Description of Work: Cleaned out a basement sewer drain. Came very quickly, did the job and fixed the issue with efficiency. Definitely use Charlie''s again if needed.

Description of Work: Cleaned bathroom vanity drain and tub drain as well as installed new cap on old drum trap.......They had to come back a 2nd time but made sure everything was draining properly. Overall a nice job!

Description of Work: I have a drain system that feeds out through my back yard to the city sewer system. It often is impeded by tree roots which slows the draining of waste and waste water. I called Charlie's Drain on Friday to schedule a Saturday appointment to snake the lines inside my basement, then out through the lines in my back yard. They set a time estimate for Saturday and called me when they were ready to come out from their first job. I've used Charlie's drain each year for the last 12 years as a preventative service to avoid any surprises. They come out when they say they will come out. They are polite, professional, and efficient. They have the right equipment to do the job and are prepared should anything else should pop up. Jim was here for less than 45 minutes. Everything was put back in place as it was before. The area was left clean. My drains were cleared and he checked two of the other drains that feed into the main line out. I am pleased to have found Charlie's Drain Service and I trust them to do the job correctly and in a timely manner at a reasonable fee. I recommend them when friends ask about this type of service.
