Description of Work: cleaned and tuned up vent free gas fireplace and instructed me on use and parts. I was very happy to be educated on fireplace and receive tips on use. Description of Work: Clean and inspected the gas foeplace. Fixed the pilot that would not stay on!! In and out in 1 hour.... Very professional, cleaned up after himself, VERY professional and knowledgeable!! Would definitely recommend to anyone... Would rate an A+++ if possible!

Description of Work: Our gas fireplace was not turning on sometimes. It would take several attempts with the wall switch, then it would come on. After that it might stay on for 15 - 60 minutes then the flames would shut off. Tim, came out and took thing apart to test the wiring. He found out that the wall switch was the problem. He replaced that and took out the large glass front, and cleaned both sides. It was beyond dirty. It look like new when he was done. He also answered all my questions about the fireplace and how it all worked. It's nice to know that the wall switch and fireplace DO work even if the power to the house goes out! Tim, is a very nice man. He did take his shoes off when he entered our home.
