I had a very decent services from the moment they came out. I bought a gutter filter system, when I they fixed the gutter, and put the filter system. They were detailed about the contract and the process of what was going to be and the warranty. They laid things out very well and very informative. They met and exceeded all my expectations. We had to reschedule a couple of times because of snow but they called ahead of time when they are on their way to do the installing.

The salesmen (Thomas) came out with a sample with the gutters attached to a base board. I asked him if I got the board, he said yes. When the contractor started installing, I went out to check out the work and there was not board. I asked why and the contractor said that it wasn't on the work order. We called up the salesmen and the salesmen said that I do not need it. The board was part of the purchase and the selling point of the project. The salesmen is the one that made the mistake. I was very upset and will not use them again in the future. He completely ripped me off of part of the purchase. The crew was very good and very nice people. The contractor tried to get the board back but the salesmen kept saying that I didn't need it. The worked looked great but I still feel like I got ripped off.

The representative came out to visit the house. We were worried since it was 7:00PM whether they could tell if the gutters were fine for the installation. But he brought a flashlight and we were told they were fine. The only practice we were not prepared for was that to get the quoted price we had to say at that moment if we would sign up immediately. We did decide to go with that, but a 24 hour time period to hold the price would have been preferred. Our installer came one day early because of the onset of bad weather. He worked quickly and had a cheerful disposition. He indicated that we would want to do some different things in some sections of the gutters, that originally some sections were not up to code. He plans to come back in three weeks and finish some things that he could not do because of freezing weather. We most likely will take his recommendations and have those items come up to code.

Two workman arrived about 9:00 AM and left at about 3:00 AM. They installed the Leaf Filter product and corrected several issues with our gutters/downspouts. They were friendly, courteous, and professional in spite of me following them and observing them very closely. They installed over 200 feet of product. They said they would come back soon to install some needed deflectors but did not. I will need to call them when the snow melts. The Leaf Filter product. Their product was cost competitive and maybe a little less expensive than their competitors. Sub-contractors perform their work. I think this means we got a good installation as opposed to an excellent one. I would recommend Leaf Filter North to my friends as a good source for gutter guards. It appears to me that Leaf Filter North is merely a broker. That is, they store inventory locally, have sales reps, and arrange for subcontractors to install the product. Just before it started snowing, I called the sales rep regarding my roof deflector issues. He pointed me to Leaf Filters' 800 number. It appears my interacting with the local folks is finished. Since the installation, I have not had the opportunity to observe a heavy rainfall during the day, In light to medium rainfalls, it is obvious that we need a few deflectors - the rain rushes over the gutters in some corners. Happy news = I have not had to clean my gutters. In the past, I needed to do so four or five times a year. Now, the debris lies on the guards and/or is washed off by the wind/rain. When it snows, the snow lies on top of the guards - sometimes for days until it melts. The only downside that I see so far = I need to clean my deck more often due to roof grits. The grits now bounce off the guard onto my deck. They previously were washed away in the gutters. I would definitely go with Leaf Filter North again. I am optimistic regarding their follow-up call in the spring. I will need to call the 800 number.

We hired them because they had a high rating for gutter guard protection. They arrived on time to the appointment and cleaned up well after the job was complete. They did a good job.

We hired them because I was impressed with the design and installation of their product. Everything went smoothly with the scheduling and installation. The work turned out well and they cleaned up after job. We are very pleased with the end result.

We had used them on our prior home and had been very happy with them. They were also competitive on their prices. Everything was done fine as far as their professionalism and installers. They were on time and completed the job correctly. They also cleaned up well after the job was complete.

We had previously had them install guards on our home in Cincinnati and we were very happy with them. Because of that, we chose them to install the guards for the gutters of our new home. We didn’t price them out with others, but we did check with consumer report and saw that they were ranked Number 1. We felt that with that rating on consumer report and our previous experience that comparing cost was not an issue. They arrived on time to the appointment. They completed the job in the one day time frame the projected and even finished a half of an hour early. They cleaned up well after the work was complete and left nothing behind. So far, everything has turned very, very well.

We hired them after meeting them at a home show. One guy came out and completed the work himself. So far, everything has been good. I feel that they offered me a very good deal and I was pleased with the price. The only thing is that the gutter did not go all the way to the end of the front porch and it was lacking over an inch on each side. However, I am unsure if it was just because my roof is low and I never contacted them regarding this. Other than that, I am very happy with the work and I have not had to clean my gutters since.

A word of advice..be an informed consumer....ask about ice issues that could be generated by the LeafFilter system. In hindsight, and four thousand one hundred and ninety-nine dollars later, this senior citizen would have rather had the leaf issues than the ice issues. I did ask the company to remove the system and refund my money because of the serious, safety problem the system causes, but their response was no; and quot;the system does what it was supposed to do.and quot; I cannot deny that.

They are too expensive. I wouldn’t refer them to anyone. While they were working they called down that they would be charging an additional $228 for some straps that they didn’t see while they were doing the original estimate. They didn’t explain things very well. The person who gave the original estimate was a nice guy.

We had the leaffilter gutter system installed on both sides of our garage and on a 3 season room off the back of our house. The process went very smoothly, from the individual who came out, measured and gave the estimate, to the actual installers. Everyone was very courteous and seemed knowledgeable. The person giving the estimate even was able to answer some technical questions related to their system and ice dams. The day of the install, the installers were fast and through. They also noticed a small bee issue I had. They offered me some bee spray they had in the truck and I was able to quickly take care of the problem, and then they could return to work. They went over everything they did and confirmed that I was happy with the work before they packed up and left. The only minor gripe I have is the cost, as it is a bit high, but they do warranty their work for the life of the house, and ultimately I felt I got what I paid for. I have two more gutters on the house that I want them to replace, and now that I know how good the product is and how pleasant the process, I'll be sure to call them again in the near future.

They did an excellent job. They also said if anything goes wrong they would be out to make the repairs free of charge.

The crew showed up on time and completed the job quickly and with good quality. The cost started high but I was able to talk them down 30%.

Mike from Leaf Filter came out on Saturday Aug. 24 and gave me a very thorough and informative demonstration of their product, warranty information and the company's credentials. His demonstration answered most of the questions I was thinking of without me even having to ask them. He took measurements of the house and gave an estimate. After my agreement on the price, he called the installer and got me scheduled for Monday August 26. Two installers showed up as scheduled on Monday morning and the installation was quickly finished by 12:30 p.m. After finishing up, they explained what had been done, asked if I had any questions and went on their way leaving no mess at all behind. Since my house is a bi-level, I'm not able to get up there to actually look at the gutter guard itself; and it's only been a week since installation, so I can't really say much about how the guards will perform in the long-term yet. But there was a pretty good thunderstorm last night; and as I looked out various windows, I couldn't see any obvious overflow coming from anywhere. So as of right now, I'm extremely happy at the thought of never having to worry about clogged gutters and downspouts again!

Salesman was prompt, very pleasant and sells an excellent product at the upper end of price scale. Price of gutter guards was reduced if I signed right then. This approach to sell product is a turn-off for me. Will schedule a with a full service provider.

Gave a time for installation, and called when they were going to be a few minutes late. The guys did a good job and cleaned up after they were finished.

The response time was very good ,price was a bit high for the product. The service people were on time did a neat job and cleaned up very well. I have no complaints and the gutter guards are working much better than gutter toppers that were installed awhile ago. I was having to pay $75 to $100 dollars each year to have the gutters cleaned. I have not had to have anyone out this year. This has been a good experience all the way around.

Installer was contracted, not an employee, and they normally have two men crew, but they made him install our by himself. He was not happy and the screen does not lay flat in the frame. As a result I have to clean it as it traps roof aggreate, dirt and debris. It was a day in the 90's and they assemble the product in the field and install it. I do not know if it was the heat or the installer that caused the problem. I have brought this to their attention many time and they have not done anything to resolve it. The day after it was installed and i pointed this out, they told me it would flatten out in time. It has not changed. The contract called for the gutters to be cleaned and sealed. These were not done as the gutters leaked after the work and I had to force the installer to flush down one down spout that would have caused the most problems if not cleaned. He told me he did not need to as they were clean. The cost was very expensive and the responsiveness was slow after installation.

They did a great job and they are a good company. They were on time, cleaned up, and the completed the work at the price that was quoted. They were reasonable and right in par with everyone else. I am happy with the work.

The process was fine. The estimate was much higher than other competitors.

We found them at the home show. The work turned out fine as far as we can tell. There is one spot in the corner where rain falls over the gutters, but we are not sure if that is the fault of the installation. They came right out and completed the work. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

The system has been working fine. The only problems I have are that I can't hang my Christmas decorations the way I used to. The clips they said I could find at Lowe's, I couldn't find and I've had to use alternative measures to work around that are not most convenient. During the winter, they do ice over and it was a problem. I have only had to sweep off the top of the filters from time to time. I don't think that these gutter filters are necessary unless you have a large home or just don't want to clean out your gutters. However, the work and installation was good.

I had no problems with them whatsoever. I also had no problems with any down spouting since the installation. I have a big tree and I prefer not cutting them down. I like the work that they did and the lifetime warranty they offer. They were thorough and cleaned everything up.
