Installer arrived on time. I was unable to check the work that day, but on the next day I found that the corners were not matched up, with some spacing left between edges or edges not aligned properly. I called customer service and am awaiting an inspection of the work.

The representative was very knowledgeable about the product and material used. He also provided many options to choose from when I could not decide. The installer was great too he took his time and did a neat and clean job. I will recommend Leaf Filter to everyone.

First pair of men came out and were unprepared for the job, had short ladders and no experience with install. Had to call a supervisor. Three months later, filters sank into gutters and I called company. Supervisor came out right away, assessed the problem and fixed it himself. The product works although it does get covered by ice in the winter but then they all do. Overall I’d say the work was just average although once installed properly, the product works.

I had four companies come out and assess my gutters and provide proposals. Leaf Filter was not the most expensive, but was still higher than others. However, I chose Leaf Filter because of the process they use and quality of service.

Service was very fast and the product looks good.
