"I called for a free estimate, Justin came promtly and inspected the chimey. He showed me pictures of the problems and spelled out all the options. I explained to him that my cellar has floode due the problems and was anxious to get the repairs done. Justin quoted a price that was fair and much lower then any other estimates. To my surprise he said that he could do the job that day. He kept sending me pictures as the work progressed so I knew exactlywhat he was doing. "On May 2, 2024, I got a text from Angi about Miami Valley Power washing. I meet with the owners at my house so they could measure the project. I received the invoice on 5/2/2024 at which time I agreed to the job invoice. After they were her twice and weather was good, I text them on the 16th of May and ask if there was a problem because we have had sunny days. That is when they told me that they had to order a pump for the water tank. no show. I reached out again on the 19th, and they said that they would be there tomorrow, again no show. I again reached out in a text and ask if they were not interested in the job, the response was can you call me that was the 28 of May. I called on the 29 and was told that they would be here Saturday and Sunday which I thought was strange being a holiday, but we work on holidays so I just excused it and I have not heard a thing from them, and nobody will answer my calls."
