They were quite responsive. They seemed pretty efficient. They weren't inexpensive, but we aren't familiar with these kinds of prices. We were happy with their service and would recommend them. I'm not able to remember how much we paid, but it was reasonable as far as I know.

I'll know for sure during the cold weather if no mice get in this year. Critter control has come to the house to put bait out for mice that got in the past two years. This year they came to seal up the foundation openings, and vents as listed above. Mark, who was here, is particularly good at what he does, knowledgeable, explains things, thorough. He did a lot of work around the foundation and everything was put back as it was, i.e. garden soil.

They trapped and removed the animal.

I called Danielle on a Friday, was told what a service call would cost, and after accepting, was told to expect a call the next morning to find out when a service tech would come over. I knew by 9 a.m. on Saturday that a person was showing up between Noon and 2 p.m. Jonathan appeared on time and I was able to show him around both indoors and out and share my thoughts on what was happening as I had raccoon issues in the past. He was very professional and showed me definite signs where the raccoon was climbing around and perhaps entering the house. He then placed two traps on the roof with instructions to call by 8 a.m. each morning to report any success. The first night, the trap worked. I called at 7:15 a.m that Sunday and Jonathan appeared by 8:00 to take the raccoon away. The traps were re-baited for another night and on Monday were taken away after a through check revealed no more raccoons. The repair work on the wire mesh took place on Monday. I paid that bill via the mail.

I have a 10 day contract. On the initial visit, they went through the home to see if they could physically remove the squirrel while on site. They couldn't find it, so they left the traps. I check the traps daily, and then they come over to remove the animal and reset the trap. They'll also have to find the entry point.

They were very good. He was polite and prompt as well, showing up within an hour and a half of my call. He also checked around the house to see if he could find where it had come in and concluded the bird must have come in through one of the chimneys. He offered to cap off the chimneys, but I did not have them do that work. The quote was for $100 per chimney screen (before tax). I would hire them again.

They came next day, figured out the best place to put the traps, placed them, and asked us to call in am for same-day removal. When we forgot to call, they checked-in, and the whole process was easy.

After a groundhog decided to locate his living quarters next to our house, I realized that he and his relatives living under my detached gazebo had overstayed their welcome. Critter Control relocated several groundhogs over the span of a month, and we all now live ''happily ever after.'' The company is very professional, and they explain their procedure thoroughly before the service is performed.

I called several companies that could not come until the next day. When I reach Critter Control they said they would send someone within the next hour. The technician could not coax the squirrel out without the danger of it running through the house, so he left a trap and within the hour the squirrel had taken the bait and was in the trap. The tech also checked the chimney to determine how the squirrel entered and gave an estimate on fixing the problem. I thought the price was a little high because they charge for the service call and an additional charge for the animal, but overall I had a great experience.

They did a great job, called every morning to see if anything was in the cages. They worked out very well.

Mark came out the same day I called and searched the attic and the chimney for evidence of raccoons. Did not find anything in the attic, but the chimney screen had been pushed into the flue, appears the raccoons were just seeking temporary shelter. Marc installed removed the damaged screens and installed two new one. I am under a warranty in case the raccoons come back. Service was prompt and professional, Mark was very nice and answered all questions I had.

Called Critter Control for estimate on pigeon removal, and prevention of them returning to roost under dormer and soffits. I will not use this company because they wanted to charge 89.95 for a service call just to come out and give me an estimate. Why should I pay for a service call if I am getting estimates? If I don't choose them to perform the work, I am out $89.95!

FIRST ANIMAL IS INCLUDED IN START UP FEE. WHAT I LIKE IS YOU CALL BEFORE 8AM AND THEY COME IMMEDIATELY TO GET THE ANIMAL AND LEAVE A NOTE DOCUMENTING TIME OF ARRIVAL AND WHAT WORK WAS DONE. IT IS AN EASY SYSTEM. THEY ARE HONEST AND UP FRONT.

VOLE INFESTATION: JAMES WAS ON TIME, ADVISED TERMS AND CONDITION OF SERVICE, AS WELL AS, HOMEOWNER RESPONSIBILITY IN THE PROGRAM. JAMES RETURNED PROMPTLY ON THE 30 DAY FOLLOW UP. I WAS PROVIDED WITH A REPORT AS TO THE RESULT OF THE 30 DAY TRAPPING PROGRAM. MY ONLY NEGATIVE COMMENT IS THAT THE TRAPS WERE NOT COMPLETELY CLEANED AS EXPECTED. THEY WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT THE VOLE'S HABITS. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THEIR ON-GOING PROGRAM COSTS, BUT DECLINED ONLY BECAUSE I CAME ACROSS AN ALTERNATIVE, LESS EXPENSIVE, ON-GOING PROGRAM WHICH I WILL TRY FIRST. IF NOT SUCCESSFUL, I WILL AGAIN CONTACT CRITTER CONTROL. THE ''B'' RATING IN PRICES WAS ONLY BECAUSE I REALLY DIDN'T HAVE OTHER PRICING TO COMPARE IT TO.

HE WAS VERY CALM, TOOK CARE OF IT WITH LITTLE FANFARE, ANSWERED MY QUESTION RE: BEST WAY TO CLEAN FLOOR SURFACE TO GET RID OF GERMS, CHECKED ALL AROUND KITCHEN AND BASEMENT AND SAW NO TRACE OF RATS HAVING BEEN IN THE HOUSE OTHERWISE. DID POINT OUT A SMALL HOLE IN BASEMENT CRAWLSPACE FOR US TO REPAIR, AND WE TOOK THE OPTION OF HAVING 3 BAIT STATIONS/TRAPS PLACED AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE (TOTAL OF $75), SINCE OUR NEIGHBOR JUST HAD THEIR WHOLE FRONT AND BACK YARDS DUG UP WHICH IS WHY WE THINK THE RAT WAS RIGHT THERE. THEY DIDN'T MAKE FUN OF ME FOR FREAKING OUT. CAME WITHIN THE HOUR, THAT WAS LUCKY FOR US.

I STILL HAVE WARRANTY FOR EXCLUSION. WHEN THE COMPANY CAME OUT THEY SAID IT WAS MICE, WHEN I HEAR FLAPPING IN THE WALLS. CAME OUT 3 DIFFERENT TIMES AND BATS ARE STILL PRESENT. COMPANY SEEMS NOT TO WANT TO HONOR THE WARRANTY.

HE GOT 9 OF THEM FROM ROOF BUT THEY HAD BEEN IN THE ATTIC. HE HAS SEALED UP THE ATTIC ACCESS THEY USED. PRICE WAS 100 INCLUDING SQUIRREL TRAPPING AND INSPECTION, AND THEN 40 PER SQUIRREL AFTER. YOU HAVE TO CALL EVERY MORNING AND TELL THEM IF THERE IS A SQUIRREL IN THE TRAP.

A WOMAN OWNS THIS COMPANY, WHICH I THINK IS PRETTY COOL, AND SHE DID ALL THE WORK AND TOOK CARE OF THE PROBLEM. SHE WAS EXCELLENT!

OVERALL GOOD WORK, PROMPT. WISH HE WOULD HAVE REMOVED DEAD MICE HE FOUND

THEY CAME THE SAME DAY SHE CALLED. SHE WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THEM AND WOULD RECOMMEND. THEY EVEN DID FOLLOW UP WORK.

HAD A SKUNK SHE NEEDED REMOVED. THEY NEVER RETURNED HER CALL. SHE LEFT BOTH HOME AND WORK NUMBERS. HAD TO USE SOMEONE ELSE.

PUT ON CHIMNEY SCREENS; THEY WERE VERY NICE PEOPLE!
