. Not a good thing. I’m going to contact them soon for a quote on a replacement of this really old unit. Thanks a ton, Lakewood!

Turned out to be user error. Technician told me what was wrong and filled out a form for a $50 rebate to be filed with First Energy. With a coupon and the $50 rebate the total was $49.

The service man arrived on time, got right to work, showed me a part that needed to be replaced, and why, and finished the job. I was very pleased with the efficiency and professionalism. They were also on top of giving me paperwork to apply for a $50 energy efficiency rebate.

I had them come to do a routine furnace check up. I was told that the filter and feed tube in my humidifier connected to the furnace needed replaced and they would order parts and get back to me. I had to contact them to follow up and was told I should just go to Home Depot to get the parts because it would be cheaper. I went to Home Depot and of course they didn't have the parts. I called back and was told they couldn't find the one part, it was discontinued or something, and they would look and call me back. I called back twice to check on it and was told they would keep looking and let me know. Never called back. I still don't have the parts and have no idea what to do.

I washout of town at the time but the owner kept in contact with me and was very helpful in answering my questions and helping me decide what was best for me. When I got home someone came out and went over the system with me. Everything was very professional.

Failure was misdiagnosed and then failed again the next day. Motor was picked up at warehouse and installed in an hour.

In the middle of one of the hottest days of the summer, our AC broke. Apparently, so did everyone else's in Cleveland. These guys still managed to get us in, provide good service and do good work. They didn't try to upsell us or exaggerate the problem. They just did good work. Kudos! Good service is hard to come by so we are very glad to hire these guys again!

We have used Lakewood for many years to maintain our two gas furnace units and air conditioning. They are professional and friendly.

Fan replaced no problem. Estimate a little high, highest of three, but very through. Went with another company because of price.

It went well. Both Joe who we talked to over the phone about the quotes and the guys who came to the house we pleasant, professional and personable. The person who installed the new system went over what needed to be done step by step for maintenance.

Had two workers, Brian and Jared. They worked extremely well together to replace the furnace and air conditioner with a new carrier system. Once installed, they showed me what I needed to do to keep the system going OK. How to replace the blower filter and the april air filter. Once the work was completed they cleaned up after themselves. No garbage left behind and also cleaned their pathway extremely well. Laid down mats to protect flooring.

I got a heater from them approximately 10 years ago and I’ve been using them for a yearly checkup every year. They removed and replaced the furnace. They are friendly and they're on time.

They did a good job. We have used them for years. The have a medium price. They are not cheap, but they do a good job. Their quality and responsiveness is excellent.

The price is good and seems to be the going rate for everyone. I have the same guy come out every year.

I've used them for years. I had a couple of parts that needed to be repaired, but they are reasonable, they're the same as probably anywhere else. I did comparison shopping before I started using them, but I haven't checked what other places charge. They call before they come. My furnace did go out last year and they were here within an hour and a half. They're responsive. I called and I was like, "I want you here now," and they're very good about that. Just one person comes out to do the service. It took probably a half hour for the work to be completed. You wouldn't even know they were there, they clean everything up.
