 + 11 moreEric was very good to work with because he approached us realistically and with respect to what we were willing and able to do with our home at any given time. He was very creative within our budget, but each project uncovered other issues in our 78 year old home. During one of the wallpaper removal projects, a window fell out of the wall due to excessive water damage. Our family happened to be on vacation at the time of the work, and Eric repaired the window and completed the project on schedule and without a significant difference in cost. Eric and his contracting team were always timely, and they put in long, full days of work to get the job(s) done as efficiently as possible. Eric was a pleasure to work with, and we have recommended him to everyone we know for their household projects.
Description of Work: Since I purchased my home in 2002, I have used Froman Renovations for nearly all of the remodeling in my 78 year old home. Eric started with wallpaper removal, dry-wall repair, and painting in nearly every room in the house (including a wrap-around stairwell that had buckled from water damage). He moved on to the basement where he waterproofed and sealed the foundation, and rebuilt a section of the foundation that had collapsed. Eric installed insulation and a ventilation fan in our attic, and completed electrical and plumbing work throughout the house. The largest project Eric has completed for us was last summer when he replanted out entire yard and landscaping, poured a concrete patio with raised flower beds, and installed French doors off of our main sitting room. Throughout these larger projects, Eric has always been available to our family for phone consultation, minor repairs, and helpful advice on projects that we have embarked on by ourselves.
