We were VERY happy with Tim's service. We called, left a message and he got back to us that night. He arrived within the designated time window and called before coming. He diagnosed and fixed our issues. Our fireplace has never looked better and is working beautifully.

Tim called a half hour ahead to let us know he was on his way. Arrived as promised with all necessary parts. Tim was very neat, friendly and new exactly what he was doing. I would rate him at a A+ not just a A. I highly recommend him for any gas job needed.

It turns out that Tim does not work on electronic gas fireplaced but he returned my call promptly and then took the time to tell me who would service my unit. He is a good first call to make if you need work done on your fireplace, this is a good first call.

Great experience. Tim explained what he was doing and got it done efficiently and effectively. Excellent end result. He wore a mask, took his shoes off and was very courteous and prompt.

I was unable to light the pilot light on my gas fireplace. Tim was able to tell me how to light the pilot light over the telephone. I needed to hold in the "pilot" button for much longer (up to 5 minutes) than the 30 seconds that the manual indicated since I had turned off the gas on the floor. Tim, thank you very much. I will certainly add you to my list of excellent businesses.

I called Tim when our gas fireplace's pilot wouldn't light, and cold air was radiating from the fireplace. Tim was booked out a few weeks but scheduled an appointment to stop by. He clearly explained the expected charges on the phone, which was nice. Tim showed up at the exact moment of our appointment, and quickly fixed the issues with our fireplace. We just had to pay the standard service call fee. He didn't try to take advantage of an uneducated customer by trying to sell needless parts or services. We will definitely be using Tim again if we ever need our fireplace serviced, and would be happy to recommend him.

Everything went very well, despite a few challenges routing the gas line due to the location of my gas lines and the range.

Tim was able to come by within a couple days after calling him. His service was quick, reasonably priced, and he didn't try to sell me anything. He cleaned my fireplace, got the pilot lit and properly arranged the ceramic logs. No parts were needed. It has worked perfectly since! Thanks Tim!

Excellent! Tim made time in his schedule prior to the holiday (the gas logs were a Xmas present), arrived on time and did the install in a prompt and efficient manner. In addition he did some extra checking that wound up finding a small leak in our gas on/off valve and did his best to resolve that as well (the issue went beyond what he was able to fully correct). And he did this without charging anything extra. Would definitely recommend.

I have nothing but good things to say about Tim. My grill presented him with a unique problem because of the way it was built in to my patio wall, but he kept at it until he solved the access problem. You can't go wrong in using Tim's services, either inside or out.

Tim repaired my gas logs in an excellent manner, Turned on the flame to start the fire, repaired the remote and lose wire attached to the starter. He also cleaned gas logs.

Tim did a great job! I’m very pleased! He cleaned the fireplace, rearranged the gas logs correctly (I had them in the wrong way) and ensured that it would burn safely. He also located a gas leak at the floor valve in my crawl space that I knew nothing about. Tim then referred me to a company that specifically repairs gas leaks, which is scheduled to perform that service.

Service was excellent and Tim was very professional and quick to respond to messages left. Price was competitive and much less when we compared other quotes. We will not use another company for the work that Tim can provide.
