Description of Work: THE DRAINS WERE CLEANED INTO THE BASEMENT AND IT CONTINUED TO BACK UP. THE NEXT DAY THE COMPANY RETURNED AND CLEANED TO THE STREET. THE FIRST TECHNICIANS APPEARED TO BE INEXPERIENCED AND CLUMSY. RESULT: A REAL MESS!

 + -1 moreONE OF THE WORST CONTRACTING EXPERIENCES OF MY LIFE! THEY CREATED WORSE POTENTIAL PROBLEMS THAN THEY FIXED, ACCORDING TO THE CITY INSPECTOR AND A SECOND PLUMBER WHO HAD TO FINISH THEIR JOB. PARTIAL PROBLEMS THEY LEFT ME: OPEN SEWER IN BASEMENT, RUNNING BLACKWATER DOWN STACK PIPE, JOINING PLASTIC TO IRON STACKPIPE, AND LEAVING THE FILTHY OLD SECTION OF CRACKED PIPE LAYING IN THE BASEMENT! THEY DID NOT PULL A PERMIT. THEY WOULD NOT COME WHEN THEY SAID AND EXPECTED MY TENANTS TO WAIT HOURS FOR THEM, AND THEN MADE UP STORIES LIKE THE TUB WAS ON TOP OF THE SINK SO THEY COULD NOT CONNECT IT??! IT WAS A WALL LAVATORY. THE TUB WAS SET IN PLACE...THE WHOLE THING WAS A CIRCUS, AND I WAS SPEAKING SO OFTEN TO QUINN, THE OWNER THAT IT WAS A CIRCUS. IN THE END I GOT A PARTIAL REFUND BUT NO SATISFACTION, REALLY. NEITHER SIDE WAS REALLY HAPPY.
Description of Work: REPLACE MAIN STACK PIPE IN TWO FAMILY HOUSE. REATTACH BATHTUB DRAINS AND FIXTURES, AND BATHROOM SINKS.
