They showed up on time and installed the fan. Also informed me how the previous fan was not installed properly and they cleaned everything up afterwards. Also they even answered some questions I had regarding future projects. I would use them again very professional.

They did a good job. They were on time. Scheduling was easy and they cleaned up when they finished.

I used them last year or year before last and again this year. They fixed the outdoor outlet that they put in the year before for no charge. Job activity was no urgency on my part and I made it clear that it wasn't urgent and to get back to me when they can. I like them and I would use them again.

The whole process went very smoothly. I had purchased two of the deals online to have the ceiling fans put in. I called, left a message & they got back to me the same day. We were able to schedule a time when I was on vacation, so that was perfect. I believe it was Bob who came to our home. He was young, but very kind & professional. Came in, got right to work, did not even mind the one overly curious cat that we have. Needed to replace one of the boxes in addition to stabilize the fan, but he gave us a heads up prior that there might be an issue with that due to the age of the one fan he was replacing. He worked fast & we were impressed with the results. Would for sure use again & would recommend to friends & family.

We contracted for the surge protector installation and while the electrician was here we arranged for him to also install a new outlet for our washer. It was winter and required some outside work, but he did it efficiently and in a timely manner.

It was fine. They were very prompt and courteous. It went smoothly. They were good a setting up an appointment when I called.

We were looking into buying a house that needed some electrical issues fixed to pass inspection. I called as they were very helpful and were able to give us a estimate over the phone. We didnt end up using them because the seller fixed the issue before the sale but we would recommend them as they were very helpful over the phone

Jason answered his phone promptly and came right out to give me an estimate. He and his employees were prompt and considerate of our home (covered their shoes while in the house). The work was accomplished quickly and precisely with excellent clean up. I can't rate them high enough. We have found our permanent electrician for any future work we need.

There were no troubles with scheduling. They completed the work in about four hours. They were very friendly and understanding of my lack of knowledge in electrical work. They explained things well. They were not bothered by my cats as well which is always helpful. Everything went really well.

Jason and Bob have a wealth of knowledge and should be trusted to do the work the right way. We were very happy with the work that was completed and that it was done the right way. Jason even took the time to explain all the work once it was completed and is a good communicator. I would highly recommend J A C Electric to others looking for good electrical work.

We'd been having trouble getting our dryer to work and when the dryer repairman couldn't solve the problem, called in an electrician we had previously used. He checked the current flow, which was working. When the dryer still didn't work, we purchased a new dryer, which in turn didn't work either. Thinking possibly (though not likely) that the new dryer's control panel was incompatible with the line, we returned it and replaced it with a second dryer. Still no luck. We were pretty disheartened not to have a working dryer, but fortunately, I went online to Angies List and contacted JAC Electric. They were able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem by running a new electrical line to the breaker box. Jason was very conscientious and knowlegeable in answering questions, and Bob, the technician on his team, was very thorough and hard-working. We definitely would employ them again and would highly recommend them.

I heard some buzzing noises coming from our panel and we were experiencing loss of power in certain areas of the house. Thinking it was just a breaker, I called Jason and told him all the problems we were having. He arranged to come later in the afternoon to figure out what was going on. Before he arrived we lost power to more areas of the house and the power to appliances like the refrigerator was reduced. I noticed there was more buzzing noises so I decided to turn off all of the breakers including main breaker to see if I could power back on only a couple of breakers I needed. Little did I know, that the type of breakers I have are notoriously bad and sometimes do not turn back on when you flip the main breaker back on. So, here we were without any power whatsoever. When Jason arrived I told him we had lost power completely since we spoke on the phone. After looking at our panel he said that type of breaker had that had issue. He also said he wouldn?t be able to replace the main breaker because it is a design that is no longer in use and he didn?t recommend using it anyway. He said the issue we were having is that the breaker went bad and was only delivering the equivalent of half the total power I was using. He gave use the low down and said he or one of his employees would come in tomorrow to do and emergency replace on the panel. He went to work seeing what he can do to restore power to essential areas like the refrigerator until it was able to be replaced. He was able to give us power to the refrigerator and television in the living room so we were happy with that. He showed us the quote and mentioned he would be coming tomorrow (Saturday) at 9am to do the work himself. Jason was at our house at 9am ready to go and even brought his son in to assist him. Jason kept a very clean work area and was very thorough and organized. He completed the work by late afternoon and everything was back on and working with the buzzing! He noticed that the ground rods were missing and said he would send someone early in the following week to replace the ground rods. They showed up and did the work as promised and got the area ready for inspection. Overall I am very pleased with Jason?s work and the lengths he went to help us out. Considering it was Easter weekend and he came on a Saturday, we think Jason went above and beyond. We will have J.A.C. Electric do any electrical work for us in the future.

I appreciated the professional & courteous phone conversations in planning for a quick installation & checking on installer's arrival; sincere about my having a good experience with the company.

When they came out, they said since our ceiling was 14 feet high we needed an extension and that would be an additional cost, which at that point I could drive out to Lowe?s to get it. I?m not sure that extension was even part of it. The two guys who were here, although nice, called the owner, and he?s the one who set the price. They kept saying I needed to add other components until the estimated price was over $400, which I did not agree to. I went to Lowe?s and they said they could do an installation with the box included for $99. I am not happy with this. They were not as clear as they should have been.

Decided not to buy the home but will hire in the future.

JAC ran a wire behind wall due to an emergency call. They called us with new arrival time. They worked quick, clean, and efficient.

Our experience with JAC Electric was great! Jason was thorough with every aspect of this whole-house rewiring job. His desire to do the job right was evident from the first walk through as he shared what would be required to bring a 1950?s wiring up to present day code. He was patient with us in that we needed several weeks to clear the attic to give his crew overhead access to the ceiling light wiring and other attic wiring. He gave us a detailed quote initially and updated the quote as we added jobs to the project later. That first meeting took longer than expected. Jason demonstrated his respect for every client?s time by giving a quick call to inform his next appointment of the slight time adjustment. His crew arrived on schedule with the same determined attitude we saw in Jason to do clean, meticulous work and answering any questions we had along the way. Bob (the foreman) made suggestions that were precisely what we would have wanted but would not have known to ask for at the time. He mounted dimming LED under-cabinet lighting in our kitchen and recessed lighting in the living room to perfection. Allen?s attention to detail was also quite evident. His response to my comment about my appreciation for his detail work was, ?We do good work.? They all know Jason sets a high standard and they are determined to meet it. Daily cleanup was the same. The service entrance wiring also needed upgrading along with a new breaker box so we felt the timing was right to go forward with a whole-house backup generator. Jason and Bob?s veteran standards in electrical work shined as they checked and rechecked all detailed instructions in order to get all wiring to the automatic switching box and programming for the generator 100% correct the first time. Jason arranged to have a plumber do the natural gas hookup to the generator. They also rented a ditcher to lay in underground conduit wiring to our garage and then rewired that. We could not be more pleased with the transformation of this outdated house?s wiring into a home that feels brand new. This was the house my wife grew up in so it has been quite an adventure for her to have 3 way wiring added to rooms and halls to provide a path of light from either end. The bathroom never had a vent fan until now and we added a ceiling heat lamp with wall timer. Wiring the ceiling fans with wall controlled switches and dimming light control throughout most rooms has added quite the sparkle to this home?s electrical system. I found these guys on Angie's List and decided to give them a try. We were having issues with flickering lights and when I went to check the fuse box I heard a buzzing noise. I called and they came to take a look at it and told me that it would need to be replaced and that it was slightly undersized for the house. They scheduled the work for the next day and were right on time. They were all very nice and professional and once the work was done they showed me exactly what they had done. I am so very happy with the work they did and I highly recommend to anyone that they use them.

The service turned out well. We had no complaints with the service.

Jason was prompt with the appointment time despite the fact it was 10 below zero outside. He quickly assessed what was needed to complete the job and quickly got to work. The work was quickly completed at the cost that was previously quoted. He fully cleaned the area in which he worked. I will definitely use Jason for any and all electrical work at my home in the future.

Jason came out early today and worked around my schedule. He gave me a fair estimate that included parts and labor. When talking about scheduling he was able to give me a couple days/times with one being available later the same day. The installation crew (Bob and another member) came out reviewed with me what they were going to do and got down to work. I would estimate it took less then 45 minutes for them to complete the job and they then walked me through everything they had completed . They were very professional and left no trace that they had been in our home. I would defiantly use JAC again with any of my electric needs.

We have had JAC Electric do multiple jobs in our home. The work started with an estimate for finishing basement and multiple issues were pointed out with our existing electrical service. JAC was one of multiple estimates, price was higher then the others, but, Jason was much more knowledgeable and seemed to actually care that we got what we needed. Jason does the estimates and checks up on the workers. Bob is in charge on site and does most of the work. Bob is great (and so is Jason). We are continuing to have work done. They were willing to break the work into sections for us to the bill and work was more manageable.

Unfortunately, the estimate involved more time and money than we want to commit at this time. However, Jason was so knowlegable, professional and prompt that we would strongly consider using his company in the future.
