Cary responded very promptly to my phone message and came out for the estimate the next day. Their price was substantially better than the competing bids (can I give them an A+ on that field?), and Cary seemed eminently trustworthy and reliable. As he indicated, the windows were ready (made in Youngstown, if I recall properly) about a month after we confirmed the order. The installers were efficient, with all five windows in place in about two hours, start to finish. One tiny quibble: while they laid plastic on the floors where they were working, I had to vacuum up some paint chips under the windows and pick up several small nails after they left; didn't mind doing this, but I felt they could have been a bit more careful/thorough in their cleanup. The windows seem to be of excellent quality, as the bedroom retains heat much better. My wife used to sleep under about a dozen layers of blankets (including an electric blanket). Now it's the electric blanket plus about five layers to start with, but she's usually down to about one or two layers (sometimes none) before the night's over.

Products delivered and installed were as ordered and for the agreed price. We received 4 quotes; 2 from big box stores, one from a family-owned home improvement store and the bid from Integrity Window. Cary Slabaugh is the owner and he presents his line of windows & doors, measures, prepares the bid and arranges the installation. He has worked for years with his windows installer Tim (assisted at the time of our installation by Doug). They got all 28 windows installed in one long day. The door installer he used at our house was Jim. Again the entire installation was completed in a day. Cary as well as his installers are prompt. We found him easy to communicate with by email, text and phone. Cary followed-up on both our installations. We have since recommended that friends and neighbors include Integrity Windows & Doors in their bids.

It was good. They were prompt and did a real nice job. Everything was cleaned up well. I liked them for their responsiveness, quality and value for the price. They responded to all my calls. They were fair with the pricing - they didn?t play any games with it. I would rate them highly. I would use them again at any time and recommend them to anybody.

It is a stellar company, they did an outstanding job. The whole process of getting a quote and price, explaining what they were going to do, and answering questions was outstanding. They were very upfront. The price was the best and fairest for pretty much the same quality windows that others wanted a lot more for. The whole process is outstanding. Their installers were very neat and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves, they did a great job.

Brought in three contractors for bids and Integrity was the lowest bid. With the rush to beat the tax credit, they were able to quote the job quickly and finished as soon as the windows were available from the factory. We were also sold on their sales pitch. At our previous home, we had windows installed by competitor who spent most of their time giving a great pitch about their windows. They sub-contracted the installation. I over paid for windows that did not deliver anything over what I could have bought at big box store for half the price because the installation stunk and the customer support was worse. I learned two things. 1) Join Angies List so I can have reports like these on my next contractors 2) a poor window well installed is vastly superior than a good window poorly installed Integrity's plain, direct, and no demonstration sales pitch was the product,the window, is a relatively undifferentiated product of generally equal quality from the many manufacturers so it is all about the installation. Cary's team of three has one member with more than 20 years and another with more than 15 years experience installing the windows.They were made available prior to selection of bid if we had questions. Job lasted one day, which was surprising given the number of windows however, Nov 11 was a beautiful day for doing outside work. Job started at 9.a.m and ended around 3 p.m. My wife was especially pleased with the door. My father in law (who is a veteran) really liked the crew listens to old country music while doing the work. Establishing metrics on how much the windows will save us will take about a year but the house looks much better and several hard rains later, no water is dripping in the house.

Looked at 3 sources for window replacements. One was quoting the same brand of window of a lower quality, Integrity came in with a very competitive quote for a higher grade window and door at a lower cost than any other source. The work was done as scheduled and completed in a timely manner. The contractor was very easy to work with to set up the work schedule and conditions. The workmen were very professional and kept the dislocation and interuption to our life routine to a minimum. I highly recommend this company to my friends and to anybody else for that matter.

He didn?t eat up on time. He was short and sweet. He came right to the point and no sales pitch. He was a very personable guy.

Fine. Grout was missed on one side of one window but they came back right away to fix it and called both before and after to make everything was OK

the owner (Cary) came out to the house & spoke to us about replacing our old windows. He was down to earth and easy to speak with. Answered all of our questions, showed us the window that he was going to replace them with, and gave us a great price. we had two other companies show up for their spill & price. but in the end (Integrity windows co) was our choice. All three companies we looked at came from angie's list. when the job started, Cary came out to the house to check on the work & spoke with us about any questions we might have. One window was measured improperly, and cary had us hold some of the money back until they reordered & came back to replace this window. the two workers were professional, and respectful. they check with us at the end of the job to make sure we were satisfied. they also did a great job cleaning up after themselves. I would recommend or use this company again in a heart beat.

I like to do business with people in my community, so I looked for someone with an A rating. Just so happened that Integrity Windows had that rating, they were close and their bid was by far the lowest. I usually am wary of the lowest bid on anything, but Cary had all the right answers when he came to measure. The gentleman who did the installation was fast, personable and neat. Everything was cleaned up and the windows look great.

Cary and his crew did a wonderful job replacing 10 windows in our home. Cary came out and explained to us every detail regarding the new windows. The day the crew came it was cold and snowing but they were very efficient and the house never seemed to get cold. We had a baby here and they immediately worked on his room so they could be done by nap time which I thought was going over and above what was required of them. Although Cary was not actually replacing the windows he stopped in the morning to make sure things were under way and stopped by again in the late afternoon to make sure we were satisfied with the job. One thing that really impressed me was that we received papers in the mail at tax time explaining to us that the work we had done could give us a tax break on our taxes. He even enclosed the required tax papers. These guys truly do have integrity.
