Description of Work: I live in a mobile home park (Camelot Village) in Streetsboro, Ohio. The minimum cost per cut is $32.00 and they come once a week, they mow, trim, edge and clean up. We can cancel mowing four times without a charge. I never measured our square footage, when I do I'll included it in the report. I called two other people the city recommended, no call back. I will keep Turf Trimmers. Our lots are a little larger than most Parks.

I thought that they did a good job. I just starting using them this season. I think that the lawn looks really good when they are finished. I haven't had any problems with them.

WHEN I INITIALLY CALLED FOR AN ESTIMATE THE OWNER CAME OUT TO SEE THE PROPERTY WITHOUT GETTING PERMISSION TO DO SO. (I WAS NOT HOME) I SHOULD HAVE FOLLOWED MY FIRST INSTINCT and NOT HIRED THEM. THE SECOND ESTIMATE WAS HIGHER, BUT I CONTRACTED WITH THEM. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE AMOUNT OF MULCH SPREAD OR THE QUALITY. IT FADED FAST, BUT I WAS TOLD IT WAS TO LAST LONGER AND IT COST MORE. THEY CUT OFF THE TOPS OF FLOWERS THAT WERE IN BLOOM. THE EDGING AROUND 2 TREES LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED. I AGREED and PAID FOR TOPSOIL TO BE SPREAD TO FILL IN A LOW SPOT. I FELT THIS PART OF THE JOB WAS EXCESSIVE and NOT WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF OUR DISCUSSION. WHEN I TALKED TO THE OWNERS PARTNER THE DAY OF THE WORK HE ACTED AS THOUGH I WAS CRAZY. EVEN THOUGH I OFFERED FOR HIM TO COME LOOK AT THE WORK HE DID NOT. THE OWNER WAS ON VACATION AT THE TIME OF THE WORK and DID CALL WHEN HE GOT BACK. HE CAME TO THE PROPERTY AND TOOK $50.00 OFF THE BILL TO TRY TO SATISFY ME. I AM STILL DISAPPOINTED and WILL NOT HIRE THEM AG
