They came out and sprayed the weeds and returned the following week to pull them and discard them. Both young gents were pleasant to talk to, knew what they were doing and finished sooner than the 2 hours quoted. They also cleaned out window wells to the basement since Ivy had grown through plastic covers. Their supervisor Lori was just as thorough. I will definitely use them again.

They have been excellent. I am going to have them do more work for me and I would highly recommend them.

Plastic/mesh weed guard was included in written, approved quote. As weeds popped up throughout the season I realized there was no mesh. Called to ask for it to be placed as per quote, and was totally blown off. Salesperson said "remember we talked about it, it would be really hard to do that." NO, we didn't talk about it, and as I pointed out, it was part of the quote, so had we "talked" about it I'm pretty sure I'd have had an updated quote. So, what about a refund since I paid for what I didn't get. Nope, no way. Buyer beware - if you want to get what you pay for, supervise the job yourself. VERY disappointed.

Excellent. Lori was so great to work with for getting the estimate and handling all details. The crew was punctual, hard-working, friendly. I was completely happy with the results. I will definitely hire them next year, and have already recommended them to my neighbor.

We had our gutters cleaned not very long ago.The price was reasonable.

Well. I little pricier than I had hoped but was under estimate, and I hadn't shopped around.

They are at my home at the same time every week like clockwork (barring extreme weather). My neighbors have even commented about their punctuality. The lawn looks so gorgeous when they are done. The teams work efficiently: one mows while another does detail work. And they never leave any debris on the driveway or sidewalk. Everyone at Turf Trimmers is very professional and easy to work with. 100% reliable and recommended.

Real workers and everything was done as promised. Warm weather actually helped the new seeding to take hold. Very professional and good workers.

Our neighbors recently had Turf Trimmers do some landscaping. I liked the look, and ask Lori to do an estimate for us. She was easy to work with, had good ideas, understood the challenges of the location, and provided a good plan. We made some changes to the original estimate, and are very pleased with the work. The crew was on-time and worked well and quickly. They removed the old bushes, put in topsoil, planted the new bushes, mulched the area, and did a nice clean-up.

Turf Trimmers did a fantastic job - i was getting ready to put my house on the market and Mark came out to quote my work. They were reasonable, professional and provided great service. I needed my mulch done at a certain time and they were on-top of it. My yard has looked great through the sale and grad party!!

They are doing a very good job. This is my first year using them. They are very responsive with questions and follow through. The lawn looks great. They will also be doing some trimming as well.

This was my first experience with Turf Trimmers and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The initial visit to review what needed to be done was in mid-April, went very well and I was provided with a detailed estimate within 24 hours. A crew of six arrived this morning and they worked tirelessly all day until all of the work was completed. I was seriously impressed with how careful and meticulous everyone was in everything they did. They managed to remove all of the dead leaves from around and under all of my plants without any damage to the plants, the mulch was carefully placed and spread evenly (again, with no damage to any of my plants and shrubs), shrubs were trimmed beautifully, my dappled willow got some much needed pruning, and my 5' tall decorative grasses were cut down exactly as they should have been. (If you know anything about mulch, you know that 18 yards is a LOT of mulch and a lot of work to unload and distribute where needed on a half-acre piece of property!) I also appreciated that all of the dead leaves, twigs, branches and waste were cleaned up and carted away, leaving me with a beautiful front and back yard that I can be proud of. Special thanks to Tommy, who supervised the crew to insure that everything was done properly, and who worked just as hard, if not harder, as all of the others. Thanks also to Lori Vitt, who made the initial visit, provided me with an estimate, followed up and stayed in touch during the time between the estimate and the actual work. I'm very optimistic that Turf Trimmers will be handling all of my landscaping needs from now on!

First day, on time, every Monday and thereafter. I live in a mobile home park Camelot Village, Streetsboro, Ohio with a larger lot than most mobile home parks. The price is the lowest they offer for mowing lawns.

Been using Turf Trimmers for snow removal at my house for about 6 years now. They do a great job for me. We have a small driveway. Sometimes they do get busy when the snowfall is heavy and need a little follow up, but it's never been any trouble. If they over plow and run over any of the lawn, they come back in the spring and fix it as necessary. Good, honest people providing great service. I am happy to have them come back every year.

It went great. We really like them. They had a competitive price and were prompt. They're easy to work with.

Kevin and his team did a GREAT job installing a waterfall and koi pond and surround sod and mulch in our backyard. Their price was the only quote we got to meet our budget. They were highly responsive and were respectful and fast in their work. The waterfall/pond is exactly what we wanted and more than met our expectations. Kevin is great to do business with. We are now using his regular lawn care services on an ongoing basis.

I thought they did a pretty good job. I was very pleased with the selections of the types of trees; I actually decided on the type of trees but they picked really good specimen, they got planted them really well and I thought that was great. They also did fine on my flower beds. The only thing that I don't like is they couldn't have got into it sooner, it took longer than I preferred to get the service done.

They did a fine job, but we felt that their services were a bit overpriced. (The service that we had used the summer before cost nearly half as much. Unfortunately they are no longer in business.) Very friendly and responsive though, and probably more reasonable if you have a larger yard and/or more landscaping that needs to be done.

They have been very good. Any time I have any issues they take care of them immediately.

The people that treated our lawn recommended them and it was just a horrible mess. There was a storm in the night the day he put the brand new lawn, and when I asked him come over to check the lawn he refused saying that it'll be fine. I had nothing but weeds and I had to pay him again to come back after three months to re-seed the lawn. He was just hard headed and he didn't want to listen to what I had to say. Even though I said I would pay him, he didn't want to do it. I would never recommend this company and I would never use them again in the future.

They just show up and remove the leaves. That's all I can hope for. They do a fine job.
