Great! Service was excellent. We appreciate sales consultants/service providers who are informative and laid back - not pushy - so we really liked working with this company. We worked with Jeff to plan the project and he was very nice, professional, and helpful. The work was fast and well done. We had looked into several other quotes for the remodel with other companies and Simple Bath afforded us the best materials and the most work (meaning fewer cuts to the remodel to keep costs down) for the best price. We picked them because they had great reviews on this site, and we were not disappointed. Most of the remodel came with a lifetime warranty. We had some issues with the seal around the tub separating from the walls or the floor several times since the work was completed. However, we just called the office and they would send someone out to fix it at no cost. It was always quick and frustration free. We would recommend this company.

Mary (the owner) came out promptly and gave us an estimate for both bathrooms. The best part is that Mary is wonderful with color and design so you not only get a new bathroom but great suggestions on paint and cabinetry. Jim and Bill were our installers. They showed up on time, worked hard all the way through to the end of the day and then cleaned up. You could tell they were a team that worked well together and had done this work for a long time. Once we set the time for the work to be done, those dates were set aside for us and that is when they began the work. They also completed everything on time. Simple Bath was very good at following up on the details, even helping us find light switch covers to match our bathroom faucets. I would encourage anyone thinking about a bathroom remodel to contact Simple Bath. They will do a great job for you.

We arranged to have this work done in our Dublin condo while we were in Floride. After meeting with Simple Bath and discussing the project we were very comfortable allowing them access to our condo to do the work while we were gone. When the project was complete they sent us pictures. It was exactly what we wanted and we were eager to see the new shower when we returned to Ohio in the spring. Everything was exactly as we wanted and our home was left perfectly clean. If we hadn't known that the work was done we wouldn't have had any idea that there had been a construction project in our bathroom while we were away. The new shower is so much nicer than the one piece unit that came with our condo. And it feels a lot bigger! We are very glad we made this change to our home and extremely pleased with our choice to use Simple Bath!

Toward the end of last year we were preparing to sell our house. We decided to renovate our builder grade master bath and replace cracking and splitting linoleum floors in all three of our bathrooms. Based on Simple Bath's commercials and overwhelmingly positive Angie's List reviews, we gave them a call. Mary herself came out to give us an estimate on the work. She was very professional and knowledgeable and brought plenty of samples for us to choose from. She was very good at giving us a vision of what our master bath could look like. She was also very honest and helpful in steering us away from touching our upstairs bath which she said was in fine shape and would be ideal for a family with children that might purchase our house. The work took place over a four day period (can't remember the exact dates), but Mary's crew did a great job on all of the necessary work. To make a long story short, we ended up with a beautiful master bath, and our house ended up selling our house in two days. Our buyer specifically mentioned that the master bath was what sold her on the house. Simple Bath was very easy to work with and used the highest quality finishes on our house, especially the onyx shower surround they fabricated and installed.

Salesman came out on June 3rd for in-home quote. We picked our materials, we received a quote back on June 5th. We asked for clarification on an item that increased the cost substantially. We asked for a breakdown on the cost and did not receive a response back until I inquired again on the 19th with an apology that said he forgot to hit the send botton, along with a promise that when his production manager comes back from vacation the following week, he would schedule a time for him to come out and look at the tub area, which is where the increase in cost was going to be. What he told us when he was here was completely different when we received the quote. It is our understanding from the conversation that this determination was made by pictures taken, which is way we asked to have someone come out and look. The quote of $18,000 is pretty substantial so we wanted to make sure about what was being charged. We probably would have gone with Simple Baths had the follow-up been done. As of today, July 13, we have not heard anything. As of today, July 15th, we received a personal call from the Owner. This went a long way in our renewed confidence in how Simple Bath handles business, for that reason I am updating my overall rating and responsiveness rating. We really appreciate the fact that she responded personally on Angie's list to our review and took the time to contact us personally, with no excuse but profound apologies about her staff's lack of communication. Our review is no reflection of the type of work Simple Bath will do, but only our personal experience with follow-up, which I can say with certainty, based on our conversation, there is a very slim chance of that happening again.

I badly needed a full bath, ½ bath and vanity area remodeled. After reading many of the reviews of multiple companies, I realized that Simple Bath consistently rated high with both quality of work and overall customer satisfaction. The one area of concern in some reviews was that they tended to be pricey. However, that was true of most of the companies and after talking with some friends and going through a kitchen remodel last year, I realized that prices are always higher than you might have guessed , especially if you expect quality work and materials. However, the estimate they quoted was well within the range for which I hoped. Jeff the design consultant who came out to do an initial consult and review was very helpful in making suggestions to the ideas I already had. He also was very agreeable to using some leftover flooring I had from a prior kitchen remodel. He had very good advice when I went to the showroom to make the final selections. I forget the name of the man who came out to do the final measurements, but he also was very agreeable and helpful when I made some changes to the final selection of some cabinets for the ½ bath. He indicted the job would be about 3-4 days and got me on their schedule. A team of three, Anthony, Ceilie, and Jordan and came out on time for the 1st day. I was very impressed with their professionalism. They had their game plan well planned out. They also were very accommodating when I again requested some additional work, new flooring in the ½ bath. They arrived promptly each day and were finished in 3 ½ days. I was very happy with the final results. I found the entire process to be very smooth, despite some curve balls I threw. The end result was just as promised with no hitches. I am comfortable highly recommending them to anyone considering bathroom remodels.

They did a wonderful job and they took less time than they had originally planned. They were very neat, friendly and very efficient.

From my initial contact in November, SImple Bath sent out a salesperson (Jeff) to take preliminary measurements & determine what I wanted done. I went to their showroom where Jeff helped me to choose the specific tub, surround, fixtures, and flooring I wanted. Next, they sent out a representative (Tony) to take specific measurements & schedule my date for job completion. I was in a bit of a time crunch and, luckily, SImple Bath was able to move my job date earlier. The installation took a few hours on two consecutive days. As the old toilet had to be removed to put down the flooring, they installed the new toilet I had on the property when they replaced the toilet. I had another contractor installing new ceiling lighting, so I called Simple Bath when that work was complete and they came back out a couple of days later to finish the caulking. From the first contact to the completion, I have nothing but PRAISE for this company! Everything was done with the UTMOST in quality, attention to detail, respect for the customer, and SERVICE!

Our bathroom looks great, we like it. They are really good. The guy that came in and did the estimate was friendly and the guys that did the work were thoughtful. They did it in one day, it was quick. They cleaned up nice. They were all friendly.

I've signed a contract and we will soon get underway. Of the ones that we contacted and came out they were the best.

I called Simple Bath and asked for an estimate on renovating our small master bathroom. I made an appointment for someone to come out and see the work that needed to be done. Mr. Dick Ransom came to our home and did a careful inspection of the bathroom. We then went over the specific items that would need to be replaced. He answered my questions- and I had a lot! He suggested that I come to their showroom and see the bathrooms there, and see the choices of materials. I made an appointment and met Mr. Ransom at the showroom. I spent a lot of time looking carefully at the different choices and again, I had many questions which Mr. Ransom answered patiently. Although we did not choose this company, I wanted to be sure and write a review because of the wonderful customer service I received from Mr. Ransom at Simple Bath. We have chosen to use ceramic tile for the shower rather than the materials offered at Simple Bath.

A Simple Bath representative came to our house to look at our existing bathroom and discuss our plans for a remodel. He brought plenty of samples to look at. We did make a trip to their showroom to see their products full scale. We opted to have everything torn out of our 25 year old bathroom and replaced by Simple Bath. They have a great selection of products to choose from so we were able to customize everything to our taste. Brian and Mike came to our house on a Tuesday morning. They were courteous, neat, helpful and efficient. At the end of the first day, the entire bathroom had been gutted. A new tub, floor and light fixture were installed. I asked them not to install anything else that day so I could paint the walls first. Simple Bath would have painted but I enjoy doing it myself. The next day they installed the Onyx surrounds for the shower, new shower doors, vanity, toilet and mirror. They even hung up the towel bar I had purchased. While this was a very big job in our house, we did not feel overwhelmed having them in our home. They kept things cleaned up as they worked and were not in our way. They made sure we understood how to clean our new shower properly and what products to use. I would use Simple Bath again and would highly recommend them.

Simple Bath was easy to contact and arrange for an in-house visit to assess my needs and provide a recommendation. I am still considering using them as I assess my wants and budget.

The estimate went well. No pressure at all. The gentleman was very neatly dressed and knowledgeable of the services they would provide. He was able to give me some good recommendations as well. We plan to visit the showroom and finalize what we would like for them to do in the future.

We started a do it yourself bathroom remodel but decided we needed professionals to come in to handle the shower. Simple Bath received great reviews on Angie's List, so we gave them a call. The sales process was super - No gimmicks or pressure tactics. Jeff, the sales guy was friendly and very knowledgeable. He presented all our options from a factual standpoint and let us make the decision. I read an article in the Angie's List magazine recently about contractors who don't like to work with women. So, before the installers arrived, I was a little worried about how they would react to coming into the situation - at this point the sink had been replaced, a closet had been cut into a wall, and the tile floor had been taken up. And after the shower was installed, we needed to pull up the subfloor, replace all the flooring and put in a new toilet. I shouldn't have been worried at all. Anthony and Aaron were very respectful of my opinions. During the installation process, they asked me what my next steps were so they could make decisions that worked with my plans. When the job was finished, they gave me the usual run down (what cleaning products to use, warranty info, etc) but they also gave me information specific to my situation (for example, how long to let the caulk dry before I made dust by tearing up the floor). The install moved along quickly, the guys were courteous, knowledgeable and very neat with their work. And the shower is AMAZING! Worth every dollar. Oh, and that nice sales guy I mentioned earlier, he called a couple hours after the job was done to make sure we were happy. That's great service. If we had a 2nd bathroom, we would definitely use them again.

In the master bath, they completely replaced the shower and added grab rails for safety, replaced toilet and flooring. In the guest bath, replaced tub surround, toilet and flooring. I was very pleased with the quality of their work and professionalism. They completed quality work in a very timely manner.

It went beautifully -- and we couldn't be happier!!! The most amazing part is that the crew finished up in 5 days!!! We paid for expedited service with a bigger price tag, but it was worth every penny. One big reason we chose this company is because it only does bathrooms, and it uses a permanent crew, so all the main workers are with Simple Bath. We also liked that it was a female-owned company, and Mary Rubin, the owner, was very professional and accommodating, and she was attentive to details. She visited our home a couple of times in November as we talked through what we wanted done. She had suggestions and samples. I visited the Simple Bath showroom to look at samples and see the different types of showers and sizes so I could better visualize what ours would look like. Her guidance on color choices - with the walls, floors and counters - was invaluable. She has impeccable taste. I felt comfortable working with her and she listened closely to what I liked and then made adjustments. Also impressive was the company's ability to set a timeline for the project and stick to it. We received a call in December from Zach, the painter, letting us know he'd be out Jan. 9 to do prep work. He called the week before as a reminder. He came out with another worker and they took down stubborn wallpaper in the kids' bathroom, and Zach began prepping all three bathrooms. That Monday, two workmen, Rex and Joe, came and started tearing out the kids' bathroom. They had some tricky spots in two of our bathrooms -- mold and crumbling infrastructure due to age and a previous owner's installation of a shower surround. Rex and Joe did custom showers with onyx material that went to ceiling. We received a tub that was a bit wider and deeper that makes for more luxurious soaking. Out bathrooms are not large, so they were working in more confined spaces, but it was rather astonishing how quickly they worked. I was a bit worried early on that the speed wouldn't compromise quality, but it didn't whatsoever. Rex and Joe were very skilled in cutting the materials for the shower walls and floors. They explained what they were doing, and were patient with my inspections and questions. They were very respectful of our home and kept the area tidied up each night. They made sure we had a working bathroom during the entire project, which meant they had to hustle. Mary helped me pick colors that are soothing and beach-like in the upstairs bathrooms - sea salt in the master and a beachy blue for the kids' bathrooms. The vanities we selected are very nice quality, especially in the kids' bathroom, which will need to endure more wear and tear. I especially love the mirrored medicine cabinets in two of the bathrooms -- they are large, three-sectioned medicine cabinets that hold a lot on the narrow shelves. That has helped us to remove a lot of the everyday clutter on our counters...it's all now put away. The flooring is easy to clean (we decided against tile and grout), and the toilets are higher and more comfortable than the older units we had. Everything, from the new toilet paper holders to the towel rings to robe hooks, are high quality and attractive and a joy to behold and use every day!!

It was very easy to work with Mary Rubin of Simple Bath. She was amazingly good at understanding what we wanted and brought us some suggested material samples and color choices that made designing the bathroom easy. We were able to incorporate some special things such as a taller shower bench for my tall husband and a hammered stainless steel basin for our half bath. Mary researched the basins for us and found one at a manageable price--something I hadn't been able to do on-line. She made us feel like we were the most important customer she'd ever had even keeping in touch while away for her daughter's wedding. The team that did our work (Rex, Joey and Chas) was pleasant and extremely efficient and good at their jobs. I've had other remodeling done over the years and nothing has gone as smoothly as this did. They arrived as scheduled, worked hard and skillfully all day and cleaned up the area every evening. They were thoughtful about the little things that make for a good remodel - for example, new heating registert covers had not been ordered, but they could see the old one just wouldn't look great with the new tile so they bought replacements and installed them at no additional charge. They finished construction and installation on time - or even a bit early allowing the painter to come in early.The painter, who works with Simple Bath was excellent also. After 3-1/2 days, I was able to start putting the master bath back together. This work was begun before Thanksgiving, but the final step in installing the shower (putting in the glass panels) is always planned for 2 weeks later to allow time for the custom cutting of glass. Since our work was scheduled over the Thanksgiving Holiday, it took just a little more than 2 weeks, which was no problem for us. We chose to have the minimum in metal framing around the glass walls & doors and have had no problem with leaks even though that type of installation requires a small gap between glass panels so the door can open/close. We are delighted with the renovation to our master bath and downstairs half-bath. The onyx shower walls are a joy to take care of - no more small tiles with grout that was always developing mold and needed regrouting every couple years. We will definitely use Simple Bath of Ohio again when we upgrade our second bathroom.

From the initial sales presentation to the installers final clean up, this project was a total pleasure. Gary Coper, sales consultant, showed up exactly on time and provided an informative, no pressure description, of every material and step required to complete the remodel. We were always in the loop and the company followed the outlined procedure exactly to the tee. As with Gary, the installers showed up at the agreed upon time and went straight to work. Both of the young men were friendly, professional and informative and certainly knew their craft. The final product was as advertised! Quality work from a quality company!!

They are local and do a lot of advertising. They had good reviews on Angie's List. They were very nice. I was happy with them.

Last spring, we decided to remodel the master bathroom in our 32 year old home. We are the original owners and contacted the firm that did the original bathroom design and installation. They came out and did measurements, etc. After that initial contact, we did get an initial quote, but had a great deal of difficulty even getting phone calls returned to discuss the matter further. We finally gave up on them, turned to Angie?s List for help and found Simple Bath Ohio. Our experience with Simple Bath Ohio was outstanding. Dick Ransom came out to the house and spent a considerable amount of time with us examining the options we had, some of which we never considered. Based on his ideas and recommendations, we tentatively decided what we wanted to have done. We met Dick at the showroom, where we were impressed with the style, design and quality of the Onyx Collection materials. Dick helped us a great deal in picking out colors, etc. We ended up having our shower replaced with a larger one, replacing the large (10?) vanity, having made adjustments to the area surrounding the tub, installing new flooring and replacing the commode. In addition, commodes in our guest bathroom and powder room were replaced. Measurements were carefully taken, the materials were ordered and the installation took place in mid-June over 3 ½ days. The crew was absolutely great! They were friendly, efficient, courteous, cleaned up each day and caused a minimum of disruption. When it came time to install the huge (and very heavy) vanity top, six guys showed up to do the job. We?ve been living with our new bathroom for about four months now and couldn?t be happier. It is beautiful and functional with quality materials used throughout. Plus, we were very pleased with the price. We would not hesitate in the least to use them again.

We called Simple Bath and a gentleman (Dick) came out and spoke to us about our wants and provided us with a free estimate. He was very polite and took his time with us. He showed us samples and gave his opinions (which I wanted). Once we chose Simple Bath and a date was scheduled, we could hardly wait to get started. The team of Brian and Anthony did a FANTASTIC job completing the work. During the process~they cleaned up each day and were very nice and considerate. You wouldn't of know they had been here at the end of the day. They placed large drop cloths of some kind from our front door to our upstairs bathroom and when they were done for the day, they cleaned up and used a shop vac. We have now been using our new shower install, lights and faucets for nearly nine months now and they still look like the day they were installed and we couldn't be more pleased! We even saw them at the Home and Garden show and complimented them at that time. Everyone from start to finish on this project at Simple Bath was very courteous and considerate. We have received compliments from others on these items, which makes us feel like it was a big job well done! I absolutely love this company and their owner Mary Rubin. Our new bathroom is lovely. One of the many great things about this company is the fact that Mary has a background in interior design. I knew what I wanted, but Mary helped me make decisions and made wonderful suggestions to materials that would go with the colors I wanted to use. They started the project exactly on the date they said they would and it only took 4 days to do a complete remodel (actually 1 day less than original 5 days quoted). It's not easy being without the use of your master bath (had to use the kids hall bathroom), but to only be inconvenienced for 4 days for a major remodeling project is fantastic. In fact, we were only without the use of the master bath toilet for one night which was important to me. Her crews are wonderful (no sub contractors - all company employees). You'd never know they were working on a major remodeling project as they cleaned up so well every day. I felt very comfortable giving them a key to my home and going off to work every day. When I came home in the evening, they were gone and had cleaned up after themselves - even in the work area and the garage staging area they used. Her crew was great at keeping in touch with me during the week and called if they had a question. I did receive a competitive quote from another contractor. That price was just slightly lower than Simple Bath's, but I was expected to go around to different suppliers and pick out my own products and color schemes. I felt the little bit of extra cost with Simple Bath was well worth it for the convenience of Mary's decorating expertise and never having to leave my home to select products. Mary brought samples to me at my convenience. Also the other contractor could not commit to how long the project would take to complete. I have already recommended Simple Bath to several friends and family. I can't say enough great things about this company and you cannot go wrong in selecting Simple Bath to do your bathroom remodel. In fact, I'm thinking of having them do the hall bath next.
