Charlie's Drain Service

Poorly. Company put 120' of snake line in my pipe. It got stuck, and they left it in my drain. They then tried to charge me for the snake line as lost property. Absolutely appalled.

Fixed the clog in the laundry drain, checked to make sure all was working well. Discovered a clog in the sewer drain (toilet wouldn't flush anymore). Went 130 feet to remove a clog of tree roots. Checked again to make sure all was working well before he left. Really appreciated his thoroughness in checking both times to make sure all was well before he left. Appreciated his coming out the same day that the plumber earlier in the day called (needed a longer snake than what they had.) Could have protected the area a bit better from the snake coming out of the sewer pipe. Shoe covers would be a nice touch to leave the laundry floor less messy.

They came out 30 minutes after I called and fixed the issue in 15 minutes. Put everything back where it was. Very happy.

They were unable to do so and their camera snake was being repaired. They informed me they would let me know when the camera was repaired and come back out. During the course of the appointment, three different areas of my house were damaged including my sump pump drain that leads to the outside, a downspout and cracked siding. I called and reported the damage and someone came to check ONLY on the sump pump pipe. I was informed it was fixed. It was not and I am still unable to fix it on my own. I then called back asking if they could repair the siding that was cracked. I was told that they thought they could fix the siding when the camera was back in service. I waited approximately two weeks and called back when I did not hear anything. The camera was still not fixed so I told them I wanted my siding fixed. At this point I basically gave up on the sump pump pipe. I was told that I need to get an estimate and call them back. Goodluck finding someone to come out and do a small siding job. I called all around and could not get anyone to come out and at least give an estimate to repair the damage caused by Charlie's. Their website boasts about exceptional customer service. Three calls after my initial appointment and no resolution does not sound like anything near exceptional. All in all I did not get my original problem solved, and they created new ones.

Our kitchen sink drain became clogged over a weekend. After trying everything that we knew of, we called and left a message for Charlie's Drain Service on a Sunday night. Our message was returned promptly. Bob arrived at our house a few minutes before our arranged time and had our drain unclogged within 10 minutes! Very professional...also gave us tips on how to keep our drain running smoothly. Would definitely use this service again!

Repairman arrived punctually the morning after I had called. He understood what needed to be done, set up his equipment and in short time cleared the drain. He worked very neatly and the only evidence of his job was a large mass of roots in the trash can. We had used this compamy before for a stopped up toilet and received the same quick and courteous service. I have no reservatioms anout recommending Charlie's Drain Service.

Smooth. No issues. I would call them again if I needed that type of service.

The plumber arrived early, kept me informed of the progress throughout the duration of the job, and the price for the job came in a little under his original estimate.

Actually answered phone when I first called; I didn't have to leave a message and wonder if someone would call back. He was very professional and didn't hesitate when I said I needed a Saturday appointment; he was prompt, great to deal with, even remembered the details I'd told him over the phone then didn't waste any time finding the problem and fixing it, left the area neat and clean, and charged a very fair fee. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Called them in the morning and they had the drain fixed by the afternoon. Great service at a fair price.

I called Charlie's Drain Service the morning of 1/3/14. Bob said they could come out later that afternoon but we had plans so he said he could come out the next day ( Saturday 1/4/14 ) between 9-10. Bob called Saturday morning around 9 to tell us he was on his way. Bob was prompt, courteous and professional. He took care of the problem in very short order. We will certainly be using Charlie's Drain Service for any future plumbing problems and suggest to all of you reading this that you give them a call for your problems as well, I know you will be as satisfied with them as we were.

I called about 9:00AM. In a single bathroom home, there aren't many more serious emergencies than a stopped up toilet., and when I asked how long it would be before he'd arrive and explained that the toilet in questions was the one and only, I was assured that they'd send the first available technician. By shortly after noon, my toilet was fixed. The serviceman was very professional and got right to work. Although I hope never to need this service again, would definitely call them again if do. I felt the price was reasonable

I called Charlie's Drain Service at night and they were there within 2 hours. The guy was very helpful and he seemed very honest, he waited to make sure that all the water drained before he left.
