Description of Work: Kitchen Remodel. New cabinets, countertops, back splash. From the start I had a designer Diane who made the whole process painless and actually enjoyable. Looking for someone who will listen to your thoughts and concerns -you need to work with Imperial. No pressure. Yes , a remodel may seem a daunting task - they make it very smooth

Description of Work: We had our kitchen renovated. All new cabinets, counters, etc. While the finished project turned out well, there were a few bumps along the way with the contractor who was hired by Imperial. The project designer from Imperial was wonderful to work with however I did not think the contractor was the most professional and the quality of his work was not quite as nice as I was expectin. Our project ran way over the original estimated schedule of 4 weeks and was not 100% complete until 10 weeks. I also do not really feel like we got to have much say in the design. For example, we were never asked what crown moulding we wanted or what cabinet accessories we wanted. I believe it was just assumed. What we ended up with is great but I would have enjoyed the opportunity to explore other options as well. Overall, the finished product is beautiful and much more functional that our original kitchen, all problems were resolved without much hassle, our budget was maintained, and we intend to hire Imperial again in the future.
