Description of Work: Installed gutter covers, which have done a pretty good job of letting water in, while keeping other stuff out. Seems to work in both heavy and light rain.

Description of Work: Installed leaf guards on gutters in 2011 or 2012. Our issue was the hard sell by salesman - comparable to car salesman. Unfortunately we did not fully appreciate the nuances of leaf guard. However, the installers were very conscientious of not damaging plants and did thorough clean-up.

Description of Work: The initial installer botched the job. The rep came out and verified the problem and agreed on the spot to replace all the damaged gutters and install new gutter guard. And the rework was done promptly. That was true customer satisfaction.

Description of Work: They fixed the existing gutters by reattaching where needed, and cleaning them out. They really needed cleaning. Then they put the "filter" on them. During the last really hard rain, they worked like a charm. I do wish they had worked on the downspouts. They also need reattaching and securing. I guess this is not part of the deal. Anyway, we are happy so far.

Description of Work: It was well done as well as on time and on budget. They were responsive to any calls, and were on time. They cleaned up after themselves as promised.

Description of Work: They installed leaf filters onto my existing gutters. It was fine and they were great. However, I had to call them back because there were leaves and debris back on my gutter. They didn't tilt the top part of the leaf filter enough in order for the leaves to fall off. It is only on one place on the back of my house where I have a lot of trees. The leaves accumulate there and the leaf filter they put on was flat and didn't have an angle where the leaves can come down. Otherwise, I am satisfies with the filters on the rest of my gutters.

I have a fair amount of trees around the house and they tend to not let them work as well as they should. The pricing is very flexible. They will quote you a high price and settle for a lot less. The product itself is disappointing.

They forgot to put gutter guards up there and the leaves gathered up there so it was running over. Someone from the company came out and put some guards up. They were able to fix it. They were very nice and helpful.

Description of Work: Gutter protection systems have been around for a while and there are many companies that offer systems that claim to guard against leaf and debris buildup in gutters. Because the gutters on our home are virtually unreachable without a very high ladder, it was critical that whatever system we chose be dependable. We have a lot of mature hardwood deciduous trees on our property so whatever we got just has to work well. The LeafFilter rep was punctual, knowledgeable and unhurried in his presentation of why their system was preferable over other companies that offered systems like surface adhesion or gutter inserts. The rep was awesome - his in-home presentation using leaves, pine needles, roofing grit and all sorts of other potential cloggers on a section of the LeafFilter system really was convincing. The fact that their system COMPLETELY encloses the gutter had me sold and the use of a stainless steel mesh to exclude even small roofing grit was enough for me. Granted, no system will protect against an ice storm but LeafFilter comes the closest. We negotiated price and came in $400 under budget. On installation day, which was only a few days after we signed the deal, the installer was a little late but the job was still completed in one day and he stayed a little late to make sure it was done. He cleaned the gutters out and took the time to dump the leaves properly and cleaned up the mess from the installation. He also made sure any loose gutter sections and downspouts were secured. I guess a couple were loose. It's been two months now and all gutters are draining properly. Because we can actually see the top of some of the gutters from upstairs dormer windows, I can attest to the fact that they are working as advertised because I can see some roofing grit sitting on top of the stainless steel mesh. It will eventually blow off. Top notch overall and works as advertised. I highly recommend this system.

Description of Work: Needed to clean out, repair and cover gutters. I Heard about this screen cover system from Consumer Reports. Company representative Terry gave an accurate estimate and time for the install. The installer's showed up on time and were very courteous. They cleaned and sealed the gutters before applying the screens. The installers did a good job of cleaning up before leaving the property. One gutter drain pipe was blocked in the ground. The installer even agreed to return at no charge and connect that gutter once I had a plumber clear out the underground drain.
