One word-AMAZING!

I called Joe in the morning, and left a brief message. Joe called me back within 20 minutes, and he had availability to come out that day at the time that I wanted 3:00-4:00pm. Later that afternoon, he called me just to update me on his whereabouts, and to say that he would be by at about 3:30. Joe arrived on time, was very personable and worked diligently, and wrapped up the job within an hour. In addition to replacing both springs, he inspected the cables for wear, lubricated all rollers and tracks. Took the time to explain some general maintenance tips. At the conclusion of the job, Joe disengaged the opener from the door, and showed me how well he had balanced the door by applying the proper tension to the springs. Its been a long time since I hired someone that was so mindful of their work and respectful of me and my property. I will definitely hire him in the future.

A great guy to work with- extremely polite and very professional. I called him at 8:10 am and he arrived at 9:40. In addition to doing a great job with the work needed, he was also very helpful in answering several questions about other issues. He added three lift handles and showed me an easy trick to keep the door up if it doesn't want to stay up by itself when released from the opener, which was the case before he repaired it. I would not hesitate to recommend his services!

Joe was a true professional from start to finish. He gave me a quote over the phone, which was one third lower than a quote I received from another company. He was able to come out the next morning to complete the work. Joe was honest, neat and professional. I will definitely contact him if I ever decide to replace the garage door.

Our spring broke on our garage door on a Saturday afternoon. I called and left a message, and Joe called back about an hour later. He put us first priority the following Monday morning. He had it up and running in no time.

JOE CAME OUT AND DID THE WORK ON OUR GARAGE DOOR. I FELT HE WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND IN MAKING OUR OLD GARAGE DOOR WORK LIKE NEW AGAIN. JOE ALSO REPLACED OUR SPRING THAT HAD BROKEN.

WE NEEDED A CUSTOM SIZE DOOR AND HE GOT BACK TO US THE DAY AFTER THE ESTIMATE TO GIVE US THE PRICE OF A CUSTOM SIZE DOOR. SHOWED UP THE DAY HE SAID HE WOULD AND CLEANED UP AFTERWARD. VERY SATISFIED WITH HIS WORK. WOULD USE HIM AGAIN.

JOE CHERVENAK WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. HE MADE A SERVICE CALL WITH FREE ESTIMATE. MANY OTHERS CHARGE $60 T O$65 TO DRIVE INTO THE DRIVEWAY. HE WAS IN A UNIFORM, ON TIME AND POLITE. HE ESTIMATED 1-1/2 HOURS AND HE WAS RIGHT. VERY HAPPY WITH EXPERIENCE.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. JOE WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO GET US A DOOR INSTALLED ASAP!!

JOE ALSO PROVIDED US WITH WORKER'S COMPENSATION AND LIABILITY INSURANCE DOCUMENTATION WITHOUT OUR ASKING. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RESIDENTIAL DOOR COMPANY.

AFTER NOT RECEIVING A RETURN CALL FROM THE FIRST COMPANY I CALLED, THIS PROVIDER ANSWERED PROMPTLY, ARRIVED IN JUST AN HOUR AS HE PROMISED HE WOULD, AND PROVIDED A GREAT SERVICE AT AN EXCELLENT PRICE. GAVE SOME GOOD ADVICE CONCERNING MY GARAGE STRUCTURE.

HE RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS PROMPTLY, HAD THE DOORS INSTALLED EARLIER THEN EXPECTED. WAS COURTEOUS, HELPFUL. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM.

HE DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING FOR THE ADJUSTMENT AND ESTIMATE.
