Description of Work: We needed our gas log fireplace checked out and advice on the damper and a missing handle. Tim was prompt, kind and efficient. He not only took care of all concerns in one visit he also checked for gas leaks and even replaced the handle for the gas which had we'd been using a wrench on for a number of years. I would not hesitate to utilize his services again or recommend him to friends or family or strangers for that matter.

Description of Work: Fixed grill so back burner would light. He determined no new parts needed, just needed to clean/unclog blocked burner holes in the pipe connecting the holes.

+ -1 moreTim was professional and clean and gave me lots of instruction on the care and use of my gas fireplace. I would recommend Tim to anyone. He probably could have sold us a brand new unit but was honest enough to tell me that our unit was in fine working order and that it was not necessary to have the unit inspected annually, and that we only needed to call if something goes wrong. He is a real gem.
