I thought the whole process went okay with one minor exception. The salesman was prompt and very polite. He performed his presentation and stated the price. i stated that it was too high, and I was not going to spend that much money. He immediately lowered the price and asked me questions as to what I had expected for pricing. I stated what I had originally thought that $2000 would be the maximum. after a conversation about it being winter and keeping crews working, the price miraculously went down to $1931.00. The installation went extremely well; the installer was here on time and worked diligently the entire time to complete the work. When he was done, he cleaned everything up. It was a thoroughly satisfactory experience. Two days later we noticed water running from a crack in the gutter. I called the company toll free customer service number and explained the situation to a young lady. Within two hours I received a call from the local firm. The representative scheduled a time, and the problem was taken care of by Ben L. from their West Chester, OH office. All in all we are very happy with the company and the product; nonetheless, I do have misgivings about the pricing policy. It would have been better if I had received a more realistic price in the beginning. To be perfectly candid I have to wonder whether I still paid more than I should have for the service. With that being said I have to say that I did receive excellent service, and the product seems to be superb at this point. Realistically speaking, any problem with pricing must be also ascribed to my negotiating ability.

So far, so good. I don't remember what I paid. I would use them again.

It was a little over $300 for the work. They did come back when I made a complaint. It hasn't rained for me to check it again. They promised they would come back out if anything else goes wrong. They were responsive to me.

When I told him that I would be leaving a negative review on Angie's List, he called me a spiteful and vindictive person. Furthermore, I never received the guarantee on the work that I had been promised.

The service went well. My husband primarily dealt with the company. They had the best estimate and product out of the other companies we looked into. We have been very pleased with the product and the outcome of the service. They accomplished what we were hoping to get taken care of. The water was rushing off the roof and causing issue to the home. Since the installation of the gutter guards we have not seen those issues. The guards do sometimes needs pressure washed. Other than that, the guards are very low maintenance and we do not have to clean the gutters anymore.

We later had some hail damage after a storm. I called them several times to take a look at the gutters for a claim to have them repaired. The staff said they must have accidentally deleted my request. They were not even able to clearly send a statement on what damaged needed repaired. It was pulling teeth and very difficult to deal with the company. I would never have them work on my home again and I think they even damaged my gutters.
