Charlie's Drain Service was outstanding ! They reported within a reasonable amount of time , performed the work in a very professional manner and the fee was very reasonable . I recommend them very highly and have done so to all my friends . I would not hesitate to call them again if necessary .

The service was great. They do great work. We have them out fairly often.

They have done work for me over the past 10 years. They are pretty good. I generally have them come out at least once a year as a preventative measure to make sure the drains are clear. I usually have them come out on Saturdays and they do not charge me extra for the service.

The plumber was a little late and called to let me know he would be there shortly. He arrived within the next 30 minutes and cleaned out my drain. He even looked a the one outside from my eaves to the road. He was in and out in less than half an hour with very little mess. I would definitely hire again.

We have used Charlies for many many years now. Our neighborhood is NOTORIUS for drain back-ups. Charlie's crew often has to snake out to the road, and they are usually in and out in a matter of minutes. I don't think they have ever been at our house for more than 30 minutes. Their employees are so kind and polite, everyone should choose them for drain services.

Charlie's drain service is great. I called, made an appointment for the next morning and he pulled in the drive early. Nice man, efficient and professional. In less than 15 minutes, the drain was cleared. The work even has a 90 day guarantee. Would hire this service again.

Came out quickly. Charlie's went as far as they could with the block and then I had to call an excavator. Charlie's marked the spot so we would know where the blockage was. They even referred me to a company that could do the digging.

Good. Had to buy part which extended the job by an hour of clock time but not charged time.

He had the job completed in 25 minutes. He was so polite, honest and great. He got here quickly. He was a conscientious.

I called on Sunday to set up a Monday appointment. My call was returned promptly and an appointment was scheduled for Monday afternoon. They called Monday morning to confirm and came at 1:15. The work was done by 1:30. He checked in the basement to be sure there were no leaks caused by the power snake.

Bob was very polite and very professional in all aspects of the job. I would highly recommend this service.

FAST, POLITE, & PROFESSIONAL SERVICE. CALLED ON A FRIDAY EVENING AFTER 5 PM. SERVICE WAS COMPLETED BY 6:30 PM.

HE WAS HERE FOR QUITE A FEW HOURS CHECKING EVERYTHING OUT. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME AND REALLY EXPLAINED TO ME WHAT WAS GOING ON. HE IS VERY REASONABLY PRICED AND GETS OUT HERE RIGHT AWAY. HE WAS NOT ABLE TO SOLVE THE PROBLEM, BUT WAS ABLE TO EXPLAIN IT TO ME SO THAT I CAN GET IT TAKEN CARE OF. IT WASN'T SOMETHING THAT HE COULD FIX.
