I am absolutely thrilled with my bathtub transformation. They arrived on time and were very professional. They thoroughly protected the other bathroom areas, and their time estimates for completion were right on track. The final product exceeded my expectations. I'm showing all of my friends the before/after pictures (which I've attached in this review). Words are inadequate. My ugly, blue 1960's bathtub now looks like a new 21st century bathtub. I wish they could perform that same magic on me. :-) I would definitely recommend MB Link Refinishing, and when the need arises, they'll be getting my business again Thank you MB Link Refinishing! gentleman that came to perform services was respectful, polite, and professional. whole process was easy / drama free. I didn't even know it was possible to "resurface" a bath. was super pleased to save the money from having to buy and install a new tub + walls. Curt the owner took my calls directly, and did everything he orginally said he was going to do.

I have hired MB Link several times to refinsh bathtubs over the years. Every single time they have done an excellent job. They are prompt and professional. They are reasonably priced and the bathtubs look fabulous and hold up very well. I hired a competitor once and was so disappointed when the tub started to chip and peel just after two years. I have never had a problem with bathtubs I've had refinished by MB Link. I highly recommend this company!

Extremely smooth! They were in and out in 2 days (1 day to strip, 1 day to finish) and the bathroom was spotless when they wrapped up. Taped off all mirrors, walls and floors to protect surrounding while they finished the tub and it looks awesome for an incredible price! Half what I was expecting to pay for the work, absolutely worth it! Everyone who came in was extremely courteous and nice. Well run team.

The representative of the company was prompt friendly and knowledgable. He answered all my questions and told me that there would be A strong odor from the mAterials that would be used. He was correct. After using much ventilation the odor left after a few days. He left his work area Clean and Came back the next day to remove the protective coverings from the bathroom.

Very professional and did an outstanding job! MB Link did a MUCH better then the company that refinished our tub when we first moved in . My tub looks brand new and he even fixed the calking issue we had around the floor. We should have called them months ago just to fix the cosmetic problems! It is very hard to find a good contractor and I am very impressed, and I highly recommend them.

MB Link did a great job. They were punctual with both the estimate visit and the day the work was done. We had just had the floors in the hallway by the bathroom refinished and they took great care not to damage the floors. The care they took in taping off the work area was excellent. They came back the next day and removed all the tape and paper used to cover the window and areas not glazed and no damage was done and they cleaned up very well. I would highly recommend MB Link to do any glazing.

MB Link Refinishing got out to me in a reasonable amount of time. Their price was fair and in line with everyone else. They were done in one day.

Horrible, the guy who did the work was friendly, that said the equipment was not working properly( this told to me by the employee) and there was HEAVY dust all over ( I HAVE photos) , there are runs, drips and so on plus it has cracked, not holding up. The heavy smell was toxic !!! Was told on the phone by the owner not to board pets.. BOARD YOUR PETS !!!! If you ever have this done. Was also told by owner that the smell would be as if you had opened a bottle of nail polish. LIE.. huge lie. Took two days to complete, ruined our Waverly bedding, and when we had it dry-cleaned it changed colors completely.. the cleaner said that it was due to a "chemical" on it, nice. So we had to replace that, every time I shower I am angry as to the horrible job that was done and that not a month later I had two pets no longer with us. YES I know on their paperwork they claim not responsible for pets, but I repeatedly asked over the phone to the owner if I should have them boarded he said NO, that it would stress them and there was no need for that. Other note... owner would call and "quiz" me about his employee, horrible experience. So with bedding and pets well over $600.00 in costs . Did I ever call them to come out and honor their warranty, no I don't want them in my home ever again. You should SEE our shower, runs, small blue areas, cracks etc,,, just a mess, the dust/color is still all over our cabinetry and the top of our window. I have never used a harsh cleaner on the shower. Read their warranty.. they aren't responsible for ANYTHING. However verbally telling someone NOT to board their pets and faulty equipment I would think would VOID that, but again.. I want NOTHING to do with this company.

The final work was good but it was very messy. They weren’t able to seal the bathroom as I expected them to do. There was fine white dust all over the place. They cleaned up the bathroom area and I had to clean up the rest of the house. They didn’t tell me ahead of time that it would happen. They gave me the impression it wouldn’t happen. When it happened they said they did the best they could. The work they did was satisfactory. I was satisfied with their price. There was roughness about them so they came out immediately and smoothed it.

The worker from MB Link sealed off the bathroom and re-glazed the bathtub. The fumes were bad and the job was messy but he did a wonderful job of cleaning up and not leaving behind any residue. Very professional.

Mr. Link took my phone call and scheduled an appointment. He called to remind us the day before. Vince arrived promptly, protected the area from over-spray, and worked quickly and well. He took pride in his work and wouldn't settle for an inferior job.
