Description of Work: Repair broken pipe

Description of Work: They unclogged a sewer line going to the septic tank. It took time because the cause of the clog was a screwdriver in the line, they removed the screwdriver so it would not happen again.

Description of Work: Replaced our cracked shower drain and snaked the pipe further down for blockage. The drain being cracked below the drain cap caused leaking in my ceiling below. This was caught and fixed before the ceiling might gain any momentum or further damage.

Description of Work: Checked out why I lost power around the whole front of the house.The tech found the problem and fixed it.

Description of Work: The downspout was really backed up by tree roots; the cost was more than I expected to pay, but we went ahead with the job because it had to be done. Since the job was completed, we haven't had any water in the basement. I would probably call them back to flush out the downspouts and sewer line again (at hopefully a much cheaper cost).

Description of Work: Main line to the septic tank was plugged up. Their professional went to work examining the tank and the leach bed. He said they could use the jet blast cleaning wand to get the problem solved. And that solved it!. The main plumbing was cleared and running smoothly and the water level in our septic tank dropped just like he said it would. If we ever have any issues like his again, I will be calling these professionals to get the job done right.

Description of Work: We had a gutter downspout that would not take water. I called my regular plumber, but he said they didn't do trenching. I found a coupon in Reach magazine and after checking ratings on Angie's List, made an appointment. I was told on the phone that the tech would be able to diagnose the problem and give an estimate before beginning. The tech arrived promptly even though it was raining heavily. After working for about an hour, the tech told me that he couldn't clear the drain. He removed some roots but said he thought the drain was crushed. I was charged the full quoted price even though he didn't successfully finish the job. I expected to pay him something for his work but not the full amount. He offered another service for $1800 but admitted that that service wasn't guaranteed to work either. He quoted me $3000 the dig and replace the drain. I hired another company who dug and replaced the drain line for around $850. (Stan Young Drainage-they were fantastic!)

Description of Work: Had to flush out one of our lines due to an employee dropping their keys into the toilet. Once called they were there within 15-20 minutes and had our restroom back in working order.

Description of Work: I found the price to be higher than expected. The plumber removed the toilet, snaked out the drain (locating a toothbrush that somehow found its way there, and replaced the wax ring.
