We were remodeling our kitchen (total from the studs) and needed a lot of electrical work done. I had contacted four different companies for estimates. One was too busy to do the job, another say he would get back to me and I never heard from him again, another was so arrogant I was starting to worry if I was going to find a company that I could trust. I contacted Jason, he was so professional and told me he could do the job and gave me a very fair price which fit my budget. I saw all the great reviews on Angie's list which also helped me make my decision. Jason is a true professional who takes great pride in his company. We added an island and had to have electric in the island to be up to code. We are on a slab and had to have a trench made in the floor to supply the electric to the island (to small job), also had led lighting in my vaulted ceiling, under cabinet led lighting, led puck light in a corner cabinet, wired for over cabinet lighting, plus all new receptacles. Pretty much rewired the whole kitchen. Bob did the majority of the work, he did a great job. He was very neat and respectful of my home. I knew right from the moment I met with Jason that the job was going to be done right and it was. I highly recommend JAC Electric to anyone who needs electrical work done! Pam Weiss

The guys were on time, efficient and friendly. They were respectful to our property and cleaned up the job site when they were done. They were able to work into my schedule timeline as I was having other work done at the house at the same time.

Jason called back soon after my estimate request. The crew communicated changes to schedules very well, were quick with their work and the work was very neat. Am still awaiting the completion of some wiring removal but am very satisfied with their work. I will call again for any future electrical needs.

I had called a few places to have the initial outlet taken care of and the first appointments other people had were 6 to 8 weeks. Jason and his team came out within the week. Over time I have had them out three different times and am looking at having them out again to install a couple of ceiling fans. The staff was always professional, prompt, helpful and cleaned up after themselves. Couldn't ask for a better first time experience.

Jason and his crew are professional, fast, responsive, easy going, flexible and talented. Especially after a year of dealing with mediocre and just plan awful contractors on a major house rennovation, they were amazing to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Having seen how the house rewire went, I'm having Jason redo my kitchen cabinets and countertops next. Due to his high quality and exceptional commnucation skills, I'd get on his radar for any project. Definitely a first call service and a gold standard.

Found JAC via Angie's list and called them for an estimate appointment. Jason was on time for the appointment and was very thorough when evaluating what items should be backed up via the generator and what their power requirements were. A slight delay in getting the quote, but by only a few days. Jason and two helpers were on time for the work, did a very clean and neat install and tested everything. I was very happy with the work and found their price to be very fair when compared to two other estimates I received. I will be contacting them again for a much larger job in the near future.

Wanted to replace around a dozen light fixtures in and out, plus add an outdoor electrical outlet and a few other items. Another contractor had let us down and we were under the gun to get the work done in two days. Jason returned my call to his office promptly, gave me an estimate to replace the fixtures over the phone, and came out later that day with Bob to start the work. Bob did all of the work and finished the next day. The work was excellent, prices were fair, and they seemed like great guys. I was very pleased with their pricing and service, and would recommend them to others.

Jason and his team of Bob and Seth were great from the start. Always showing up on time, making great recommendations based on their experience and knowledge of code. They were great to deal with, fun to be around and the work they did was very professional. In a world of contract Jason came and did the estimate personally. He helped us figure out the best place for things and the best way to accomplish what we wanted. About a week later, they came and did the basic wiring after the rough framing was done. All went well. We had about a 4 week wait while insulation and drywall were being done. We called and scheduled them to finish and they arrived on time with everything they needed. They finished about 95% of the work and just had a light in the furnace room and some rerouting of switches and outlets to do in the furnace room. They came and finished that the following day. All in all, this could not have gone any better, the price was fair and Jason and his team were great to deal with. Highly recommend JAC for anyone wanting a quality job done by professionals. If in need any electrical work done in the future, I will only call JAC.

Excellent! J.A.C. Electric and his employees were extremely professional and completed the job in a timely matter. They ran into additional, unforeseen problems, but were quick to identify them and correct them. The work was done quietly and they did a nice job of cleaning up afterward. I would highly recommend them for any electrical service and will use them again in the future.

We called Jason on 09/06/12 and told him our problem. He said he would come over the next day at 5:00 pm which he did on time. He told us the fuse box was no good, and that would come over the next day to remove it. He showed up the next day performed the service to our satisfaction. It only took 45 minutes and he was very courtious.

Where to start? Jason was the lead individual on my kitchen and duel bathroom remodel in 2008. Jason was incredible to work with. He knew exactly what he was doing and needed almost no oversight. You tell him what you want and it's done and done correctly. He also made some great suggestions and brought items to my attention that I never thought of but most weren't even involved in the remodel. Jason has an eye for detail and most of all electrical safety which was the majority of items he caught due to our home being a little older. Jason did just about everything except the plumbing, tile, and granite counter tops. Jason was more than willing to allow me to do some of the work on my own to save on some cost as well, which I found that not everyone in the industry is willing to do. Everything turned out amazing and without Jason we would have likely been lost and definitely way over budget. I also think we set some sort of TV style remodel time line record. Jason started on July 6th and was finished by August 13th. My wife graduated from Grad School, we moved in on August 14th and got married on August 30th. Jason knew of our major deadline and we pulled it off. Our small fall 2008 project was a breeze. Obviously we couldn't do everything at once and we hated those off center recessed "closet" lights, that weren't even in the closet!! We had scheduled to have insulation blown in our attic and as an after thought I called Jason to get the lights taken care of ahead of time. He was very willing and made it a top priority to come out before our insulation date. All work was done with time to spare. The family room also bugged us from move in but also was put off. Jason was willing to let me do the demo work to save on cost and so he could walk in with a clean slate. He had the electrical work done within a few days and the room itself only took 3 weeks to complete. The last project in the baseman required several outlets and cable lines to be ran. The basement was already walled off but from the little electrical work Jason saw in the basement during our first large project we knew it wasn't good. The job wasn't large but Jason was more than willing to take it on during a busier season for him and was done in two days. During all of the times I have worked with Jason he keeps a very clean "worksite" and everything is always in order. He makes sure he gets the work done to your specifications and is very willing to work in a budget. I have experienced other contractors that are given a budget and then come back with a estimate well over your budget. That never happened with Jason. He is very willing to work with you and makes everything very easy to understand. I go out of my way to give Jason's contact info out to anyone looking for electrical or general work. I even have his info stored in my phone! Jason will be working on my home as long as he still works in his field!

The owner came out and was excellent! My husband was out of town and I was scared to death. He was very informative, professional and very helpful. He was quick to answer my questions. The work areas were neat and clean when the workers were done. I am extremely happy with the price and that we used JAC Electric and I would use this company again.

We had a great experience with JAC Electric. Jason was very responsive, he came out and did a thorough estimate in a timely manner. He was honest and upfront about what they were able to do and what might not be possible. When they came out to do the work they were very organized and professional. There was one switch we wanted to move, but due to the existing construction/ structure, it just was not possible. They were very forthcoming and upfront about the whole situation which I really appreciated. All the other work they were able to do no problem, and they did a great job. The fans look beautiful. They cleaned up after themselves, even insisting on vacuuming even though I told them they didn't have to. Great service all around. Thanks guys!

JAC was very professional and knowledgeable which made it easier to trust and work with them. Jason answered all questions that we had and easily accommodated any additional requests we had. They needed roughly 4 days to complete all the work which was spread out over several months but they remembered everything that was discussed in-between visits. They cleaned up after each day as well. We will be calling JAC again when we need further electrical work.

Jason Cope and his employees are very knowledgeable and helpful in transforming an old kitchen into an updated new kitchen. They were always on time and very neat in every aspect of the re-model. It went great. Jason is the owner and I dealt with him. He is a nice guy and easy to get along with. Very good about returning calls, emails or texts, and quickly and fairly resolved all issues that come up while he was doing the work. There may be cheaper electricians but I feel like I got a great value. High quality at a fair price. I will use him for all electrical work going forward.

Contacted Jason after being blown off by another contractor. We were having problems with our dryer and weren't sure whether or not it was the 220 outlet or breaker. Jason met at the house, after normal work hours because he understood what it meant for a family of four to be without an operating dryer. Jason ran a thorough check and found the difficulty. He got our dryer going and found some other problems with our breaker set up. He provided a detailed estimate and even fixed a broken chain light in our sons' bathroom. HE didn't charge us a dime. It's this kind of service that gives in local contractors. Our plan is to work with JAC to complete our electrical upgrades.

The circuit breaker was not tripped and none of the GFCIs were tripped. An electrician came to our house and tested the electrical panel and outlets and repaired the problem in less than an hour. He was professional, on time for the appointment, and courteous.
