I scheduled leaf filter and their competition on the same day and I felt as if I was in a tug of war and I was the rope. The back and forth was stressful but in the end I feel as though I chose the best company.

Good service

The sales experience was easy. Short and to the point. No high pressure to buy. The crew arrived as scheduled and completed their work quickly. We look forward to not having to pay for gutter cleaning again.

Workers were prompt in arrival and did job quickly, but left leaves on the ground, front porches, deck, etc. When I began raking and disposing of leaves, started finding lots of screws, pieces of filter, wires, etc. I am still finding stuff, and am afraid to take my dog outside for fear she will step on things and get injured.

Do not get what the sales people tells you.

They said they would clean and fix my 30 year old gutters and then put their "leaf filter" on. They did and the gutters still leaked. A supervisor said the whole job needed to be redone and that i needed new gutters and new leaf filters since they were installed wrong Their gutter price was way too high. While i was trying to find new gutters they sent a sub to fix my filters only.and i sent him away. I then decided to let them try to fix it before i replaced the gutters. So i called them and told them to come fix the gutters. They said great! Its been 3 weeks - no call and no show.

KMA arrived exactly on time. and performed perfect service; then cleaning up all leaves as. they were removed from the gutters, scrubbed off moss on areas of shaded roof. I will hire them again in a heartbeat!

I was so excited about this. It's not the PRODUCT, it was their installer. He was cursing, screaming. He banged on my windows, glass screen door. Screaming. Constant yelling. He broke 2 of my holiday decorations. It was horrifying. I ended up making a police report.

Too persistent with contacting prospective customers. Leave a message. If someone is interested they will call back. Do not leave more messages or keep calling. Annoying, especially on a Sunday evening.

Representative was prompt (actually early) and knowledgeable. My only complaint was with the sales pitch, which began with one figure, but anticipated discounts which reduced price by 23.5%. It left me feeling the pricing process was quite arbitrary and unconnected to actual costs.

The product itself is great. We were not notified that our original install appointment was cancelled. Also not notified of the new date/time. The installer drilled through our satellite line which caused us to schedule another service call taking away from our work schedules.

LeafFilter arrived as planned, very friendly and explained what they were going to be doing and approximately how long. They did a great job of cleaning up as well.
