Integrity Windows, Doors & Siding

Tim Folger came to the house to give us an estimate for a new sliding glass door. The door was part of a Patio Enclosure system and was an unusual shape and size. Integrity was not able to help us , but Tim Folger went out of his way to find out who could. In the process he saved us hundreds of dollars.If people were bending over backwards to help us, knowing we were not going to hire them, can you imagine the service we would have gotten if we had signed a contract? Integrity is an impressive company.

They were recommended on Angie’s List, and I felt comfortable with them, so I went ahead and dealt with them. They haven’t done any work yet because the windows have been ordered. So far everything has been good, and I would rate them as excellent. They quoted me $4500 which is less than the other company, and they also included another window that the other company had not quoted for, so that makes it much cheaper.

The gentlemen arrived on time (early in the morning, no sleeping in) and got right to work. The wood frame around the door had to be rebuilt and there was a great deal of dust that came out of there (who knew?). But despite the fact the dust got everywhere the installers cleaned up the dust. I plan on using this company again for both windows and another door.

Before he came we looked at his web site & the web site of the windows he install's, great window company Polaris. We went with the UltraWeld premium vinyl windows, they are great! Cary gave us an outstanding estimate with several idea's we were thinking of. The crew Ron & Paul were great, on time & took the time to install the windows and trim professionally. I found them on Angie’s List. They did an absolutely unbelievable, superior job. They are excellent, and the work that they did was actually better than the original construction. Their price was very competitive, and for the quality of work that they did, I wouldn’t know where else to go.

In general, we were pleased with Integrity Window. The sales representative, Tim, was friendly and detailed. Any question we had he answered or adjusted his work and made sure to include the detail on the estimate. He made suggestions on window types and worked collaboratively with us once we had some time to think about his suggestions. If we didn't like this option or that option, he made other suggestions. Tim wasn't pushy or negative about other companies. Our installation team did a fine job. Our windows were ready earlier than planned. An installation date was suggested but it didn't work for us. We called Cary and he made the arrangements for the windows to be installed when we were available. The team that came out worked for two days. They completed the bottom floor of the house on one day, and completed the top floor of the house on the second day. They were friendly and fixed the small things that didn't look right. We did our best to get things out of the way, however, we didn't know exactly how much room they needed. The only negative we had wasn't a huge deal, but it would have been nice if they had replaced the furniture they had to move in order to reach our windows. Thanks!

I contacted Integrity Windows in the spring for an estimate on replacing all of the windows in my 1928 home in Cleveland Heights. The owner, Cary, was very easy to talk to. He explained the product and installation process thoroughly. I think it is important to note that he is not your average salesman. He was definitely NOT a high pressure salesman which I appreciated, especially knowing I'd be spending a large amount of money on an investment on our home. I contacted Cary approximately one month after our initial meeting to let him know we would be using his company. From that call to start of the install was approximately 3 weeks. Cary contacted me the week before the windows were in to set up a time for the install. As promised a crew of 3 men, arrived on time to start the process. Because of the number of windows in our home, it was a two day install. The crew was very careful not to dirty the inside of the home, putting drop cloths around the house. On the outside of the home, the crew was very careful not to harm any of my perennial beds that I had in both the front and back of my home. This was VERY important to me. The crew was eager to show us the features/use of the new windows and never made me feel as though I was holding them up when I had questions. At the start of day two, the crew again arrived on time and started work. The owner came midway through the day to check on the progress. I had concerns about the look of the exterior of the home (there was bare wood trim surrounding the outside of the windows where the previous storm windows had been.) Cary came up with an acceptable solution to this that did not incur additional expense which I appreciated. The owner and his painter arrived one week after window installation to complete the painting of the trim that surrounded the outside of the windows. This was satisfactory and they were done in about 2 hours time. That being said, had I not been home and had a far reaching ladder, the completion of the project would have taken an additional day. This, though, was a non-issue for me. I would hire and/or recommend Integrity Windows without hesitation. In fact, I've already hired them for a storm door install.

I called Integrity Windows on the recommendation of a friend and the reviews on Angie's List. Service was extremely professional and prompt. Working with Cary was very easy and reassuring. Work was done very professionally and with little interference with our day. I will definitely recommend to friends.

The owner Cary arrived with two young men (Paul and Ryan) on time. The owner made sure the installers had everything they needed for the job. After removal of the windows you could see any and all damage. Those young men went above and beyond to make sure we had beautiful and sturdy windows. I am very impressed with the quality of work. I have already discussed putting in a new entry door.

I looked very hard for someone to not only remove my old window and install a picture window, but to also incorporate the stained glass piece in front of the picture window. The guys worked very hard at figuring out how to perform this difficult task. The stain glass was heavy and it required a lot of creative thinking. The outcome was great! I tried to take a picture of it, but the picture did not turn out.

The product is great. The service people were great too. The owner is truly enjoyable and his workers were wonderful. The sliding door is great.

When we decided in July 2011 it was time to do the windows we researched firms on Angie's list and came up with 4 companies that we would have come out to give us an estimate . Based on the research Integrity was one of those four. I contacted them by email through Angie's List website with a selection of available times and days and stated that we would not be making a decision that day. We got a timely response from Cary and when we settled on the appointment time and day, he also sent a link to the window manufacturer website where we could learn more about the product and use our appointment time wisely. Cary was on time and did a good job of providing info and answering our questions and gave a us a written estimate that was good for a year. No high pressure sales pitch, just pleasant conversation. I thought it was odd that he didn't bring in a window to show us until through further discussion we found out that a few years ago a group of our neighbors around the corner from us had gone together and requested a quote from Integrity along with a couple of other firms to replace their windows. Integrity ended up doing the work for many of them. So I was able to get first hand info on the company and was able to view the product installed. I had many follow up emails with questions about the sill, grid and trim options, and Cary was very timely and informative in his responses. Price wise they were very affordable and we had a range of firms come out. We didn't end up calling to set up the install until October. He and his staff were great in working with us for an install a few days before Christmas. We lucked out that it was in the 50's that day. The Integrity installers arrived on time and worked pretty much non-stop until all the windows and doors installed and painted that day....in fact they passed my husband as he turned on to the street coming home from work. The gentlemen installers were professional, courteous, and neat; and did a very good job of cleaning up. They put down drop cloth where appropriate. Cary even came out to help with the painting. We did have two windows that didn't have the correct grids. At Cary's suggestion they were installed and he promised they would have someone come out to replace the glass with the proper grids after the first of the year, which they did along with repair a small flaw in the screen door that one of the installers had picked up on. We are very please so far. The windows in family room keep the fireplace heat in better now and the drafts are gone from the bedrooms and office. We love the look of the single prairie grids with horizontals on just the top of the top sash and on the bottom of the bottom sash - something that wasn't pictured in the literature but I was able to request. We are looking forward to using the top down feature in the warmer months and being able to clean the windows from the inside!

I have used them twice now. The owner was responsive. He came out. It was smooth and easy from start to finish. I can't believe how big of a window I got for the price. I'm happy and will continue to use him.

Integrity came highly recommended from a friend, but I still had serveral companies come over and provide estimates. The owner was very accommodating with my crazy schedule and on time...thank you! Cary let me know that this was a process and that he would not be asking me for a decision that day...I liked that!! The appointment lasted less than 1 hour but I felt like all my questions were answered. I enjoyed his stories which made me feel comfortable and that they are a small local company and not an out of town big chain franchise company. They were priced mid to lower range, but I think their Polaris factory makes a high quality window from what I have reseached. Being a small company, I don't think they have the overhead of some of the other companies I had out. After I decided to go with Integrity, Ron the person who did the measurements, quickly contacted us and set an appointment for the final measurements and was on time for the appointment. So far everything has been exactly what I expected after reading their strong reviews. I will post again once everything has been installed...which Cary promised me would be installed before New Years.

I submitted a request for estimate online and the same day I heard back from Cary to schedule a time to come out. He was very accommodating and worked around my schedule. He showed up at the exact time he said he would be there. After a quick review of my window he determined it would be more cost effective for me to simply replace the glass and not the whole window. He provided me with contact information for someone he uses for glass replacement. It was nice to have someone not try to sell me something I didn't actually need and instead of making a sale, he passed me along to someone else who could help me and save me money.

The first meeting with the owner was a really good meeting. We waited for the order to come in. On the day of the instillation they didn’t really know they were replacing the window about the kitchen sink, which was the most important one. It took another month to replace it with many calls and lots of reminders. It was kind of annoying that we had to keep following up when we were the ones paying for it. Finally, my husband called and explained if they weren’t going to do it we would want our money back. They made it seem like we were harassing them. It was a disappointment since we thought we had a really good guy. The owner was professional and we would give him an A, but his team wasn’t and we would give them a C.

We decided to go with Cary due to his knowledge, reputation, no-pressure approach and exceptional pricing. The installers arrived at the time promised and completed the install quickly and cleanly. They were the two most courteous and professional craftsman I've ever dealt with. Prior to leaving, they took the time to demonstrate the various functions and features of the windows. The install looks to be of superior quality and we anticipate many years of trouble-free service. I would highly recommend Integrity Window Co. Their name says it all!

I had a wonderful experience with Integrity Windows. I submitted an email inquiry via their website and Cary, the owner, contacted me within 24 hours. We quickly scheduled an in-home visit where he took a look at my old windows and went through the options with me. I was very impressed with him and his business model -- he runs a small business, uses windows made in Youngstown, and values giving back to locally owned business. About 4 weeks after my meeting with Cary, I received a call from Tim, the installer, and we set up an appointment to have my windows installed 2 days later. Tim and his other worker Doug came to my home at the agreed time and quickly began prepping my home and tearing out the old windows. Doug, in particular, was very friendly and made sure we were comfortable being inside the home as they did their work. Tim originally said it might take up to 3 hours to complete the work, but they were done in under 2 hours. Although they cleaned up most of the mess, they did miss some debris from the window that faces the backyard. It was not a lot, though, and we managed to get it cleaned up in about 15 minutes. I think they probably just didn't notice it because everything else was immaculate when they left. Overall, I had an excellent experience with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

It went perfectly. He removed the window, took out all the old glass, replaced the double pane glass and reinstalled the window. Mike was fast, efficient and professional. He worked with our schedule which was tight because of working hours.

I just purchased a condo -- in the inspector's report, he noted that all the windows had broken balance systems (fast falling), and there were a couple with seal failure. I needed to get an estimate right away so I could negotiate repairs with the seller, and Cary was able to come out on a Sunday to take a look. He is extremely professional, quick to respond and the customer service was seriously top notch. He was very willing to work with me on getting whatever estimates I needed to give to the seller. Integrity Windows ended up repairing/replacing the balance systems in all seven windows in my new condominium, and everything is working beautifully. One of them wasn't working at first and I called Cary and he had his installer out there to repair it in less than 24 hours. I'm planning on replacing a couple of the windows in the future, and I will not hesitate to call Integrity!!

I got five different bids and I chose to go with Integrity Windows. They are reasonably priced. They were a couple thousand dollars less than everybody else. They were not at all pushy and that stood out to me. They were not pushy like a typical sales person. There was no pressure from them whether we take it or not. I really appreciated that. They were flexible and responsive. I had many questions for him. I made many phone calls and he was always quick to respond. He responded in a very professional way. I don’t think there was anything he needed to improve upon. I would absolutely use his services again in the future.

Once I ordered the windows (about 8 of them), he explained to me that the windows would be ready in a couple of weeks. I scheduled installation for April 15th. The installers were outstanding! They were professional, quick, and cleaned up before leaving. Everyone involved with this company exhibited outstanding interpersonal skills, high level of work integrity, and awesome work quality. I have passed their name on to my family members and friends. I even praised them on Facebook! I will use this company again next year and potentially (if I get the extra money) have them to install a side door on my home. Their name and number is programmed into my cell phone.

I received estimates from two other window companies,I was not impressed with their response time or the estimates, both gave me estimates without ever coming to the house and actually seeing the work to be done. then i called integrity. I was very happy with the quick response and honest opinions i received from Cary. I hired Integrity and will do so again, the service, the quality, the price, the installation all were top notch. Thanks to cary and his people and Thanks to Angie's list. this is one company that lives up to its name.

My initial conversation with Cary went exceptionally well. He was very informed and eager to help. The appointment was made at my convenience for Cary to provide me a estimate. He explained to me upfront the estimate would be good for 2 years! I explained to him that I would not be ready for windows until Spring. Cary arrived ON TIME and was very friendly. He was thorough to explain to me the different kinds of windows. He also explained to me the difference between him, Lowes/Home Depot, and other companies such as Window Nation. He congratulated me on being a member of Angie's List, gave me a discount, and submitted to me a packet of information that included further information about his company, the home energy tax credit, and his insurance coverage. I was thoroughly impressed with his professionalism and knowledge. I will use him this Spring and have him back to give me a quote on two doors as well. In my journey to find a company for window insulation, Integrity Window was the least expensive. I even tried Lowes and Home Depot. However, the product that Integrity Window will supply is nothing like the other companies. I can't wait for the windows to be installed! I did not rate the "quality" of work yet because it will not get done until Spring 2011 however I thought it was important to share my experience so far.
