I feel the sales representative, misrepresent the company, he told me things that are overall vs the poor quality of the job that they gave me.

The project was on the high end of the price range, the sales guys were nice and had a well put together pitch. The guys who did the work were very nice and did great work. These guys truly were the best part. Now the down side, there was a problem with ordering the shower door and the communication around that was extremely poor. It wasn?t until I wrote an email to the customer service department did anyone get back to me about where my shower door was. Overall it took a little over a month to get the door installed after the shower was complete. That wouldn?t have been so bad if they had better communication about the project. In the end, I am happy with the shower that was installed. I would recommend them, just be prepared to be very proactive about communication if anything goes sideways.

I am very happy with my new shower. Mr. Roberto and his son Eli did a great job, I can safely shower and not have to worry about tripping in or out of the shower. The new Acrylic shower walls are great along with the seat . I love everything about it. Thank you Mr. Roberto and Eli, awesome job !!! I also appreciate you cleaning up after yourselves and for being courteous and respectful aswell. Thank you Victor and Matthew for all if your help aswell. This is one happy customer. Great shower job - terrible garage cleanup. A thick layer of dust covered everything in their work area. No concern for that although I am 72 with a broken wrist and had to pay someone to make the garage usable.

Work was done efficiently and quickly. Care was taken to protect the home and the work space was cleaned up once the project was completed.

We got a same-day appointment for an estimate. When we agreed to get the gutters cleaned and gutter protection installed, they fit us in within days. No complaints thus far.

A representative came right away for the estimate and the installer came on time as arranged. They were pleasant and informative from start to completion of the job.

Expensive

Update… they finally sent the pictures & the work is excellent. I had the work done on a Friday, the worker said he would send me pictures. I called Friday night after not receiving the pictures, I called Tuesday, I called Wednesday and still no pictures. Now I am doubting if the work was done. Will have to get a ladder to see if the work was completed. Not happy because they were promptly paid.
