Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Cleveland

I had issues again 3 weeks later with the same exact drain and they came back and snaked it for me free of charge. However, they assumed I did not pay when I paid with my Angie's list coupon; the customer service agent had not entered in the coupon we used to pay and they assumed we did not pay. That was very annoying because they were adamant that I did not pay. The technician was late several times and we had to reschedule about 3 times. The service though was affordable and good.

The price was good because I bought through Angie's List, otherwise it would have been 2.5 times as much.

They did not know when a technician could come out and there were some scheduling problems. There was a failure to even let us know when they would be coming out.

The workmanship and professional was excellent. I did not expect to have my kitchen sink working on a Sunday. I called Mr. Rooter to get an estimate on my sink repairs. The cold water line to my kitchen faucet started leaking over night and there was water all over the kitchen. I shut off the water and called Mr. Rooter for an estimate. The repair man arrived within 1 hour, After giving me an estimate I asked when he could come back and fix it. To my surprised he said he could do the work right away. WE also talked about an old insinkerator that was not being used because it was broken. He quoted me a price to fix both the water line issues which included adding new shut off valves and replacing the incinerator and was able to do all the work right away. He also took the time to fix a few minor issues I had with another sink. He explained everything in great deal and found the most cost effective way to get things done. I had him quote me some prices other other plumbing issues and will definitely be calling him back and asking for him (Greg) to do the work. PS it also helped that he was not afraid of dogs because I have two big dogs.

Overall service was great. Service is a bit pricey, but my research shows that it was competitive.

They were prompt and courteous. I was not home and they made sure to call me and let me know what needed to be done and the cost before proceeding.

I spoke with Steve from Mr. Rooter. He was very nice over the phone. He send a person in the same day. I bought the deal online, but when they got here there was nothing wrong with my drain. My basement was smelling bad. The guy who came said it was just a matter of turn on the water and let it run for sometime. So, as I was oriented by an Angie's List associate, I'm filling out this form to receive the money back from the service I paid, but didn't need to use.

Kitchen sink backed the morning of 11/1. Decided to call Mr, Rooter. Person that answered the phone was just great and told us the tech would be at our house between 2 & 4. Received call that he was on on is way and he arrived at designated time. Snaked drain & replaced trap. Was through & neat. Explained the process as he went. Was extremely happy & will use there services in the future.

Provider gave excellent customer service, directed me toward your site to pull up the latest coupon and saved me over $60. Unfortunately, I needed some new piping and sealing which pretty much voided out my savings. I thought the price was a bit high for that end of it. Although, it did require an extreme amount of time, since one of the pieces had actually cemented itself to the wall.

The plumber was scheduled quickly and arrived promptly when they said he would. He spent quite a bit of time snaking out our main line, which was clogged with tree roots. He did about 2 hours of work altogether, and the both drains are running fine now.

They put a snake down my drain. They determined the problem before they even charged me. They were thorough, fast, and efficient and gave a fair price. Also they are very honest.

Fellow named Chris came by, placed foot coverings over his shoes came and looked at my sink, quoted me a price. After I mentioned Angie's list he knocked another $50 off of the price. He was friendly and courteous and did good work. Because I was in a hurry to stop the leak I was not getting many quotes from various plumbers so I cannot really make price comparisons. However I have no objection to the price that I have to pay.

Very prompt. I had called on a Sunday and they sent someone. Very neat, always put on slippers when entering the house. It seemed to take him an awfully long time to complete the job. He arrived at 3:30 and wasn't finished until 7:00 pm.

The provider was prompt in responding to the the Angie's List "Big Deal" that I purchased. They were able to come within the time frame that I had open and were very communicative with myself and the service person providing the service. The service man arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation, told me what he could do to help, and gave suggestions as to what I might have to do if he was not able to correct the situation. The service man was very polite and clean, wearing booties inside the house and cleaning up after himself. I would recommend this company and definitely use them again.

Technician arrived promptly and was very friendly. He snaked out our drain but was unable to get to the clog which was somewhere in our front yard. He called for another worker to come with better equipment and they got the job done in about an hour. Even though I felt the technician was very knowledgeable and professional and got the job done, I thought the price charged was high for the service provided. I would, however, use Mr. Rooter in the future in an emergency situation.

It went very well. The company does professional work.

They did a good job. Then went in and described how to fix the issue in the future because they are old pipes.

As stated above, more work was required which they performed. They did have to come back in a few days because, the plumbing leaked under the sink. They did that promptly and that was good. I just felt that their price was higher than it needed to be and it is solely my opinion. It is that reason that I would not call them in the future. In fact, I did call on a different Angie's List provider for a problem last week and was more satisfied.

Brad arrived on time, he was polite, he looked everything over and gave us an estimate. He did his best to make sure we got he best deal, offered us some choices and then went to work. I thought all of the things we had would take hours. He worked from 11:00 to 1:30 and accomplished all of it. He showed us everything he did and told us why he did it that we. He asked if we had questions and made sure we had contact information in case we thought of any. He was personable yet professional. We are 100% satisfied with how the work he did turned out, especially for the price.

The entire experience with Mr. Rooter was SUPERB! I called and literally in 2 hours, someone was at my home fixing my tub. I would never have expected such fast service. It floored me honestly. Then, when the gentleman arrive to work, he was very pleasant and helpful. Willing to give advice and answer many questions unrelated to the job we brought him in for. He was able to unclog the tub in a jiffy and he was seriously in and out in under an hour. Our tub runs wonderfully and you have an extremely happy customer!

Once I started using them, which was years ago through Angie's List, I kept on using them, but then there was some breakdown in the communication. I do like that they fixed the problem we had and resolved the issue, but I was really upset about the breakdown in communication. I do still like them and I will still use them. The price was good and I like their work. The professionalism of the plumbers was an "A", but the professionalism of their call center is an "F" because that's where the communication was broken down. The plumbers were fabulous. They were professional, courteous, and clean. The call center was the problem.

I bought a big deal from them. Their service turned out very well. They did a great job. They charged us additional charges other than the big deal, because they had to replace a part.

Learned the sewer was okay; the smell was coming from the sump pump battery.

The plumber we had aligned for the job cancelled, other companies wanted to charge is just to come in and quote installation of the toilets. When I called MrRooter and explained the situation, they were able to get there in less than two hours (we needed it done ASAP ). They aren't the cheapest provider, but their quality of work and response time justifies modest premium.
